Horrible! Downloaded this app to resize ONE picture, and as soon as I opened it after agreeing to the subscription it crashed! It wouldn't open at all. I tried closing the app several times and restarting my phone. Nothing worked. Junk app. Just gonna take your money.
I wish I had read the ratings before installing and subscribing to this app. I was in a rush due to a college assignment and this was one of the first apps that popped up, so I subscribed unknowing of it being a scam. I can't afford to waste $120 or even more on a pointless app, I have priorities I need to spend that money on. I canceled the subscription through the Google Play app, so I hope it still won't charge me after the trial is over.
Yikes, the second I opened this app there's a timed ad to try to trick you into subscribing, when I finally saw the X to close the ad and confirmed I only want the free version, the app repeatedly crashes. Instantly uninstalled, don't even waste your time.
Guys, you scammed me! I got this app but it wasn't what I thought it was. So I cancelled it immediately. There's a place there to do just for that. You even acknowledged it! Well PayPal sent me a confirmation that they paid you, $199.99! I rechecked if I am still a subscriber. And sure enough I still am! You didn't cancel it. Please, do the right thing and issue a refund.
Terrible customer service. The account was activated by error and everytime I went to cancel the unwanted subscription (as in everyday included in the 3 day trial period) I got an error message but miraculously works on the day after the trial period ended and was therefore charged 259$... Then I try to contact the company to let them know about the issue and ask for a refund and all I can find is a non reply email Adress. I still want my refund but have no way to request it
One of the worst app of this decade. Not even opening the app. After clicking on subscription option app automatically closing. Total waste of time. You have to pay before using this app. Most Useless app on play store. I would strongly recommend not to download this app anymore.
Please, please do not download this app. Dec 26th I was looking for an image converter app. I downloaded this app for the free trial, 3 days later my PayPal account was charged $259.99 by this developer. I was given no notification that I would be charged this. I contacted the developer, PayPal and Google immediately. Both PayPal and Google are saying that its up to the developer to refund me. After numerous attempts and pretty much begging the developer to refund me, I have yet to hear back.
Useless. Don't download. it has a 3 day free trial or a useless version without the trial. Then they want to charge $200 for an annual fee. It's a scam. I've also flagged it for removal from the Play Store.
I signed up for the trial (thank goodness) and as soon as I hit subscribed it asked for access to my photos which I said yes. Then it just closed out of the app. When I tried to reopen from Play store, it immediately closed out again. Uninstalled. Waste of time.
Absolute garbage app, it's a scam first of all that makes you pay for Pete's sake, and it kept crashing whenever I pressed "continue with limited version", didn't even give me a chance to do ANYTHING, but that doesn't prevent me from seeing that this app is ridiculous and broken and not worth anyone's time
I downloaded this app not realizing its $259.I used it once to convert a bill and I even had to fix it up on my phone editing app .. I contacted the developer and nothing in response. When I realized money was coming out of my account I immediately canceled and asked for a refund . I think it's insane to charge $259 for a conversion app ... and the fact that the developer cant even responded is terrible....
As soon as I open this app I get an add for the $200.00 version, as soon as I exit I get a pop up asking if I'm sure. I click continue to the "limited version". The app immediately crashes, I have not even seen what the app actually looks like before having to delete it, smh.
The app crashed right when it got my card information. I wanted the free trial and the app never opened. Charged me $216 after crashing with no warning and still cannot open the app. Tried to contact developer and got nothing back. Dont get.
Was not asked permission to charge my credit card for yearly subscription. Did not give credit card#. Charged my card before trial period was up. Tried to cancel fraudulent subscription at which point my subscription would cancel next year not on the day that I actually cancelled and I am left with a $200 charge now. Don't download this app. 1 star only because i had to.
Horrible customer service. The app didn't work for us. We were on a 3 day trial. We thought we had canceled it. I woke up to a $199.99 charge. Immediately called Google Play. Money had been sent to developer already so I was instructed to send email for refund to director. Sent email on 12/6 and 12/8. Still no response as of 12/13 so I called Google Play back. I ended up filing chargeback with my bank. PayPal was no help but my bank refunded me in full and closed the fraud case.
awful. this is an ad. it makes you pay for the 200$ version even if you want to use the free one,and after patiently waiting for the x to show up,it ask if your sure. then the app crashes. awful.
I have also been duped by this application and despite numerous requests to Google Play store have not been refunded for the unauthorised $314.99 that was withdrawn from my account when the app was accessed for a free trial and the funds were taken out before that period had ended and after i had uninstalled the application. I am hoping to obtain a list of people affected so please reply to this message so we can take class action or some form of reaction to this fraudulent application.
It kept crashing when i start the app, dont like the quality of being first encountered when opening the app with a subscription to the app then when i get past it it crashes. By far one of the worst apps ive tried like this.

What a third class app, i have mistakenly applied for the subscription, and already deleted the app once it was dowloaded without doing any activity. Even after deleting the app, without giving any notification, my money got deducted from account. What a shady and wasteful app. Didn't got any response of the mail after raising a request for refunding my amount.
I had the 3 day trial..I was unable to open the app to cancel. It would not open They charged my credit card $212.. I CANNOT OPEN THE APP. I need to be refunded!!!!
Obvious scam is obvious I cant believe I actually installed this app I was immediately hit up to subscribe, or I have three days to convince them to cancel a subscription based on a "free trial" Free trials are a scam if they want your credit card information. Always
It accidentally subscribed without my interest and the amount 16,600INR is debited before the trial period. I have been trying from 50days to reach the app developer through mails daily, but no response from the app developer. Please help me in having my refund amount back. Its a huge amount that is my basic salary of a month. Kindly help me with the alternatives to reach the developer. Thanks. Please anyone help me whom to reach and what should i do to get back my refund back. Thanks in advanc
Tries to force $200 version, free version doesn't work. If you press "continue" to free version, app crashes. Uninstalled. This is a bait and switch op.
Very bad app, deceptive. It's free unless you want to use it then they want $200 to use for a year, just to resize photos, you have to be kidding
Tried to use with ads for free, but the app physically closed itself each time I tried. Also you have to wait if you want to close BOTH the pop-upS for the subscription. If you want my money, just charge to download the app. I'm sure it works wonderfully with the subscription, but I dont exactly have 200 dollars to spare on this.
