Worst app ever , I made a refund request almost 2 months ago , they are not replying to my e-mails and phone calls now . Wouldn't recommend this site at all
I have booked 2 tickets, each worth 8299TL, using your website. But an amount of 8653.06 TL (3678.77+4956.67+17.62) and 8659.81 TL (3681.84+4960.35+17.62) is debited from my bank account ( which is 354.06 and 360.81 excess of the actual amount). The confirmed tickets sent to my email also says that total amount is 8299TL. When I called up the customer care, I was told that money is taken by the airlines, not them. Can you tell me what the hell is happening
They scam you. You make a booking then they send you totally different tickets. Then they claim it's your fault and say you need to cancel and pay the cancellation fee and wait 60days. Scam. I have not received any of my money back.
Not trustful agent, they removed my booking after payment saying flight canceled, but flight is not. I booked another flight again after they told me that they will transfer the previous money to the new booking, but again they did not issue the ticket. And not replying. They did not even return the money.
