I had tried to withdraw money via Credit card and the money got debited, but never got credited to my bank account. I've written multiple times via the app, but no one responded. I'm now trying to file a complaint to authorities now. Worst app ever !
I have transfer 18464. But it failed and the amount was deducted from my card, and no transaction shows in app. There is such no customer care no. You should improve the app and take some action and give back my money as soon as possible. As you know these type of credit card transactions payment done only in emergency.
I have transferred an amount of Rs.19712.96. through cashout app. The amount was debited from my credit card. But the money is not transferred to my bank account. There is one error message shown that the transaction is failed. Since it is a huge amount for me. Kindly help me to get my money back. Even I'm not able to login now. Simply a fraud app.......
I tried to transfer money from credit card to bank account.. instantly amount was debited in card but not credited to my account and also it was not showing in the transaction history. And my account is showing user disabled...even I don't have amount either in my credit card or my mobikwick wallet..I dont know who is going to solve this issue? Even there r no customer care numbers as well..it's totally a fraud app..
I experienced the same issue as mentioned in most of the recent comments. Used my credit card, money got debited from the card, received a message from the bank about crediting the amount, but the amount never got credited to my bank account. Later I have checked with my bank and it has been confirmed that the amount was credited to my account and happened to be charged for a fee. Thank you.
Wow! It's a great app to transfer money from credit card to bank accounts instantly. I never see any app like this, this is just the fastest app to transfer money, even they charge less then the other apps. I would say, if you need to transfer money from your credit card instantly? I just don't know.. It has never happened before with any other app. I transfered money to a bank account, money was debited from my bank account but never went to the recipient. It's creating a huge problem for me plus this app doesn't provide any customer service number. Plz look out to my problem ASAP.
I have thus app to transfer money from my card to bank account. Where the money was debitrd from card and till now the money didnt get credited. But in app it shows as refund successful. Its been more than few months and i have sent multiple emails, where i did not get any response nor my money back. So i feel this app is not trusted one.

This app is good and charge for cash out is nominal. But there is no customer service portal and help desk. Users confuse when transanction failed. And there is no wallet added with this app. Failed transanction's amount go to a hidden wallet where users have no control. There is no list for failed transantion. Please provide customer service portal where it is dealing with money.
If your not able to maintain server please close down the service, it is not the first time, several time it happened my money held for 2 to 4days, i tried to transfer the amount using credit card, i never faced problem on paytm and other providers. Most of the time i get error msg bank not responding, or unable to process. From card to wallet it never failed most of the time from wallet to bank fails.

I have recently done a transaction from card to bank for an amount of 10000 rupees. But the transaction was not successful and money was debited from credit card and not yet refunded to card or to my savings account. Kindly do the needful at the earliest. Its too much trouble that your app doesn't have a customer grievance portal or any means ro convey problems to you.
Worst Experience I have done transaction from my credit card, amount get debit but not credit on my account. I have also mailed to customer care and call several times but no response from customer service. Please don't use this application, customer support is very poor. If you're transaction is unsuccessful no one is ready to listen your problem.
I have seen many negative reviews but for me this app is superb. It has always helped me instantly in getting cash. On dated 22/06/20 I made a failed transaction of Rs 20000 from credit card to my account. It was my mistake as one can transfer only 10000 Rs to any account for the first time in any unregistered Account. Though Mobikwik told me to wait for 7 working days for transferring back the amount into my credit card It took just two days and I received the credit. Very nice and genuine app
Don't download and don't waste your time. This app was debited from my account, but not credit into other accounts, and doesn't show about the transaction, there is no option to refund the money.
Dear Team, Before a day ago I have transferred money from credit card to saving bank with amount of 20000rs. It was deducted from card but didn't deposited to saving account. I have raised a query & I am happy to announce that money has been credited back to credit card. I would like to suggest you to include the HELP DESK feature in the app where user can see that how to communicate with you. Non technical user may lack of information Thanks a lot.
Myself transferred credit card to my sb account but amount not credited I raised the issue & after that showing transferred but until now not credited Again i will going to raise the issue & saying no past issues In app showing 2 past issues but try to raise it is not showing. I can't sign up: online nor mobile. It doesn't send the OTP at all. When you max out the number of times to resend it, it makes you wait 15min. MobiKwik doesn't work either. They're garbage apps, that don't work.
Tried to transfer money from credit card to a bank account... Instantly amount was debited in card but not credit to account and also it was not showing in the transaction... It really does transfer money from credit or debit card to any bank account. I am really surprised to see some bad reviews as I myself have successfully transferred money several times through this app.
I had transferred 10,500 with charges of 390 and my transfer was failed and money was deducted from my credit card no proper response from the team and also the customer support number is invalid. Anyone looking to transfer from card to bank account do not use this app as they don't provide proper support I had gone through this do not use this or any other app which is powered by MobikWik from the playstore rest all is your decision to make.
This app is disappointing me. I tried sending money from my credit card to bank but didn't reach to the bank and not reflecting MobiKwik cash out wallet. How could you guys done like this and no customer care support. That time too much emergency of money but this app ruined the all hope i.e. 8000 rupees. I was trying to transfer fund from my CC to a bank account using your Cashout app. After completing KYC, I did the transaction with successfully submitting OTP, But as soon the gateway goes out , I didnt recieved any confirmation screen,neither did I got it in my transaction history. Now after checking with recipient account, it didnt got any fund, as my amount has been already deducted from my Credit Card.
Money lost Rs. 21,784 today including fees it's Rs. 22,799.35. Can't see transaction in History. Money deducted from credit card but not been credited in Account. Please check and solve this. There is no email to contact nor any number. No transaction reference number. Just a message that amount could not be credited to bank if deducted then will be refunded in 7 wokring days. Atleast show transaction reference in history even though it failed.

Its very sad to say through Google play people can cheat us. It's have been more than 7 days I have not received my money back. Lockdown is there and they have not returned my money. I transferred 20000 from my credit card to my debit bank. Money got deducted from my credit card but not credited in my debit bank account. And today is the 8th day. In Query related issues your app is terrible. It's automatic no one replies if we do not agree. Let me see whether I will get my money back or not. 🥺

I used the app,in the start my money was properly transferred to my bank, I also gave 5stars. Today a large amount of money deducted from my card but is not transferred to my bank account. The issues should be resolved earlier, as in need people can't wait for money.
Worst app ever. My money got debited from my credit card and it showed transaction failed and added the money to my mobikwik wallet. Upon inspection of my wallet, I realised that my wallet balance is 0 and the refund has been initiated to send it back to my bank account ( i paid using a credit card so i wonder who they are trying to scam). I called the customer care number and found out that the refund has been initiated. The amount is still not reflected in my account. I wouldn't suggest it.
