Have been playing this game for years & loved it, but for the past month I have been unable to play it. I can't sign in even after uninstalling & then reinstalling again. Years of progress lost. Bitterly disappointed. Again issues with trying to get into the game. Haven't been able to play it in days. Again issues with trying to open game. Again haven't been able to play in weeks! Enough is enough!
Love this game so much, never stopped playing since it came out. Until recently. Everytime I've tryed to play the game it will say server not found. Ive tried with different devices and Internet. And never changes. All those years of progress and money spent for something I can't even play anymore!
Brilliant game, played it before but now it doesn't let me do anything. It constantly puts me on the disconnected screen even though my internet is fine and all my other apps work. Also it's not letting me log in my EA account because apparently my email contains "invalid characters" EA clearly doesn't care about this game anymore so I'm lowering my rating to one star.
My game was working fine until I logged into my EA account. Now I try to load in and it stays on the loading screen then says 'cant connect to the server' even though I've got both wifi and data on. I've tried with just one of each on then I restarted my phone to see if it would get it working again but still nothing.. my only option now is to delete the game, reinstall the game and see if it works that way and hopefully I don't lose my progress.
Love the game been playing for years now but unfortunately I lost my 1st account so I started a fresh and made a better springfield. One issue though I'm unable to purchase doughnuts that I've purchased previously, for example the 8.99 doughnuts it just says error item already purchased. So am I only aloud to purchase them once because I can only purchase them again when they update with a building or character? It's annoying because there's things I'd like to purchase with it. Please help?
One of the worst games in terms of longevity. It's crazy fun at first but then every day or so you're forced to do a major 2-4GB update that takes forever and you can't exit the screen or it doesnt work. It's insane and makes no sense. Such a pity because it would otherwise be a fun, silly game. I honestly think it's just a franchise that is trying to milk its fans and doesn't really care about user experience. Would've expected more from a show like the Simpsons. I'd give a 0/5 if I could
After the last update I have trouble with the game opening. Always says that its bad internet connection. After deleting and reloading again all is well. So I need to reload the game every time. The game is cool, but please resolve this issue! Thanks.
You'd think turning the in-game volume off would actually turn all the noise off. But not in this game, there are lots of background noises and sound that only goes away (a short while) after you scroll. And that is not always easy when there are endless dialog popups going on and the background noise is unbearable.
Worst game I've played by ea on mobile platform. If its not connection issues its bugs or glitches. Development team can't be reached about issues either so the ea help is garbage. Putting limited time event junk into a game is a big off put to new players especially when they will find out there is loads of stuff missed and cant be properly unlock cause of how shockingly ea designed the game.
Nice app with regular challenges to complete although these characters never change in them. Would get a higher rating but always getting the cannot connect to server screen. This is not an internet problem as I can use other apps immediately before and after. It's getting worse. Why won't they fix this? Always reinstall. 1148 updates each time really? WHY WON'T YOU FIX IT? Several years later....SAME ISSUES. Why won't the devs fix things?
I enjoy this game but I'm so fed up with how it constantly tells me it cannot connect to server leaving me unable to play the game.. I have had to uninstall and reinstall several times to try and prevent this issue... Its very frustrating... If I hadn't spent money in this game I would have just given up by now and uninstalled indefinitely
Great game. But theres a problem with making an account. Once an account has been made once leaving the app, it stops loading, always says cant connect to server. I have to delete and reinstall the app every time I'm wanting to play it.
Yet another bug. Completely unable to get past splash screen and no update to fix showing in store despite what EA techies say. These issues seem to raise their heads constantly and it's so frustrating. The app also takes up an ENORMOUS amount of space - we can't all afford (or even want to get!) new devices every year. I've been playing since 2012 and this looks like the end of the road.
I love this game its a brilliant little time passer but lately it just won't let me in at all,all I get is the Ugh not this screen again screen over and over its been like this for over a week now it worked fine before, I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling but it made no difference, do you guys have any suggestions? Can never connect to the server, even on 5g or WiFi. Takes 2 minutes to open the app between crashings and then have to quickly get my stuff done as it will disconnect from the server within 30 seconds.
Fun and easy to play, set characters on different challenges and build the town. One problem is once you get to a certain point you can no longer buy land, you have to wait for tokens to get more land. Also some of the premium characters are got by dounots which you get from leveling up, or buying.
Was playing this game for ages, but then I got logged out and could not log back in. To verify my account I need a code that expires in 10 minutes, unfortunately, the email with the code always comes after 10 minutes so the code is not valid anymore. I don't understand why password is not good enough. This is a game not a mobile banking 🤨. Won't bother anymore
Love the game but the load times are killing me. Leaving the app to answer the phone, letting the screen turn off after not touching the screen for 30 seconds and I have to wait for it to load again. 😫
Overall a decent game. But I've had an issue with with not receiving the metal depot for two weeks and the customer services have not been helpful. So the games good but don't rely on any help from customer services at all.
I wasn't bothered about any issues really, things you need can be grinded mostly..but now they have coins only behind a paywall I'm uninstalling, paywalls should be for those that want to pay, not forced by the Devs to keep up..good luck, from the numbers this model ain't working. I won't come back now, that's it's first and last chance..greedy Devs as usual
Very good game. Takes a while to earn enough doughnuts to get any premium items at the start of the game but now that has been fixed with the new land. Very exited for the new updates to come in the future. 5 stars
I installed the game on my new device and it's been stuck on the loading screen for 4 days. Even when I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app 3 times. I contacted EA for support and just got an automated response, the option to talk to an advisor on the site doesn't work. I emailed again twice and still no response. I've spent a lot of money on this game in the past, this is no way to treat dedicated fans and customers
I am now level 164 I've been playing this game for years now since it first came out years ago and the gameplay is good I enjoy playing the game but recently been having server issues as I am having trouble connecting to the game should be fixed hopefully soon and still hasn't been fixed that doughnuts are ridiculously expensive to buy
To be honest, this game hasn't aged well. First when you download the game it treats you to a tutorial which is nice, but after that you need to download the full version that takes an hour or less. But at the end of the day, it's a good game to look back on
Love this game, I really do and I'm sad that I have to rate it 4 stars but if it weren't for the game just stopping randomly when I go into the game.(btw I have the samsung galaxy a12) It's annoying when I go into the game then it just stops. Also please make donuts easier to get. Anyway it's a really wonderful game with potential.(btw I also play the Sims 4)<3 Love you EA team!!
Playing for years, my favourite game. But now run out of land to build on, please give the Golden Goose realty back. Update - 2022.05.25 : latest update has forced me to delete the game and download it again.
Guys, this game is literally addictive and takes a HUGE amount of space. It bugs every time and needs to reload when you just check another app and come back, and it takes time. Like, that's not a bad game at all, but I'm pretty sure events are just impossible to finish and could be smaller, plus the items in the game cost too much. I guess I'm going to shut up about the donut prices tho. That's just TOO MUCH for a game, there are too many things in it and I finally stopped playing.
