Disappointing......this app has went downhill fast! At the end of every month when it comes time to scan in all of my VIP entries the whole process is ridiculous! It always freezes up and tells me an unknown error occurred. Last month I couldn't scan in all of my entries because I didn't have the the time to sit and rescan every ticket. I truly hope they take the time to fix this app.
Best ticket scanner that my wife and I have ever used. It's fast,easy and very simple to use and we have been using this app for some time now and never had any issues with it. Anytime someone ask me what app to download this is the one I recommend. Don't know about the other people who are having trouble but the only thing I have to do is update and that's not a problem for me. So I rate this app ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ and if I could give it 10 stars I would... Thanks
It's too hard to enter non winning tickets. Constantly getting locked out. It takes too many tickets to accumulate points. The tickets are only have points that equal the value. I was happy with the old version. Everytime there is an update, the App doesn't work correctly. Tickets must be scanned multiple times. Or it says an unknown issue occurred. I have probably thrown away good tickets. The ticket checker has issues too. Today is 2/1/22.
When are you all going to get an app developer that can do this right? You scan your ticket for your points, it says thank you, but then it won't add on your points! Flip back and forth between screens and seeing your activity and it still won't add on! I guess like most things in Tennessee, we just can't get it right!
1 1/2 yrs later and this app still doesn't work properly...or not at all. The previous app worked splendidly for years and now it is just a headache to try and enter 2 tickets. I will gladly supply step-by-step details of the problems and errors should anyone care whether or not the app works. Better yet, require the developers to successfully enter 10 tickets every day for a month. I bet the app would work well by the end of week 1.
Jan 9 2020 Errors only. Will not scan. Less than 1star. May 20 2022 will not load powerball current $ amount. Been this way for over a week. Uninstalled/Re-installed. Still not working.
Very nice to have app that you can use and is very helpful, and ads be knowledgeable and always helpful and have you on point with the best info.
Why can't they get this to work when checking tickets? Worked one out of 8 times. Is it because it's a Samsung phone? Works fine entering the VIP rewards. Makes no sense. Update : App is worse. Will not work on Google Pixel. Now when you try to scan tickets, it will just give you ",oops .." When you try to scan for VIP points, it kicks you out of app and you wind up login in again. The update broke everything...worthless ..
It seems like every time I go to scan my ticket to put it in my VIP rewards it kicks me offline and I have to log in all over again I've been having serious issues with trying to scan my tickets as well as after I scan ticket I have to exit out to rescan it's like it should go right into rescan in another ticket so I don't have to take all the time to click 1,000 buttons just to get back to scan another ticket old app was much easier and more efficient to use
I really like the instant gift reward program that everyone entered in the losing tickets. This is like power ball, and the other drawing tickets. We will always be getting nothing. Which instead of notifying us when canceling program when site opened on site. Email knowing would be missed and save them redeeming the points. Or sending similar items with left points. So many people lost all points just to do this style of the reward of nothing but more lost time keying them in.
By far the worst performing app I have ever downloaded. Entering tickets into VIP rewards is a nightmare with the "unknown error has occurred message" even after the ticket has been checked to be not a winner. Would be nice to be able to enter tickets for rewards like advertised but I am rarely able to do so solely because of the apps malfunctions.
It says updated Version 2.6.2 is available, but when I press the update button, it wont update. It just keeps looping and wont let me into my account. Please fix this asap! This second chance app is proving to be NOT worth my time. I never win anything anyway. Now i dont even acquire enough points to get any entry tickets because i cant log them in. So it is a waste of time and trouble!
App glitches when I go from checking my lottery scratch off for a winner to vip scan. I want to scan it for both but ... app says it isn't responding. I have to log back in after each ticket I scan. No one responds to our complaints because no one cares. I've had winning lottery tickets tell me they weren't winners. I mean I got the word Jumbo it's a winner. So tired of everything being a scam.
The app does not work good at all.. despite the last few updates. FREQUENTLY locks me out as it only allows about 5 scan errors..the APP ITSELF is the One Clicking the Pictures thereby causing THE ERRORS.. More times than not BEFORE the Picture is in FOCUS! WHY ? The User has NO Control Of That. ..FRUSTRATING GLITCHY APP! Not Worth It
The old app worked fine and now the new one cannot even calculate your points correctly. Old app was ten times better over this new one and now it takes more steps than before. Whoever designed this junk has no clue...it sucks Jan 2022 update....app is worse than before crashes after a couple of scans, error messages etc.
Updated now scan ticket don't work. Besides that, I've entered countless tickets , knowing I won't win cause sent in verification items and one isn't working. So I know I'm wasting time and entries without being verified. Which is very aggravating. But don't matter can't scan tickets anyway and don't have time to manually enter dozens of tickets
After the most recent "Update" This app is still not user friendly! It half the time won't scan tickets to see if you have a winner! Extremely dissatisfied with the app and its functions! Have not found an alternate route to do so either!
Garbage.. If I could give it less stars I would... Always bugged, always lagging, scans sometimes, sometimes doesn't... Definitely wouldn't recommend unless you're desperate to enter vip drawings... Might take u 12 hrs to scan 100 dollars worth of tickets to enter at the rate this app runs.. You would think as much as the lottery makes they would at least have a good app
The app is good to look up numbers to see what presently Has Fallen it's not any good to find pass following numbers past 10 days and it is no good for scanning tickets for upcoming draws it always says there is an error they've been working on that for over a year now at least that's what I have been told. Once again with the update the app doesn't work correctly takes 30 minutes to load 5 tickets your computer programmers need to fix the app it never has ran correctly or added the points correctly other states have faster apps that add the points and scan the tickets 10 times quicker than this this needs to be fixed everybody complains about the same thing
This is a terrible app, it needs to be scrapped and start over, it have probably scanning and you got to go through a lot of steps to scan another ticket, if it does scan a ticket, you get a error and you rescan it, then it will tell you it has been entered, such a headache
This app is a pile of hot garbage. It used to be so simple to enter tickets in the second chance. Now I have to scan each one at least 6 times for it to finally go through. Go back to the old app!
The app is flawed. I used the Cash 3 "Build a play". It will create a scan code for multiple picks and show a correct total, but it will only print tickets for 1 pick number at a time and not multiple tickets for multiple picks. Need a fix.
The updated app was NOT an improvement. The old app had such a better scanner and rarely crashed. Since the update, entering tickets via the scanner results in a lot of crashes and frustration.
Ever since the merge, the scan my ticket does not work for scratch off, and it will not check to see if my ticket is a winner. Please fix. I have a lot of scratch offs i need to put in but it takes way too long without being able to scan them. Almost 2 years later you still have problems with the scan for tickets. Will it ever be fixed
This app is so convenient to use and so easy. I just don't know how to re-enter my losing tickets. But thank you for a great app.
With the exception that the main winners are either store owners or store clerks!!!! Wish I could post pictures of the boxes of tickets that I have scanned in for the last three play it again's. I'm talking hundreds! Beginning to think its rigged....
Frustrating! been entering tickets for years,Thousands of dollars!never win anything and now more addicted to entering and checking tickets than scratching,WHEN APP IS WORKING! Seems to always be messed up,cant login or won't accept tickets,it take 5 min to get one ticket entered after not accepting it over and over.wish they would bring back shopping at least i got something back even it meant overall paying 500 for 50 dollar bottle of perfume. Love the app when working properly.
Constantly shuts down and you have to constantly sign-in and delete history to get the app to work
This is the worst app ever. It makes no sense that it's purpose does not work. Can barely scan tickets. I downloaded the app to be able to check my tickets, but I have to scan my tickets several times before it reads it. Sometimes it doesn't work at all or logs me out. Takes to long to have to manually input tickets. If tickets have to be manually inputted, then they need shorter codes or an easier/quicker input option. The scanner definitely needs improvement! It also freezes on manual inputs.
