App is easy to use and the layout is nice. Great way to find awesome Broadway discounted ticket prices. I must say, this is the best app to get Broadway tickets. It's my first time using this app and it went smooth. Convenient and fast. Their customer service rep on the phone was also helpful with my questions. Thank you todaytix! You guys are amazing!
Overall experience using this service is very good. Could be improved by offering easier searching. If you only wanted to purchase example: stall seats for any show, and could set a budget. It would be good if there was an option on the site. That would search for you. So you then don't have to click on every date and show individually.
Used to work great, but suddenly am unable to buy any tickets, which makes the app pointless. Have tried 4 different cards (also tried re-adding them as per instructions in the app), all keep coming up with an error message. Have contacted customer support but not heard back. Also, annoying that lottery draws come up in your orders - makes it very difficult to find tickets I actually bought..
App is good but finding last minutes good seats is difficult. If you are able to plan well ahead it is excellent. I sometimes like to be spontaneous! I think it would have helpful to me if there was a filter for disabled or persons with mobility issues when choosing which seats to book so multiple stairs are avoided. If there had been the need to evacuate........ Mousetrap was well executed and very enjoyable.
TodayTix is a fantastic app. Great shows to see. Hamilton was absolutely amazing. We got the most amazing seats. I have told others about TodayTix, and they too are loving it. There are so many shows to see and TodayTix make it so easy to navigate through and find exactly what you are looking for. I am telling everyone I know to get the TodayTix app.
This app is fantastic! We scored $10 tickets to Hamilton the musical and our seats were at in the front row in the stalls. Really great way to experience other shows and productions without the high price tag. Highly recommend.
Used for the first time. Got a ticket on special offer for a show in a few weeks time. User friendly app, easy to pay, e tickets emailed to me immediately, great prices. Will also be trying the rush ticket on the day facility soon. So far, so good !
I use this app on a weekly basis. It is the best thing in my life! Massive savings on some of the best seats! I love the excitement of not knowing what I'll see next. I love the challenge of securing seats there and then for that day's performance. I love that I can choose at will what I wish to see. Can't rate this app highly enough!
The "Get Rush Tickets" functionality is flawed in my opinion. Initially I was shown a seating plan of where the rush tickets would be but no apparent way to change those seats if they are not to your liking. I thought that might be because there were no other options. I tried cancelling that particular transaction and it warns you that you will lose those tickets which is fair enough. When I went back to try the rush tickets option again, it was still stuck on the original tickets it suggested!
The app is really easy to use and perfect for finding bargains, used for The Jersey Boys and Get up Stand up, front row seats for the former but unfortunately awful seats for the latter, if there was a view from seat guide would have made this a better experience on the day but can't fault the app
Great app. Super easy and fun to use. I was lucky enough to win a lotto and all I had to do was turn up with my ID. Smooth transaction from beginning to end. Got amazing seats too so they seem like random allocation rather than dirty leftovers. Terrific product!
Awesome app for rush tickets. I recommend this app to EVERYONE! I sat in Frozen and recommended it to the person sat next to me. Genuinely, if you have the time, patience and don't really mind what you see, Rush tickets are amazing. Don't lose hope if you don't get them at 10, latest I've bought tickets is 11:30. If it doesn't say sold out, there's still hope. Check back in a bit.
Love this app as it gives me a chance to see Musicals, shows etc at a discounted price. I recently had the privilege of acquiring tickets to Mary Poppins the Musical and I loved the show. I would highly recommend seeing this great performance. Thank you Today Tix
Used to be good until recently. Now payments are refused saying "insufficient funds" - I've checked my account and there's definitely enough money! Rang Nationwide and they can see my attempted transactions and say that TodayTix needs to fix the thing that triggers verification with some banks/building societies. Easy to select tickets, hard to pay for them.
Really good for offers at short notice and in advance. Very easy to use - I like the way you can set alerts for shows. I always recommend TodayTix for anyone looking for West End theatre tickets.
Very easy to use app, fairly frequent discounts on popular shows, very easy to pay and all info about the show is nicely laid out. Cannot say anything bad about it so far, if you like West end shows definitely worth a download.
*Update* I'm aware they are very limited, this response does not address the 2 sec delay on Android vs ios. This leads me to assume that the preferential treatment is giving to ios users. I've been having a issue with trying to get Rush tickets. When I tried today I had both my phone and ipad on the app and noticed there is a 2 second delay on Android. Also there have been times when the count down clock doesn't appear when rush tickets are available.
Does not disclose when you can get the ticket cheaper at the theater. I bought a discounted ticket and they charged me a $5 service fee. What they didn't mention was that the ticket was for the theater's Pay What You Can night and I could have paid just the $5 for the whole thing. They refused my request for a cancellation and refund.
I really want to give this 5 stars because I do love it but recently I've been have so much trouble with it. Buying tickets have suddenly become a problem. It keeps shutting down while I'm scrolling through and it use to let me see the seats I was getting when getting rush tickets which it doesn't anymore.
Really great app. Allows to buy on the day very discounted tickets, plus lottery tickets on some amazing musicals and additional discounts are available at different times. Very easy to use. Only thing to improve is to disconnect from the alarms/notifications, that doesn't always work. However, when you do want notifications, it is a great reminder to get the tickets that you want
Rush Tickets functionality does not work for me most of the time. I tried to re-install the app, re-log in, restart my phone, but when 10am starts, I do not see the option to get the rush tickets. It gets stuck on the "Cancel Alert" message and never changes. I know how it looks like as once it did work, but now it's just not working.
Easy to use app. Reminders to enter the lottery, notification of result, and buying the tickets is all really easy. Some great deals too! Wouldn't have been able to see Harry Potter without TodayTix.
I really enjoy the UX of this app. It's clear and intuitive and it works.. I was able to enter a lottery, buy tickets, and it auto-saved them on my Android phone, which I appreciated.
so many good deals and easy to purchase tickets and collect them at the box office, reserved under your name. Some also send e-tickets so check in app and emails. Many available as Daily Rush tickets so be ready at 10am to grab great prices and great seats for a limited time.
I'm so glad I chose to use TodayTix to get my tickets to American Buffalo. Not only did I get amazing seats (5th row, orchestra) I also got an amazing price (saved over 50%). The only thing that made me a little nervous was not getting my tickets until the day of the show. I will 100% be using TodayTix again. Wish I knew about it sooner.
I was lucky enough to be a lottery winner yesterday after weeks of trying. After receiving my winning email it was so easy to follow the instructions to purchase our tickets. My daughter is beside herself with excitement and we both can't wait to see Hamilton next Friday night.
