Thorntons Refreshing Rewards

App won't even open anymore. Keeps crashing I can't get to any of my rewards. I go to thorntons daily. Very frustrated

Hmm. Fascinating. It used to just tell me I had no internet connection, now it just crashes upon opening.

Awful! "No network connection" continuously, even after restarts and reinstalls. I'm on WiFi pulling 60+ mbs download speeds, but I have "no network connection"?? Just terrible, really need to trash this app and build another one from the ground up, if it can't see a simple mobile/WiFi signal. 👎👎👎👎👎💩💩💩💩

What is the problem with NEVER being able to connect! What is the use of sending offers when you won't allow the APP to connect to the internet!!!!! This is way beyond annoying and very much uselessness!!!!!Fix it!!!!

I had problems with the app for the longest time, but then I cleared my cache AND data in my phone's settings, and it FINALLY WORKED!! It's now just as useful to me as it was supposed to be from the start!

Not getting emailed receips and I am signed up with a valid email. I am getting offers to email however.

It's no longer working. I have deleted and reinstalled it. However it still doesn't work

WHY does your app keep saying "you have no internet connection" & won't show the dashboard, when we ARE connected on our Samsung Galaxy S5?!?!? (& no other app is whining about this) & then your app crashed when trying to contact you!! This has been going on since around 1/1/22.

This app is currently non-functional and has been so for a time. It will not connect to LTE or internet. It cannot be used the way it's supposed to be. Talk about customer loyalty none going on here. Guess I need to take my business somewhere else. At their digital loyalty card will work.

I've always had a good experience at Thornton's everybody's been nice the manager even helped me to get my discount one time I didn't know how to do it on my phone he did it very very good because I am computer illiterate it was some black guy that just started there skinny guy very very cool people you got working there that's why I always go to store I don't go no place but Thornton they got good gas and good discounts

Uninstalled and reinstalled, still the same problem! 01/26/2021 UPDATE: I am quite surprised that NOBODY has taken the initiative to fix this app! What a shame it is for Thornton, because you all still send ad emails, yet you can't fix your app??? How are we supposed to get the deals? I'll take my business to a better competitor that I can use their app, just won't keep worrying about this one and I used to love Thornton!

I love Thorntons and I have had the app before with no problems but... it updated and now it will not open. I uninstalled it and then installed it twice now and it still will not open. Unfortunately the website is not as helpful either. Under the "What's new" for this latest upgrade is states "Minor bug fixes and maintenance for optimal performance." Sorry but it didn't work- only made it worse- WAY WORSE! PLEASE!!! FIX THE APP!!!

I use this application almost daily, the latest update caused the app to not open at all. After the Thornton logo screen it forces close and continues in this fashion. No matter how many times you try. I actually like the application and NEVER had any issues with it before, I go to the gas station pretty much daily and I definitely use my rewards. You can't access the rewards anywhere else but through the app. Please fix this otherwise the application is useless and taking up space in my phone.

The app continues to show I have no internet connection which is incorrect. I'm on wifi and able to use duckduckgo and other apps with no problem. Please fix your app!

There must be a glitch in their system this month. Or they just don't want to reward the 4th fuel challenge. I've gotten gas more than 4 times this month, the app wont register it.

Loved this app but now I can't use it because it says no internet connection. Fix this! Update: cleared my cache for the app and it works like new again.

This Thornton's app makes me happy and it makes it more easier, when I first used this app it was working excellent and everything but now I am having issues with it, 7/6/2021 it keeps saying I don't have internet connection and I'm using my data and I even hooked my phone up to wifi and it still says no internet connection. So if you don't fix this, I will not be using this app anymore besides using my phone number. Have a great day.

App keeps freezing...Uninstalled then reinstalled...same issue...they really must not want you to win that truck...using on a Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3...

All of a sudden the app doesn't work. I've uninstalled and reinstalled and still doesn't work.

The card doesn't work at the pump. It can't find my phone number when I enter it. Go inside and it works fine. Try to log in on the app. Doesn't accept my password. Request new p/w, enter it, and it's not accepted. Tried calling customer service. On hold for 10 minutes. Not worth all this aggravation. I'm going to Speedway.
