TN VIP

Easy-To-Use app for registering my non-winning TN Lottery tickets. It keeps track of all of my registered and play it again tickets. The graphics are easy and pleasing on the eyes. Navigation is very simple and self explanatory. The one complaint I have with this app is the scanning of the barcodes. At times it'll act as if a ticket has been successfully scanned when in reality it has not. So, always double check your tickets.

Here we go again HISTORY REPEATS itself. The last time you tampered with the TnVip you closed the gift store. To in which the points were getting their value in making purchases out of the store even if it was just a little something a customer felt like they were getting something outta of the deal. Now you've tampered with the app and that has stopped customers now from scanning and having some type of optimism in just trying to win at a monthly drawing.

I started receiving that "An error occurred while processing your request" message this week, too. I uninstalled then reinstalled and it did it again. Then I went to the apps under settings on my phone and cleared the cache and data for the tnvipsuite app. I had to enter my info again, but it's working right again. Hope this helps others.

App was working great for 2 years or so then on April 6, 2020 I started getting an error when I go to login page. When I go to the web site through the search engine it tells me to download app to scan the code. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app 5 times still getting the same error message on my Note 9 up to date Android 10.

Used to work well, but past Android 8.1, it will not function on any Android device i have (3 devices). Most common error is camera no longer focuses in app (works fine outside app) second error is a Service Failure error at launch. Needs to be re-coded for Android 9.

I was trying to down load the VIP app. So I could do the 2nd chance feature. Said it could not connect to the server. What happens now. The one I had worked just fine it was all in one place worked perfectly fine until you had to screw up a good thing.

Worked great for about a year. Loved the app but no longer working. For last week I'm getting a message, "Sorry, an error occurred while processing your request", I am no longer able to access on my phone. Have removed and replaced app, did not help.

Useless. Tried to scan about 20 times with good light and it never worked. Typing in a ticket number manually is a huge pain. You have to manually capitalize every letter yourself. And then it doesn't do a check of the ticket, just points to enter drawings. Waste of time.

Great app !!! I use it mostly for stopping those annoying ads that pop-up during the apps that I use. This Noroot firewall does what it says and does it better than any other firewall app!! By the way, the VPN gives me the ability to connect to mobile hotspots without the worry of intruders. Thanks guys, keep up the good work!

Has bugs. Tells u ticket already scanned. All of them I wish u could leave more than 1 review. I tried to redownload the app. Went to bed and 8 hours later it's still spinning. No download. Now it does not recognize your email address. Cant scan any tickets etc

This app literally NEVER works. I've had the app for a long time and I've only been able to ever get MAYBE one ticket into viprewards, I believe that didn't even save though. I would say for sure but the app isn't working at ALL currently 🙄

app for the most part works the thing that I am having a issue with is the play it again that is the main reason why I downloaded the app if you are advertising it on your tickets and it doesn't even function on your app that is technically false advertising because I cannot use the function to play it again.

Terrible app. I enter the ridiculous amount of personal information to register, then tried to scan three different tickets. NOT ONE ticket was read by the scanner. A total waste of time and an embarrassment for the Tennessee Lottery.

I have been using this Tn VIP app for about 4 years now and I think it's a great easy way to enter/scan your losing tickets into the play-it-again/second chance. I always type my tickets in manually, but you can also download a scanner app on your phone and enter tickets that way too. IF YOUR SCANNER ISNT WORKING PROPERLY that means you have A BAD SCANNER APP ...IT'S NOT the TN VIP app.

Was working great for scanning tickets with phone, then April 6 2020 all I get now is an error message stating "an error has occurred while processing your request". I have also uninstalled and re-installed and it still will not work. Though I can log into my computer and enter tickets...but who wants to enter 25 letters and numbers for over 100 tickets...very frustrating...

Everything but the scam ticket works fine. The scan has to be done at just the right light, just the right distance, just very finickly. Everything else I've had no problem with.

Constantly tells me error when scanning. Tells me "too many failed attempts" and locks me out for 12 hours. The scanner hardly ever works. Useless app ! Dont bother with downloading this app!

No longer works logging in it just says error occurred. No explanation, I hate any app software that cant tell you what the error is. Just an error occurred. Otherwise this worked well for 2 years 1 star until fixed

Nothing was wrong with the old app, easy to use and navigate. This new app is obsurd busy and contrived. Why not put a new scanner on it, easy log in etc. Now its just jumbled bs, very disappointed in the TN LOTTERY.

This is a verry tricky app to use you have to hold your phone just in the right spot to get it to scan your ticket I do see what you guys are talking about it took me several attempts to get it right but so far it does work for me...

I still haven't won anything but I look forward to the day i do but other than that it's pretty good app. It says I need to link my account to my full website account to read the messages but I don't see a step-by-step process so figuring that out I would appreciate if someone else figured it out for me though...

simply doesn't work.. I saw all the bad reviews but they were older so I thought it might work now, over a year later... but nope! doesnt scan at all... useless.

Site has been giving a unable to access error for over a week there was a message for a few days that they where doing a update today ..but still same error for over a week .. poor communication on there part

This app does not work on my phone anymore, i don't know what transitions have taken place, but all I ger is an erro message, and the Tennessee lottery app just opens up to a blank page when installed

Was using the app with no problems and now suddenly when I try to log in I get a "sorry an error occured processing your request " message. I'm on android version 10 Samsung Galaxy s10plus.

Frustrating... Can no longer log in through app. I was getting an error message before the supposed "maintenace" on the 14th of April. I thought it would be fixed after that. I still cant't log in. I cannot use the app at all. I have to go to the website.

Was having issues but for all having experience, i had to go in and clear cach and data saved on your app, log off completely and then sign back in and now it works.

works just fine I feel like some just dont understand how it works font turn ur tickets in at gas stations for second chance that's usually a gas station only thing the app does what it's supposed to calling a phone number is pointless has a clerk scan it or you can yourself at any lottery retailer.

App has been reading an error has taken place for a long time now. Needs to fix. Otherwise it has been a great little application.

I love this App. It has definitely improved over the last year and the safety of your personal info are safe. One thing ive learned is ALWAYS READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS . DONT JUST ASSUME ON A APP YOU'RE GETTING REAS ABOUT IT, TOO....
