This app stinks. Tried to pay a ticket and it locked me out of my own credit card, Despite the fact that I've used it Several times before and had been saved on the app. I had to call my bank and wait for a new card. Now I'm walking on eggshells trying to get my ticket paid ASAP before my car gets towed!

Paid 2 tickets using this app. Never got paid. But Ticket hero gave me a refund. So not a reliable app for tickets. ✌

I paid the ticket with this app. 2 weeks later i got letter from DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE, that ticker is not paid. Contacted this app customer service via email, no answer. Don't get it, don't trust
AWESOME!!!! It took me 45 seconds to pay all my tickets using this app and now I'll get notifications when I receive a new nyc parking ticket so no more late fees for me!! Real heros!
Does not work. It says no pending tickets while website is showing 3
I was able to pay my tickets through this app. Now it's just buffing.
