To set the watch up so it syncs with everything, can ask your local electronic shop, like better homes or someone whos good with them kinda things.. The app n watch will sync with both once u sort it out in settings, on the app n setyings in your phone.. Just gotta read setings in both then it will all sync together.. Good luck :)
Phone will not recognize app, or pair with app. The watch will not sync to get the correct time. So disappointed in this product. Nothing works to get it back on line. The app just stopped working even after several uninstalls and reinstalling. Wasted my MONEY.
This app is terrible. Directions are not self explanatory. Watch is nice, but useless if you can't connect the watch to the app. Need ed to consult with several people in order to install the app!
Its not a friendly user app at all everytime i try to connect the watch to my phone the app does nothing im just frustrated that this app does not work at all, ive already did the trouble shooting steps but still nothing happens ugh......
I CAN NOT get any of the 3 TUW watches to connect to my Samsung Galaxy S10. ANY help would be appreciated. So, so far, the watch and/or app is junk!
Scam, doesnt work, no way to connect and asks for way too many permissions. lucky it was a gift. In the bin, app deleted!!

* IMPORTANT YOU'LL Need to read instructions very carefully to sync to your phone. My watch does not keep the charge for 3 to 5 days on a single charge as it says in the manual. I have to charge the watch every day or it dies. THE Health and fitness Information on the watch is handy, magnetic band is cool. It also alerts and displays text messages from your phone. The app NEEDS upgrading as far as syncing and connectivity from phone to watch to be more user friendly!
