Unable to purchase tickets from the US for an event in Switzerland due to the app having issues with my credit card, despite my credit card company confirming that there shouldn't be any processing barriers. It is so bogus I lost the chance to purchase tickets like that and international calling with only a few minutes to left with the tickets on hold wasn't an option. Ticketcorner should have had more instructions around international purchases.
Website so bad I had to download the app. And it's not much better. Buttons not working crappy design... It's terrible.
I just want to thank TicketCorner for going the extra mile in getting my tickets to me. Great stuff
Shocking app. On desktop I use Facebook login. In the app there is no function for this and it does not accept my Facebook account details so in short I can not view my online tickets. You need to sort this out.
I am just installing the App
I could not specify the city I was traveling to. Impossible. Useless.
The app desn't allow you to choose the language, rather disappointing. The app doesn't recignise live club memberships and subsequently doesn't allow you to participate in priority sales.
