Travelers Mobile

The app seems nice, but it is absolutely not optimized for a Samsung Z Fold device. Folded, half the screen is cut off, as if the app thinks its in tablet mode. In tablet mode, dialogue boxes are cut off, making the app lose a lot of functionality.

I haven't been able to sign into my account for the past five days. Just gives me an infinite loading spinner after I authenticate. Tried uninstalling and restarting fresh but still the same thing. Not sure what recent updates did but this is crazy.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AND APP - The worst app. App is worse than useless - It provides the WRONG OUTDATED INFO. UX is horrible. App is buggy, slow and functional deficient. Bad company. Company use to be OK but they cost cut beyond unacceptable. No corporate customer service for anything - billing or app, just endless automated vm hell. They make you go through agent for everything including basic billing and payment issues on their end. ... I had enough. Will be adios soon. Good luck.

Refuses to authenticate even though it verifies the credentials. Perfect poster child for useless and unusable software.

Always running into technical issues that prevent me from making any updates through the app despite that being the goal of the app.

The app used to actually work a few months ago, but around January I noticed that nothing in about my account would show up. No claims or due dates for payments and even my policy wasn't showing up, insurance cards aren't available through the app for me either. It isn't really that big of an issue for me because I have regular access to a computer, but this problem renders the Travelers App useless. This might just be an individual problem but if a fix could be issued that would be greatly appreciated. Otherwise I'll just use the browser and delete the app. Thanks.

What the heck happened to the app?! I use to be able to view my insurance CD cards without having to log in now I can't save them to my phone for quick, easy access. Plus, the app doesn't rotate, so when I do try to view the card, or show it for proof, I have to zoom in to read anything! What the heck?! This needs fixed ASAP! UPDATE 3/18/21: A month later and still no ability to save ID Cards to device for viewing offline & you still have to pinch & zoom to view the dang cards!

I am trying to update the app and it just keeps pending. I need to pay my car insurance.

App used to work but then told me to update, now it won't even open.

Beautiful App! - I just signed up with Travelers insurance. Just downloaded this Travelers Mobile app and it looks beautiful. Easy to use, make changes, view insurance cards, and more. I saw some negative comments and a low rating and was kind of mentally preparing for a negative experience, but maybe they upgraded it and changed it according to the previous bad reviews. Today, it's really nice! Also, thanks for saving me thousands Travelers!

Constantly getting "experiencing trouble" message, for example "payments" work and others don't or sometimes "none" shows up under payments, policies etc. having to log out and log back in. This is fairly poor example of how well they are as an insurance company. Better off keeping a screenshot or physical proof of your policy in your vehicle just in case.

been hours still loading to sign in , probably still trying to load as I type this 🤦‍♂️

New customer trying to log into the app for the first time. After I log in, the circle just spins endlessly. Never loads. Completely worthless

They recently pushed an update that broke the app. When trying to log in I get a message saying "Sorry something went wrong on our end. Please try again later." I tried clearing the app cache and then tried reinstalling the app, but it is still broken. It was working fine before the update. I'm on a google Pixel 2 with the most up to date OS/updates.

This app is incredibly slow loading between screens. More than once a flow has failed and just sent me back to the login screen. It takes like 15 seconds and 4 clicks just to show your stupid ID card. - Edit - They've since added Google pay integration so you can save the wallet card to your Google account for quick access. This is actually super cool.

Easy to use app, neat graphics, basic information at my fingertips rather than digging around on a website to find it!

I can't access this app at all.Just get an error message that their is something wrong on "our end". I've received emails to double check my login and reset my password just in case I was doing it wrong. Same thing, I can't log in at all. Really frustrating!

The app has constantly crashed and I have not been able to access my account and that is not acceptable! This issue needs to be resolved immediately! I should be able to have access to my account 24/7 with no problems! The update caused more problems than it fixed! I am all about forward movement and innovations but make sure it works like a well oiled machine! Please Fix it!!!!!

I just switched from another company to this. I have to say, this mobile app is impossible to even get into. Tried everything, reinstalling, restarting my phone, etc. And when I could get through online it would not accept my policy as a policy even though I've already linked it but it won't show up. I've paid already and got a print of it but cannot access anything after the first time.

Technical support is non existent. You don't have the option to remove a payment option on this app. You have to call Technical Support AND they don't even know how to remove a payment option. Rediculous. It's 2021 there should be an option to remove a payment method built into the app. Talked to 5 people and got the run around! Changed Insurance Provider!!

It's great when it works. When it works. Which it rarely does, unfortunately. I know I can just go online and pay, but the convenience of the app is really appreciated. Bug fixes should really be prioritized, after all this is a way for customers to pay and manage policies!

Love that it downloads a copy of my I'd cards to my phone so I dont have to sign in. Pros: Easy to use I can make changes See all my billing and police's Cons: It usually says no active policys when I try to log on with my thumb print so I have to type my username and password out each time No push notifications for documents messages or bills

HELP! For some reason I can access my policy online but I keep getting a technical error when I try to sign in on the app. It says "Your username, email or password is not on record". Please try again. I changed my password (successfully) and it did it again. I also uninstalled the app and tried it again, no success. However everything pulls up just fine online but not through the app. How can I fix this?

App will not load, uninstalled and reinstalled and the app will still not load. It just repeatedly crashes with the police looking on as they patently wait for my insurance card. I guess I'll go back to carrying a physical copy of my insurance like it's the 90s or something.
