Don't waste your money. Picked 5 songs never heard any of them. Constant skipping to no end. Have to pay the extra to skip in hopes to hear your songs. Was there for 2 hours. An hour after being home got a notification my songs were playing. What a waste. Never again. Really bad business practice and desperate for $$$.

This app is horrible. It won't give me an accurate account of what's next in the queue, it allows people to pass you with extra points even if your already spent money has been taken out, and it won't correct a double order even though it ALSO doesn't give you a confirmation of a given order for minutes beyond the point where any reasonable person world attempt to "reorder" their selection. Use at your own risk, and realistically delete immediately.

My app is now working correctly. Thank you. This is a great app. As a bartender you receive free credits which are great to use to get the music going. Which in turn will have people playing more as well. People love not having to go up to the jukebox. Would rate it 5 if I could get help with unfiltering our new jukebox. I'd say 80% of songs on my fav are unavailable to play or can't even be pulled up.. Vendor has not been helpful so I wrote to support for help but, never received a response.

Good for what it is but it had errors with the features it's supposed to offer. -Option to connect to Spotify doesn't work, and refuses to show a window upon trying to sign into it. -Option to scan for music on your phone. Refuses to find any music on said phone. But if you only use it to play music from the app it works fine.

As long as a person with a remote control can skip my songs I will never use the app again. I paid for music and because someone didn't like my choices they just skipped over my songs? That's just wrong.

Touchtunes stole like 12 credits from me, while the Jukebox was on. I was trying to play one song, and it cost me $6. There were no other songs queued up, but it just kept eating my credits and not playing the song. Finally it played. Dogshit app. No wonder this company has been sued so much.

Obviously from the responses from Touchtunes they are aware of the issue but it's been almost a month and I still can't see what's playing or be confident that my song went through. Pretty inexcusable for a pay to play app. Now I have money tied up in my account and can't use it. Actually lost money now that I think about it. You guys owe me at least 4 points. First fix the issue then give free credits to everyone with a balance. It's the right thing to do.

Usually love this app, and would rate it way higher but it's been giving me nothing but problems lately... I can't see any music playing or play any music myself. It won't even let me buy credits. I've spent hundreds of dollars over the years playing music and now this. Very disappointed. Just going to put bills into the jukebox from now on

If it wasn't for the fact that it's the only other way I can play music at work aside from actually putting cash in the jukebox, I would not get it. Every time I open the app it gives me an error code and doesn't show the music selections unless I look up each individual song I want to play. I have to uninstall and reinstall this app to get it to work properly, and even then it's not garunteed to work. Until this is fixed, I am not changing the review.

I payed to play 3 songs. The songs never came on and posted under recently played. It's literally me a 2 other people here and non of them picked any songs...... What's going on ad where did money just go to? Please respond and refund my credits. It's not acceptable to just take people's hard earned money. Not now in this economy or ever.

The app allows you to pick music to play for 2 credits a song usually. As you pick, so do others who just want hear a song and are willing to pay. This creates a queue, people in line to hear a song they paid for. For 7 credits, more than 3X the cost, anyone can skip you. When that happens consistently, they make $ on music you never get to hear. How 'bout a limit on being skipped. After 10 skips, you can't be skipped. Otherwise, why no refund available. Why get $ from services not provided. :/

Great app when it works, but God forbid you need help when it doesn't. App is doing that weird Android "can't load music" thing sometimes, then will work fine. Went to add credits 4 days ago, and of course my payment processed, but no credits loaded. Still waiting to hear from their help desk. All I've received is an automated message that "a help dj" would be resolving my issue in those 4 days. Irritating.

Samsung Android user and have loved this app for years. Completely derailed over the past 2 months to the point that it is generally unusable. No queue, no recommendations and cannot load credits on my account. Emailed TouchTunes a month ago detailing my issues with no response. I'd like to keep spending my money to continue using their service but have been unable to for quite some time.

They raised prices again. Songs cost 2 credits. So 1 dollar a song. You could get away with playing a song the was long in length to at least make it reasonable. But now they raised the longer songs to 3 credits. So a dollar fifty to play a song that's 5 minutes or more... I'm usually the only one in the bar playing music on touch tunes. I give it a year before most my local small town bars remove this service. Several bars already just have a Bluetooth connection and let whoever connect

TouchTunes app is ok but their music selection is poor on many Artists. Customer service won't even consider adding their customer requests, which is poor business in my opinion. No consideration what so ever. It's a shame because their customers who add money in their Jukeboxes help support them, are loyal, every time we add that $24 dollar payment credit, over and over. Their response is Computer generated on requests. It's so frustrating "we don't do Customer requests",Poor business TT..

No cancel feature the other night I played 15 songs and then some jerk came in and fast tracked all his songs and filled up the jukebox till closing time. Needless to say myself and numerous other people never got to hear the songs we payed for. There should be some way for when this happens to cancel my songs and have my credits refunded.

Awesome app..whenever I have concerns or problems I can email touch tunes to get the issue resolved and there has never been A time that i have to wait more than 24 hours before they reach out to me. From music not playing, to the box being turned off in middle of songs. You guys are awesome keep up the great work💞❤🔥💜

Ridiculous. Your song will never get played in the time you dine. Last 3 times I used this app my songs played in the bar/restaurant about 1.5 hour after I was already home!!!

Getting help is really difficult. When places skip over your songs or the que in the app isn't working its difficult to get help. I've successfully had help once out of numerous issues and times of trying to contact. I don't mind paying when services are working but I hate wasting credits. As of today, after touchtunes replied to this review, I'm still waiting for a reply for the help I placed in their chat on Saturday the 12th of February.

Can't see what's playing, can't see history or recommendations and can't buy credits. SUPER FRUSTRATING as a bar tender when I'm trying to keep just the right songs playing for everyone to have a good time. As the bar tender I can't walk to the jukebox to play it, I need to stay behind the bar. Ugh. 😡😡😡

Farce. When they ask if you wanna jump the line, its not a true line but the box itself you're competing with. Pay 2 if you don't wanna empty your credits and have to stay the entire night. Waste of money. Paid 4 5 songs have heard 2 in 40 minutes. Go back to regular jukeboxes instead of these money hungry a$$hat apps/programs that take the highest bidder for dam music when you paid for it. You pay extra and it basically "says" someone else jumped you.🤣 Its freakin music gtfo Uninstalling now

The app keeps bringing up error messages in the bottom of my Google Pixel 3 over the past week. The queue won't load. This all only occurred in this past week and makes the app hard to use. Developers likely need to update. I've updated the OS on my phone since and know that that's not the problem.

Great when it works. I'll change the rating when it's fixed. Hasn't worked in 2 weeks. Won't let me update the app. Sad. I work at a bar people give me money to play songs so it's losing money for my bar when they don't want to walk up to the box and search.

Won't load a quarter of time. But when it works, great options. Sorts music by genres and decades.

Used to love this app, but lately they are getting greedy. They up most of the one credit songs to 2 credits and some are now 4 credits. $2 a song is a bit much. I was spending $24 per weekend. I've decided I'd rather use my money for other purposes I enjoy and not to be taken to the cleaners by this company.
