If I could have gave 0 stars, I would have!! I was back and forth with them for days through emails and phone calls just trying to get my tickets sent to a different email...supposedly the problem was resolved and I was told the qr code I had was all I needed. Got to my concert 3 hours from home and couldnt get in because I had no tickets!!!!! I missed my favorite singer and my daughter was beyond disappointed!! Never again!! Its worth the fees with other places to know you have your tickets!!!
As both a buyer and seller on TickPick I appreciate the straight forward pricing and ease of use of the app. However, you cannot list tickets using the app, and the ticket sale notification process could be improved. I listed 2 tickets & initially only one sold, but the email they sent said "My TICKETS (plural) have sold" (Not "a ticket" has sold) so I mistakenly sent two tickets to the first buyer and wasn't able to fulfill a later sale for the other ticket. Now I'm liable for the second sale.
Definitely my go-to ticket app, especially when Ticketmaster is running low on tickets or it's closer to show time. Always great deals, and never any BS involved straight-to-the-point. It's just great because any kind of tickets to go see anything these days are just so overpriced. So any chance you can get a deal is good time! Very thankful for TickPick
This app is garbage. 4 hours before the game I am still waiting to hear from anyone who can find my tickets... they never got transferred. Also it says no fees but I found cheaper tickets on another app. Even with all those nonsense fee it still cheaper than here.
1 star until my issue is resolved. So I tried buying tickets to a hockey game tonight and got an error message several times at checkout telling me to try using a different card, low ab behold I check my bank account to several pending charges totaling $3000. That is absolutely absurd, I've now waited 3hrs and have yet to be contacted back by their customer support. I'm sure my bank won't authorize the charges as I haven't received anything, but I really wanted those tickets
First time using this app. Heard of them on social media and thought I'd give it a try. I compared prices with other apps and was able to find a really great price for Hamilton. Tickets works without any issues. 10/10 will absolutely use this app again and tell my friends about it! Thanks tick pick!
Seats are not cheaper. Even though there's no service fees, tickets were almost double compared to other sites and actually turned out to be cheaper even with fees on other sites.
Don't waste your time. They assrape you on tickets. I wanted to see a braves game and on there app was 328 plus fees for two tickets I got three tickets for the same price on the braves website. Which is what I was needing. The app is not very user friendly. I'm deleting.
There are fees they just aren't upfront with them. Compared similar seats with a "fee" app and after the fee with the other guy it was only 3 dollars difference. Misleading like this causes a breach in trust. Probably won't use this app for that reason
Tickets were cheaper than Ticketmaster and other ticket apps without the extra fees. We went to monster jam, ordered the tickets the night before and got them within hours over the phone. When we got there, other people were in our seats but we just chalked it up to bring an issue with people versus tickpick so thankfully there were plenty of other seats we were able to sit at that were closer. Would definitely recommend!
Took money never received tickets. Called customer service and she had to be one of the rudest people I have ever delt with. Not worth saving fees if you dont get tickets or support
I just save another $109 by going through TickPick!! This is my 3rd order and we are over the moon thankful for friends telling us about this app!! So easy to use and never any issues at venues!! Thank you again!!
Tickpick can be stressful because it isn't streamlined in the sense that the seller hasn't already uploaded tickets. Buyers can end up waiting a long time for sellers to take needed action--even up until just before event starts. Can be nerve wracking.
I only use TickPick to buy all of my tickets! Great pricing, customer service and easy to use.
Had a hiccup with our original purchased tickets, they replaced them with significantly better ones at no additional cost! Fantastic buying app, will use again!
Just ordered my first pair of concert tickets and after comparing at least 5 different sites including the arenas own website for exact same event/section/row TickPick was cheaper EVERY time and i just saved over $300 in fees! Thank you TickPick!
Paid over $1200 for good pair of tickets to see Tool. The tickets I received are nowhere near the section I paid for. They've given me one of the worst seats in the venue. Misleading, DO NOT USE.
TickPick has great prices, is easy to use and charges no fees. One of my "go to" apps almost every time.
I never had an issue with getting my tickets, but I have found that they are not the cheapest ticket vendor. Even though they say they don't have any fees, what they really mean is that they don't have any added fees when you checkout. They already tack on fees to the ticket price, which are actually more expensive than the extra service fees that Ticketmaster charges
TickPick is a great app, just make sure to check the time on the event on another site to verify it because one time I purchased tickets for a soccer game, I got there and the game had started 2 hours prior to the time that was advertised on TickPick. I emailed TickPick and received a full refund, but it was still inconvenient to have driven 20 minutes to and from the game. Other than this, I've found this app to be great 👍
