It was very useful though at times it does not get refreshed even after we get SMS messages of the transactions. Now after I rest my mobile tomorrow clear the clutter. Installed the app but after giving the mobile number and clicked proceed. The apps stops and ask to open again. Tried many times. Uninstalled and reinstalled but if no use. I also sent a mail to mbteam. Pl look into it. Same default sim as the one registered to. the default sim card is the same as sms. still not working.
It was already a painful app, but after I factory reset my mobile, the app is not even starting properly. Asks for Mobile no in 2nd screen, then always says "app crashed", with 2 options 1. open app again 2. send feedback and its a loop, never crossing that 2nd screen. uninstalled and reinstalled several times..not helping. Repair the app.
it was working fine in past , but after i have changed my phone i am not able to use the app.After providing my phone no, OTP was not sent and the app crashes .Some times SMS of random text is sent instead of OTP in message . Even after trying again and again i am not able to login. I hope issue will be resolved as i can see similar complaints by other users as well .
One of the worst... I tried so many times to log in... But always showing as technical error.... The uninon bank is one of the third class bank. When you transact money the amount debits and not credits into the account. Also the amount credits but doesnt reflect in the account. Very bad experience with such third class bank. Event their customer executive also horrible do not cooperate. Never open account in such banks and if have close it asap.
it is my humble request to you that please please please improve it. facing the error "unable to contact bank" every other day for 2 years. it is best app shows all accounts at a time. but you are spoiling it with this one error only. please remove this error immidiately. i have already give up on this app, but if you care, then improve it. please.
App is not working since last one month. Eaelier it was running fine, but now it is non functional. I tried to uninstall and then re install the app, but in doing so, I am not getting OTP to register. Kindly resolve quickly.
Can not log into the app after uninstall. Always there is a problem in login. After insertion of mobile number it shows ' unable to contact bank, please try again latter. Why this happen every time? Please technical team work on it. Its hard to belief that the app last updated in year of 2016!!
Automatic OTP has been failing for months. Useless app!... During registration, After I select English, country and update my 8 digit Qatar phone number (I accepted the T&C also). The app tries to recieve OTP for 5 times and then stops. I do not see any OTP being received in messages as well. I use S9 and it is single SIM phone.
passbook not updating. Edit- yesterday I tried to book train ticket. payment failed, but amount is debited in my account. I couldn't get ticket and amount is also not credited back into my account. I tried checking it in my m-passbook but the passbook is not updating. Edit 2 - Passbook is updating now but the other issue is not solved yet.
App is not able to update the the balance as current date, when refresh it, it is display message "unable to contact bank try again later" I tried from last ten days but issue still there. Very disappointed, this is very frustrating for users.
Not deserve a single star... It's not even opening.. not able to verify the mobile number... I have been using this app from last 6 months and now recently change my cell phone..But the app is not responding. Not able to verify my mobile number. Don't expect such service from such a big bank. Could you please help the customer with resolving this issue asap. Thanks 🙏
Unable to update entries whenever I want to refresh and see the latest transaction entry . Since February it has not yet shown me the entries till today. I want it to be resolved as soon as possible . I always need to use this app on regular basis.
Most of the time the app is unable to contact bank. Registration is also frustrating. You can never expect successful registration in one try. You should have unlimited SMS plan. Where all other bank's app work properly, I don't understand why Union Bank doesn't pays attention towards this?
If possible, I would rate it zero. Unable to connect bank showing after 15 th Feb 2019. Developer told in a previous reply to use U-mobile where the passbook is integrated. How fool he was as he dont know that Society account (where there are 3 signatories) cannot use U-mobile as it have online transaction facility. Either solve the problem or shut down the app. Intelligent replies will be appreciated. N.B.- An app which was last modified on 1-sep-2016 (almost three years ago) must be withdrawn.
Why pdf download always fails? Take lots to time to synchronize and unable to download pdf even on perfect data connection. Update : Same issue persists. I don't think the developer is concerned about the issue otherwise they would've tested it before.
this is unable to sync automatically or manually when open it. it syncs itself once or twice in a month or more. when it will get fixed. disappointed with this disguisting app.
first thing is that its not showing the updated account. last it got updated was 9th Feb and since then it always says unable to contact to bank. second is that i tried to install this app on my father's phone and he is recieving the same problem which i did, not getting OTP. I already tried to contact developers through email but i guess they are in sleep mode. Come on developers wake up and fix this problem.
From the last three months I have been trying to download this but every time it says error nd if I m able to do so it doesn't work. very bad.I need all the accounts details in one mobile phone like it was coming earlier. You have stopped that now.
i was very much happy with this application as the whole records were available in a second and one additional feeture to put some notes is excellent,its a must-have application,but disappointed these days due to connectivity problems.. please help users...
It crashes all the time and in night always it shows error that it can't connect to the bank. I can't even open the app now,so tried reinstalling it again but now the app crashes at verification screen itself. Plz improve it
Dear Bank don't spoil this app. The best app for all my accounts having same mobile number. A unique feature I have ever seen. Let it be functional. Don't discontinue this app. In Umobile only customer I'd based accounts are fetched. This app is also useful for those who are not familiar with digital banking or who are getting afraid of digital banking frauds. Please develop it and run it.
Its not refreshing. Not fetchin new details , when i installed this app it showed everythg correctly but then it never updated,it alwys say cudnt connect with the bank try after some time. The balance it is showing is till date the same balance as on the date of installation of this app. poor service
Worst app i dont understand how union bank got digital award for so many years... There must be some corruption involved..... Most of the time the app show unable to contact bank... In the era of digitization they are not able to provide a good app to customer ..better it to close the account
Please make the app stable enough to successfully complete sms verification on dual sim phones! It is really rare that its sms verification gets done even on the tenth trial! And do make sure it works well on Android 8
Worst application ever. Never works properly. If in emergency you are in need of either, Bal enquiry or statement , just one message displays everytime "contact your bank". If for every simple transaction we will have to visit bank, then what's the use of so called DIGITAL BANKING ?? Please upgrade your application or discontinue it totally.
I installed but U-mobile app will also not connecting to server. Infact U-mobile app does not register me. It will stuck in "verifying SMS" with error "There are some connectivity issue, Please try after sometime" I try manytimes but no success.
wonderful digital passbook. kindly dont remove the app as it is quite safe compared to new U mobile for people who dont do any transactions. since this app has no transactions I feel much better app but it seems it has been deactivated since last month.
I wish you could add the remarks field to the export pdf option. That would be really helpful. Also the transactions don't update after 8.00 pm or so it's really frustrating to not be able to see the updated transactions whenever we want to them. Make the sync process 24/7 available otherwise there's no point in using this app. I could easily go to the bank to fill out my passbook during morning hours.
