The app has several shortcomings. The biggest one for me is the lack of a function to sort your purchases by arrangement date or by name. I have 15-20 upcoming arrangement in the app currently, and would like to see them in chronological order. Also my past arrangements are stuck in the same list. There should be possible to put purchases for past arrangements in an archive or delete them (In the "Use" category ("Bruk" in Norwegian)). There should also be a search function.
Awful - glad I have a season ticket and don't have to regularly use this shambolic app. I was given a discount code to book tickets for my friends and the app continually claims the code has already been used.
I did not get to change country code! Just because I have my phone operating system on English it decides that I have to be from UK.
I used this app for an event a few weeks ago, really easy to use and I didnt have any problems with it. would be happy to use it again
Only downloaded for a particular event removed after. Not very intuitive
Really complicated. It's really difficult to get a refund of unused credit.
This is a waste of time, contactless has already fixed the problems this app has introduced.

Awful I should have heeded all the one star reviews but I only wanted to buy 2 tickets for something I figured how difficult can it be. After having to go through the order process more than once as I could not complete the order and add a payment method at the same time it showed me I was paying £30 for 2 tickets and then charged me £60 for 4 tickets!! I have never had a worse experience ordering anything in an app or on the Web.
