Unacademy Learning App

Of course, the content, lectures, tests and educators are really good in Unacademy platform. But, the interface of the app is not user friendly. We can't find a test in test series section, as they are not organised. And there is no option provided for us to filter/ search.The only 1 overall search option available, is of no use. Also, I couldn't find any other means to provide feedback and so posting it here. Kindly look into this seriously, especially the date wise organisation of test series.

Overall it's great...but majority of the times it doesn't open at all...n when it does...it shows slow internet connection even when it's fast or moderate. All other apps work completely fine with my internet connection. Only this app shows the issue. I've missed many classes because of this issue so I request you to kindly look into this issue and try to resolve it asap!

The content and educators are really good. but there are so many problems with the interface. I would like to suggest some features 1. Watch History. 2. Mention subject of expertise under the educators name/profile 3. Option to save a particular video/lecture. Honestly, I would prefer youtube over the application to watch the lectures but paid videos aren't available on youtube. Please rethink the whole interface.

The best part about unacademy is the educator, they are really good and helpful. And study material and content are good. But the app itself is too glitchy. It need some improvement like download doesn't works properly it get stuck time to time. You also need features like allowing students to make custom playlist of the lectures. That is the reason i am giving it three stars.

The new update is really disappointing .... The app takes time to open... If I select any of the cources it takes time to open up... Anything I do in this app it takes a lot of time loading.... At first I thought it was my internet but all the other apps worked fine .. so I guess it's the app fault only try to fix it as soon as possible

I am very satisfied by the content and educators. Their way of teaching and interaction is really good. But the app has so many technical issues. In recent tests the options I select are replaced by some random ones. Server lags a lot in night classes. And there is a problem in uploading image doubts in the doubt tab. Please improve it.

Educators are great on this platform, classes and content everything is amazing and really helpfull but app interface is really worst ,in search bar it is really difficult to search anything and help section is aslo not working .really frustrating .. worst application ever And in test sections my answers are replace automatically and i got less marks .there are many technical issues in the tests also there is no pause option.

Unacademy is my 1st choice for online learning but suddenly there is so much changes.The screenshot option is stop, the new iconic version where only iconic students talk with teacher and most of the time resolve their doubt, and the doubt solve section where most of the time they provide wrong solution. the screenshot option is resume soon it's impossible to write down notes everytime..But all teachers are very humble and hardworking and they provide good content for that reason I use this app.

1 star because evertime i pause a video lecture and open another app, even if it's for 5 min, the app disappears from my recents and i have to spend 15 minutes searching for the lecture I was watching. Please add a "continue from" Feature and history feature, it is very much required for a smooth experience.

Overall its a great platform for those who do jobs like me... Educators are very helpful. My concern is there is no screen shot option available. Please provide this option as its very helphul for offline study. And please provide dates for special classes as i found it very difficult to search special classes datewise..... No option of downloading the lectures for laptop...

UX experience is really not good... But worst When ever I login I have to scroll through all the courses for the course I am enrolled for. All the teacher I have to look to look the one I am following . It feels really time consuming It should be like when ever I open the app The courses which I am enrolled in and the teacher which I follow should be infront and in top...only tht should be visible too Others should be on behind To look other thing explore option be there.

The lectures are good in this platform. However it has an annoying bug. It shows app notifications for the previously followed creators even if you change the goal. Like if you were previously following iit jee creators and now you have changed the goal to neet you will keep getting the previous goal educator's live notifications in your app. It is very annoying. I would give this app 5 star if it doesn't happened to me.

Content and lectures are really good and unacademy best plateform for online preparation. But some issue there in app like when question practice in practice section it save only section after some days it difficult to find it i said so many times to support team it should small problem for other but it's big for me..

Very good app and software interface.. Easy in usage n PDFs provided are valuable.. One problem is it requires high speed internet and takes a bit more data for loading.. Otherwise its a well made app ahead of our needs👍 Full details of the schedule n topics covered are hard to find.

Interface is not that much user friendly, but teachers are expert and they also provide the detailed schedule and notes for you. Amazing app for study but make sure to be consistent with the classes. For slow teachers, attend recorded one and for fast teachers must attend live classes.

App gets stuck in live classes. So much issues occur during live classes. Forward 10 second and backward 10 second also get stuck in recorded video. Unacademy should develop video interface just like YouTube -double Tap to move 10 sec forward etc.

This is the ABSOLUTE WORST app I have ever used in my life, you cannot take screenshot if the internet is off or weak even if you are watching downloaded video. Sometimes I have to take pictures of the screen with other device because screenshot doesn't work at all. UI is terribly bad. Teachers and content is good but app is absolute trash.

App is crashing a lot. When I visit the app when it is running in background and press the back button, a white screen appears. And no matter how long you wait, it remains white and no content appears. Restarting the app is the only fix.

Unacademy is a best platform to study. I have taken 2 year of subscription for IITJEE. The teachers are very friendly and understand students' doudts and guide us but sometimes there are technical issues which gets resolved after some days. According to me if you are serious enough for your mission you can take the subscription. I am happy to have Unacademy.

App is no doubt awesome. Content is awesome. But everytime I get spam notifications from the app. And when I enter app for studying it shows referral earn, and unacademy icons.. I don't need this remove it or come with a option to remove this.. I am frustrated from these things...

One problem is that supposed I see one video lecture.. Due to some reason I stopped and doing some other work in phone by minimizing that app.. After 5 minutes when I back that lecture and resume that lecture and after some times it's buffering .. Please resolve that problem..

Poor optimization for tablets. Landscape mode results in black bars in the app. Since I use a tablet mostly, constantly changing orientations breaks the flow of a study session. Planner is a wonderful addition and a amazing tool to have. However, it is also poorly executed with very limited features to customize your schedule. Eg: Cannot reschedule classes to a later date if you missed some. Notes is an app only feature, and hence should be downloadable for offline viewing at the least.

No words for this great platform but sometime I feel that app is not working properly as it should work I have a better internet connection after this the app shows internet network problem even when I take the class, I am facing this issue since I started to use this app. Unacademy technical team should resolve this issue so get a better and smooth experience by operating this. That's the reason of behind giving 3*

The educators on Unacademy are awesome. I took plus subscription for my JEE preparation and never regretted it. But there are some problems with this app. First, it is poorly optimised for Android tablets. This app can't even run in landscape mode. Second, we cannot save the screenshots (saved in the notes sections) offline. Third, I cannot access my screenshots saved in my notebook on the website. Fourth, I do not receive any notification when educators post anything in their community.

Need the night mode feature like low brightness during the live classes. Because when I attended the classes ,the brightness and white display or slide reflect the light and that effective for eye...plz add the night mode feature during classes.

This is the worst app. I advice you all please don't take subscription of this platform. Later you will feel cheated. I am telling you this because I have taken 2 years plus subscription for NEET. And there are good teachers also but now they are eliminating all those best teachers. In fact they have produced ranks in neet 2021 teaching on this platform. They are behind the growth of unacademy platform. Unacademy is eliminating them. They have to leave unacdemy platform.plz don't take plus.

Not user friendly. In special class there should be provision for subject wise list of videos. And in app there must be feature like bookmark that we can watch that video later or series of special videos later directly.

The packages they are providing are not in the bucket of students, starting the subscription from 3 months. Earlier which was for 1 month , prices are hiked because exams are closer. The 1 month subscription should be their budget friendly for the students. If the exam is in June what student will do taking 3 months subscription waste of money. Please do take action give the option of 1 month subscription.

I'm too attached with this app, everything is became good but for only for that time at which i have it's subscription. I just west my lot's of mobile data to download the lectures and after when my subscription end they said renew the subscription, and then watch downloaded lectures atleast unacadamy should inform this thinngs to us. Only 1 month to go for my exam and they say purchase subscription.and I lost everything which I download and west my lot's of mobile data.
