Worst app, amount is debited from my account but tickets are not confirmed. It is very disappointing app.

Initially this was a good app but it got worse after aquired by Paytm, app was slow to browse and select a movie and during payment it's unnecessarily wanted to have paytm even we select debit card payment option and then finally amount got debited but still ticket is pending for confirmation. Very worst user experience and no use of using a mobile app if ticket is pending. I can wait in counter to take tickets where I get ticket immediately.

Worst booking experience. Booked 2 tickets and it's not confirmed. Amount got deducted from my account. Tried reaching customer support number but no response. Refund option in the app is also not responsive... Bookmyshow is way better than this and has good customer support from my experience. Don't fall for offers.

Everytime when I book the ticket, the confirmation never happens. It says don't refresh or press back on the APP!!!! Where is the refresh button in app ffs. And they never confirm the tickets! I have to wait for the confirmation message and then have to kill the app and hope to see the order confirmed in my orders page. Pathetic engineering tbh.

The worst app for ticket booking .... When i was need for two ticket i was going to book but instead the app is asking for a paytm ac and i entered my no even though it's not working and i was unable to book a ticket there was only last two tickets and i lost it for more than 5 time in two day ... payment method should be more options if this is how this app works means I don't think so it can make more few year in market bcz there are many app with many payment options to book a ticket

Booked a ticket and it was canceled, there is no information why it was canceled but they took the money. So I tried to contact customer service number and they says servers busy and declined the call on multiple occasions. Woah such a great service, I wonder why I shouldn't switch to other booking app!

Very worst app. It shows only Paytm mode of payment. Am not using Paytm actively so made payment through credit card. I tried 2 times, money got debited but booking got cancelled. Really waste of time and bad experience. When calling the customer care no one picks. Really afraid to use this app, where money alone gets deducted but booking is not done. Please refund my amount back.

This app does not have a real solution providing calibre,, providing very bad service and solutions if the ticket is booked incorrectly. I was unable to reschedule or cancel the show on time because my money had been debited. I ran your customer service team, but they did not provide solutions.. My time and cash also gone to trash for no use... Fed up with ur worst and pathetic service

Very bad experience, had booked ticket for the very first time today, due to it's own bugs and glitches the date went on tomorrow's date instead of today... When I contacted them through email at customer support they did not respond and on their helpline the executive was very rude... Worst experience ever... Didn't see anyone not being helped by the app's own bugs or glitches

Tried to book tickets, the amount is debited from my account but there's no reflection of any tickets. Tried contacting customer service but the call is automatically declined and wrote a mail no response either. Worst app ever not only lost money didn't get a chance to watch the movie.

How you can say there is no cancellation policy . And also like as government policy there no cancellation policy , then other ticket booking applications are providing cancellation policy , whether you are stating like they are not following the government policy?, I booked tickets and in some sudden emergency am searching for cancelling ther is no option , Is this right way ? Most idioctic policy. Guys go for other ticket booking applications go for other apps with cancellation policy.

Worst app I've ever used. Booked the ticket, paid for it, amount got debited from my account, and then they show us the confirmation, when we confirm they tell us the amount is not reached to their account, it will get refunded if it's debited in 3-10 days. Even their customer care executives are not giving answers properly. If I could I would have given even less than 1 star to this app. this app #sucks

Payment issue no customer support for billing and payment. I have done booking tried payment twice money deducted no response. Customer care is pathetic and will not connect you more than once in a day. Secondly, they responded once, second day when I followed up for payment they said number and email id are invalid and they said no account found with the details. I have shared all the screenshot over email yet automated response no in-person response.

Worst App. Very bad customer service. Provided number is not working. When resetting password account got locked and more than this SMS things is very bad, not even working even after clicking for more that 10 times to send resend message. Just felt more ridiculous with app while booking tickets. BookMyShow App is far better and real quick in booking. Especially selection of booking seats is frustrating due the colors they use to show on screen. We are unable to know whether it's booked or not.

Very worst experience I met with ticket new app that includes with Paytm. I had booked tickets and the amount was debited but the tickets not yet booked successfully.. twice I tried and same issue... Amount refund also still pending...

Such a useless it is ..i booked tickets...but it was still in pending state and after few hours i received a text message that booking was cancelled and refund intitated...i still didn't received my refund amount... useless...it was not user friendly app...and for this useless i have to wait for 7 to 10 business days for my refund...if u can't provide good service then..y..remove this app or just improve.. waste of time

Worst customer service, Worst app ever, Bad payment interface, Full of failures all the time, You may lose your money. Every time payment got failed and the amount debited won't be refunded. Only Paytm payment is available, if any refund is there, it will reflect only in paytm gift voucher, you can't transact back to your bank account. Don't ever try this.

Worst app don't try, if you try to book tickets the app will frustrated you.. Your money debited but, ticket never confirmed.. If you clock confirm button the app never response, then click refund that show success message after that the ticket status gone..

Worst app. No customer care I booked one ticket .I show status as pending. I waited for some time. The I click for refund. Then that ticket removed from my order list. I didn't get any mail on refund status.

Hey Ticketnew, recently I tried to purchase 2 tickets for RRR. After the payment gateway, it showed me "Internal Server Error". Even the transaction is done. Later I clicked refund. Till now I didn't get my money back. I have no idea what to do now.

Always getting error "Timeout reached" for any booking. Tried contacting customer care no response. Payment page is not active even for few seconds. Before choosing the payment option itself, getting "Timeout reached". Need a solution for this. *Updated comment - Above problwm was addressed in 2 days and got the issue resolved. So changed from one star to five star

Very worst app. I couldn't login to book my tickets and tried to reset password and for more than 5 times i tried resend otp and still haven't received one. help center page its even worse and couldn't reach the page. I wish every movie theaters would be available in the Bookmyshow app it's very good and responsive.

I booked tickets in this app then it showed tickets are not confirmed, something went wrong then amount also has been deducted from paytm account after that it showed refund option i clicked on it. then amount has not been refunded. i lost Rs342. seriously felt very bad.. i tried to call customer care many times it had not been connected

Worst app, Worst customer service, Each n every time booking will be cancelled, and your money won't be refunded. Only Paytm payment option available, so if any failure happens you won't get a reverse transaction to your bank account, it will be credited in paytm gift voucher only, that too not sure.

Worst experience ever...i booked 4 tickets..and the amount was debited from my account.But i was not able to click proceed...I just lost my money..there was an option for refund..I proceeded with refund .they are saying that the amount will be refunded within 3-4 days..how can I assure that...I usually use bookmyshow app..I just tried this for the first time..and this was my result..really disappointed 😑
