Interesting and marvelously working app. It's working with help of unknown type of energy, knowledge, whatever but smth magical!!! Of course, it is lagging sometimes — but it is nothing comparing to it's innovative power!
Aggressively forcing an app where regular email or message is all that's needed deserves 1 star indeed. Not to mention that app kept crashing on launch until reboot fixed it somehow.
I cant login since it only allow to enter 10 digits of our phone number. While in my country mostly we have 11 digits phone number (w/o the country code) +62
Forcing people to install an app is not a good way of selling tickets. I don't want to install an application, sending PDF tickets on email works just fine. Enjoy your 1-star review for your useless application.
Made several attempts to receive OTP on my phone to be able to use the app but didn't receive. It should have alternate way to register or login.
App itself works great and looks good, but every company uses its own app and users are forced to install many of them. Just use email instead lol

Aggressive forcing to install this app is not acceptable. First they sold me tickets and took my money, after that no other way to get my tickets except through this spam app was proposed!

I honestly loved the new update! I get to see that the update has really made lot of changes. At start I wasn't getting any mails but now I see it is going great heights and the site updation is awesome! Keep up the good work
This is a demo app and it will not show your current token balance until it's officially launched in 2018. I think it will have great functionality in the future and I look forward to seeing the final version! This app is a place holder. It doesn't work and it has no function other than to make this companies fund raiser more successful by appearing to have a working product. They will argue this point by saying that it is in development. This is not even developed enough to be considered an alpha release. Save yourself the space and use one of the functional options available online. Not to mention they are paying for good reviews which makes the review system pointless.
One of the worsted products I've ever seen. All scenarios are completely non-obvious. I want just to get my _ken ticket, I don't want to download your _ken app, register, spend a huge time just for one event. Also I just want to send a _jen ticket to my friend as a picture or file why does it show me strange qr-pics that randomly change every 3 seconds. Real qr unreadable in dark mode. This service bring only additional steps, restrictions, and problems, I extremely dislike it.
