First, I don't understand the need for multiple apps for each purpose. One app for Delivery and Pickup, a separate app for 'Just For U' deals. Secondly, the app is too slow. It took over five minutes to download. Then when I opened it, that spinning symbol that reminds me of a hamster on a wheel continued for over ten minutes, until an error message appeared about the server. AND it blamed my wi-fi as the possible cause, though I haven't had this issue with other apps I've downloaded. 🙄

Spent 30+ minutes picking out items and when it came to checkout, the app will not tell you the final price and will charge the card for the estimated price. It's a total guessing game as to what the price is even after you have placed the order. The receipt shows an estimated cost. I proceeded to cancel the order because of the incorrect amount and was left with nothing I actually needed. The pricing in question was free delivery and 15 dollars off a 75 dollar purchase. Terrible experience!

Downloaded the app, spent the time to shop in the app after setting up my account, selected my pickup time but couldn't checkout. The checkout button did NOTHING! I could navigate throughout the app but could purchase my groceries. This is very distracting as the app prices and the in-store prices differ. I have been a Tom Thumb shopper for years and this is very disappointing. I will shop somewhere else.

Both the pick up and delivery are convenient and easy. However, on more than one occasion I have ordered an item(s) and on the receipt it states they are out of the item. I turns out, when I go in and find the item, the item (s) are where they have been for months. That is the only disappointing and frustrating thing about the services.

Very frustrating. Long process to cancel. Lots of distracting ads in first screen, rather than info actually needed. Feels like they are trying to take advantage of people who need delivery bc of health issues, rather than be helpful.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Inventory is a lie and they will deliver a single item and still charge you $8 for that delivery, even if it is only sugar ($3.50). No notification to stop the order. Customer service does not respond. Used to shop there in person all the time, supporting the locals and all. Now I will never walk in the door again. Try Amazon Fresh, at least they have customer service.

This service is a nightmare I had groceries delivered and not all items were present when I addressed the issue I was told the missing items would be delivered the next day, the next came around and no groceries were delivered. This not only happened once but 3 times on the same order and I have yet to receive any of the items . I've spoke to 4 different people who claimed my issue was solved which it wasnt. Dont waste your time use a different company if your wanting groceries delivered.

Had an order that was good to go with all my items get rescheduled do to problems on their end. The following rescheduled delivery had half my items taken off do to being out of stock when they were all there the previous scheduling. They also charged me extra for the new rescheduled delivery. Switch to using Amazon Fresh after this.

Getting to this app made me almost scream with frustration. The 5th employee I talked to, after holding etc. for almost 50 minutes, finally told me there are TWO apps. And I was in the wrong one. After that it was easy. Maybe they could combine the two apps? And not leave customers on endless call holds? Look for Tom Thumb DELIVERY app, not the default one. Then it's easy.

After being forced to upgrade the app today, the reserve a time slot and purchase history features keep throwing code 502 errors and i can't use the features. As far as the service goes, the shoppers routinely ignore the substitution settings on your order and they'll replace items with an entirely different flavor or product!

Horrible update. Multiple apps now and neither gives you a grocery list option that isn't a checkout function for delivery/ drop off, doesn't show which coupons clipped, doesnt work with the weekly ad just for U coupons, and lost my free monopoly items.

App is great. Fulfillment was only 75% and most of what was missing were their sale items or sales I needed... like CAT LITTER! Pictures of products could not be enlarged or compared for can size other than ounces, which makes it hard to buy "3 of the smallest cans of tomato paste".

Orders are almost always complete. Over the last year, phone service is improved! I rarely have to call anymore w/delivery problems. Drivers have ALWAYS been clean, courteous & helpful. The greatest improvement is the drivers are now in contact w/us, the customer, if they're running late, for instance. There was a time I'd wait forEVER for a customer service agent & then they weren't able to contact drivers. You've REALLY gotten the whole act together. We love this grocery delivery service. TY!

This app is designed for persons that do not go into the grocery store and pick out their groceries. That's fine but if you want to do business that way you should also leave the old app available for customers like me who like to go into the store to purchase their items the old-fashioned way. Myself three employees plus a store manager were unable to figure out how to get just4u pricing at the cash register. The store employees hate this app even worse than I do which is quite a bit.

Shopping is always great..it's the website app that's screwed up. Don't know why my email and password are only good for ONE grocery trip. Been shopping here at this particular Tom Thumb for TWENTY YEARS and never had problems. I would shop much more if my sign worked EACH TIME AND I didn't have to call the help people! Exasperating! I do love my products from Tom Thumb though. They always have everything and the freshest. I will continue to shop there but PLEASE GET YOUR APP FIXED FOR ME , ETC.

Unreliable service. App charges by delivery window, smaller window cost more. One hour window is 3x mor than 4 hr,, and they showed up an hour and 45 minutes after the window. Items regularly unavailable. The app says they are available so you plan your groceries and then 0 to 30% doesn't show up and messes up your planned meals. Our fathers day meal for tomorrow is half missing. This happens 100% of the time.. Today was my fifth order and have had four bad experiences.

This service is a sham! Everytime you place an order it is a gamble as to what you will recieve. I have had nothing but awful experiences since using this app and it has exposed the travesty that is Tom Thumbs management in general. I have been waiting on hold for 20 minutes as of this message for help with 2 orders with damaged items due to this app. I have lost all respect for this company as a customer of 20+ years and will no longer shop here on or in store. Buy with Amazon fresh or doordash

I actually Like this App...It's only down fall is that you Don't get all of the Sales Ad Pricing...And you also Don't get all of the Reward Card Savings...I Love Tom Thumb for All of their Savings I can get in One Shopping Trip...But the Fact that I Can't Do This On the App is Kinda a Let Down...In a Way I Feel Robbed.. Well because Technically I Am...But it's Still Convenient for a Busy Working Mom...I would also Suggest Delivering all the Merchandise in Paper Bags vs Plastic Bags...Just for Presentational Purposes...It would look more Eye Pleasing to the Consumer...

Tom Thumb needs to download the Kroger app to get a clue. The TT app is too much 😫 to get items loaded and then scheduled for pick up or deliverty. We prefer TT in store shopping to Kroger but scheduling a pick up or delivery (now 80-90% of our grocery shopping) NEVER goes to TT.

They want to help curb the spread of COVID-19, yet you have to have over $30 in order to complete an order for pickup or delivery. And then not everything is available for pickup or delivery, forcing you to go to the store.

UPDATE: Notice the response; it's all "show the customer how to use the app" not let's FIX the app. I really want to yell at their UX department. Awful app, gets worse by the minute and nothing support ever does/says changes anything. It's like they just won't face their site and app fails. Does Tom Thumb not want me to actually place orders?

Horrible!!! The Just For U never shows up at check out. Showed the checker it was showing on my app...all this kid could say was "sorry, there is nothing i can do." What a scam. I should have left it all there and gone to Kroger!
