TopoDroid helps you to take surveying data and accurate sketches while youare in the cave, so that you can detect errors in the data while you are still on the spot and correct them.TopoDroid has many functions to help you get the most out of surveying trip. In this way, by the time you finish it a working map is almost ready.
TopoDroid is designed to work specifically with the DistoX, but the survey data can be also entered manually. TopoDroid has DistoX calibration functions, as well as other advanced DistoX functions.
TopoDroid handles one survey session at a time. It is not a cave survey project manager. For that purpose many good PC programs, already exist,and TopoDroid exports survey data and sketches in several PC cave program formats (Data: therion, compass, visualtopo, walls, survex, csurvey, polygon, topo, pockettopo, dxf, csv, kml, track-file. Sketches: therion, csurvey, dxf, svg, png.)

ERRORS, CRASHES, and ANR While i strive to make it bug-free, it is not guaranteed so. If you spot a bug, please file a report or send an email. This will help you and the other users as well. Bug reports are promptly handled. A new apk is published whenever a serious bug is found and fixed, or there is an important update to the app.
Crashes may be due to translation "mistakes" in format strings.Check the app in English, as this is the only language I can test.If you get a translation crash email both the translation maintainer and me.
If your crash report is not handled check the "crashes" page on the website:if it is there it is likely i cannot do anything about it.

Excellent work, very convenient... marco, u did a great job... what about taking pics and attach them to specific stations.. i heard that feature was included before but i cant find it anymore.

Why not just use standard UIS symbol set? I am colorblind so I can't really tell which area is which. Edit: Ok thanks I'll look into that. Has anyone already created UIS Symbol set? Is it possible to somehow import these from Therion?

An elegant and robust solution which transforms the surveying process. Great support too.
It makes surveying much easier and faster and is a pleasure to use. Used together with the DistoX it reduced the chance for errors significantly. It also exports quite nicely to different formats and especially Therion. No more paper drawings, scanning, hard to read notes, etc.

it's an extremely useful app:) i just like to use it! by years, it has become an inseparable part of caving.
