Ticketmaster Event Tickets

When are you going to work out the bugs?! The app is absolutely unusable. Whenever I go to sign in to check My Events, and even to purchase tickets, the screen goes blank. I re-download the app to no avail. I'm also aware it's not just my phone, OS, or even phone model, as I personally know other users with the same issues. I would us this to tell Android users not to download, but TM has a monopoly, so irrelevant. Please fix! Tired of using the web browser version.

Seemed initially to be a good app, HOWEVER yesterday when I needed to access it so I may show my tickets to an event the app simply stalled at a black screen. Think that's not frustrating? No problems with the connection, all other apps tried worked just fine, including my email app where, fortunately, I had saved a link to the tix. I was able to log in to Ticketmaster and produce evidence of the tickets purchased. But NOT from this app. Bad play when an app fails when it's needed most.

The website works fine but I can't log into the app. Every time I try it's stuck on a blank screen. My phone didn't freeze, it's the app itself. Not only this but even before the "stay logged in" function never works and I had to log back in every time I closed the app. I've got a show tomorrow night and I'm worried I won't be able to load the tickets in the web browser (the app apparently holds the tickets so you don't need to load them). Please fix this!

Always one technical issue or another. Never keeps me logged in for more than 5 minutes. Sometimes the app just closes and I have to restart it. Now I can't access my tickets for an upcoming concert. Every time I go to my tickets section in the app, it tells me there's an error with connection. My WiFi and mobile network are working just fine. This is an absolutely horrible app!

Does not let you sign in. I'd like to access my tickets for the event I bought. However the app stays on a blank screen. What's the point of a "convenient" app that can't load? The app also doesnt let you stay signed in even if you check that box. I tried Uninstalling and re-installing, but it does not work and just shows a blank screen. I'm gonna get a refund on my tickets instead of waiting for the app to load. Absolutely pathetic app.

Can't even program a log in screen through the application. It has to login through a web browser. You're telling me all those processing fees can't hire someone who can figure that out? 🤔. UI also gets in the way when trying to check out. The "place order" button continues to pop up even after closing it out to try and fill out order info. What a joke of an app.

Horrible app that doesn't function. At first it would sign me out every single time I exited, which is an inconvenience but not a big deal. Now the app won't even let me log in because it gets stuck on a blank screen when I try to. How hard is it to create a functioning app for accessing tickets when that's your only purpose? It's been like this for months but I guess Ticketmaster has no intention of retaining clients.

My review for this app has magically disappeared twice now. I tried cancelling a ticket transfer multiple times but couldn't. I tried contacting support a few times, never got a response. I lost $70 on a ticket because it was stuck transferring and couldn't be used. The app is so buggy and it's clear that ticketmaster doesn't care because they have your money and a monopoly on the market. They have no incentive to improve. I'm boycotting this app and any venues that use it. Never again.

Can never log in. It keeps bringing me to a blank screen. Also for some concerts when I go to click view tickets it disappears and dosnt show me the tickets and goes back to the home screen. I have to go to ticketmaster through a web browser on my computer!!!! What help is that to any customer when you need YOU PHONE for entry to an event as your tickets. This has been going on for 3 months. I even deleated the app and reinstalled it and nothing. Very disappointed.

The most unreliable app. Most of the time you can't log-in; you get a black screen. Since Ticketmaster is pushing "tickets on your phone", the app is essential, but doesn't work in the majority of attempt. With the extortion level fees charged by this company, you'd think they could hire decent programmers.

The worst app I've ever used. Genuinely, always crashes when you need it most, fails to load sign in page, when pressing on concerts it'll open a past order from months ago for some reason. When purchasing from mobile it never works, I always have to do it on desktop and with the same card and info ETC it works fine on desktop. I've never had so much trouble just using an app.

Installed 2 days ago so I could view tix I bought on desktop. Will not ever allow me to log in. At $130/TICKET in FEES alone (before taxes!!! Not incl price of the tickets!!) One would assume they want you to actually be able to access the 2 tix you just paid $1500 total for.🤬I see this has been going on for months looking back at reviews-now I wish I had bought tix elsewhere. Wish more musicians would refuse to use this. I have trouble w/ every ticket I have ever bought w/ them since 1990!!

always too many technical problems with the app as well as the website as well as confirming credit card purchases with American Express. took me two days of trying multiple times to purchase my tickets. just a horrible customer experience and this is not the first time. no online real-time support and no phone numbers to call for help. Here I am 4 months later and the app doesn't work at all. Can't login.

I am really glad I updated the ap after the show. I can't sign in, I get a blank, dark screen when I try. Instead of creating new useless garbage, fix issues with the ap first. I have 2 other shows coming up and I can't access my account. If printable tickets or refunds aren't offered, then the ap can't have any issues. Fix it and make alternatives available.

As soon as I click to login to this app, the screen goes black. Every time. I thought it was my phone or carrier. Now I see that someone else has just experienced the same thing. I can see everything on my PC that proves I did purchase my tickets, but the website says my phone is my ticket. I am sure the venue will accept the black screen I keep getting.

The app doesn't work. Whenever I am trying to see some event from the list in the app it only shows blank screen saying "Our bad... Something went wrong. Let's start over." And it's the same for all events. Oh, and by the way, I purchased some tickets on the Ticketmaster website. I'm opening those tickets on the Ticketmaster app and they don't have barcodes! I won't be able to use them if they don't have barcodes!

It won't let me log in, it just goes to a black screen. Use to work but i guess not lately. Please fix now that concerts are happening! Update: app won't let me view past events, only upcoming. But a concert that was rescheduled for later date is filed under past events so i cant view the ticket on the mobile app, only desktop.fix it please!

Frustrating to use. Shows me that some seats are available, but when I want to buy them, it says another fan beat be to them, but then those same seats are still available when I go back. Sometimes when I select tickets, it just loads forever and then goes to an error page. Basically I have to spend a lot of time on the app to do something that should take 5 minutes. If you can get tickets directly through to organization, the venue or the sports team, I would do that.

The app would not work when checking into a performance -- I would click "sign in" and the screen went blank. I restarted, "force stop," no help. Only an uninstall and reinstall got it to work. By that time I had to check in through email and browser.

I as well cannot sign in as a black screen is the only thing I get everytime I hit the sign in button. Need to fix this like yesterday as people need access to the high priced tickets they purchased. I hope this isn't where the $20+ service fees, per ticket I might add, aren't going because the money is obviously being wasted.

App Does Not Work. It takes you to a login screen that after you enter your login credentials, it just spins and never moves to the next screen. I'm not able to access my tickets for an upcoming event. This is totally inconvenient and quite embarrassing for such a "reputable" brand.

Tickets cannot be accessed in the app! It goes to a black screen. Save your email link to your tickets or you will be screwed at the door! Please fix this app!! I keep waiting for an update to fix the issue, but there hasn't been one. I have emailed the developer at the link provided, but have received no response.

Last year I bought tickets to see a concert, and when my event got cancelled, I didn't get a dime back, even after I paid for my tickets to be protected. Even if I happened to get scammed or something, the app needs much better security. Concert tickets aren't cheap either but the way.

This app is literal trash. Every time that I try to go and look at a artist. I get hit with the same error every time. That something bad happened and to check back later. I have never had this issue before when I used the app. I even tried it on my web brower and got the same error. This is a shame and it needs to be fixed.

Too often app hangs or doesn't allow to complete a transaction and then lose out on tickets as shows are sold out, so fast. If there was another way, I'd do it but a monopoly is a monopoly, limits opportunity.

It works in general, but the UI is hard to navigate while making a purchase. It just failed to work with PayPal, it remained loading forever and I lost the selected tickets. It also logs out very often.

I really wish they didn't have so many scalper issues. I just paid more than double what the face value was supposed to be for my ticket, which is super aggravating but I'm not going to miss out on seeing my favorite group.

Unable to add favorite venues after finding them, but that's minor compared to buying tickets. Hands down, whether mobile or via desktop, one of the worst experiences in purchasing tickets I have ever had. App does not allow for purchasing accessible seating; no option to purchase accessible seating alongside standard seating.

Just your average app - very slow in map mode and the app refreshs too often bogging it down. It's easier to use a computer. 3 stars. 5-17-22 update - the Ticket monopoly needs to fix it's latest glitch - a completely black sign-in screen in the app. 1 star now. Note: you can still access your tickets via the TicketMaster website in Chrome.

This Ticket Master system is awful and not user friendly. I have a concert coming up and is not able to sign into Ticket Master to retrieve my ticket and I have no other options such as changing delivery. You cannot get anyone on the phone to help you. The "contact us" button does not work. People will ultimately miss a concert that they have paid for simply because they cannot log in and is not offered any help.
