I've had this app for MANY years like several others and all features that were once free are now locked behind a pay wall. And all of my saved info on their cloud is now being held hostage and I can no longer restore anything from my backups to my new device. Several good photos/videos have "disappeared"and I can't twice any of them. This app has lost me as a user because customer support is nonexistent, email has been verified several times yet magically comes undone, and I'm tired of issues.
I've had this app for years and used to love it but not lately. It won't letter me link my email to my subscription. It charged me multiple times for subscription. My videos keep disappearing, but only the good ones. ??? Have sent numerous emails requesting support or assistance and never received a reply. Used to be 5 stars but this combination of problems and the lack of communication and resolution only allows for a 2 star rating.
I've used this app for years like many other users, however lately it's been a total nightmare. Like others, photos and videos go missing without explanation. I've been unable to link my email from years now like other users. Most of the time I can't access the application when I enter my password. Owners of this application apparently don't care anything about these issues.
While the app is some how good and some how bad, why I'm saying this, is when I lost my five days ago and I bought new one three days ago I tried download the vault app and I do back up and no single picture or video could be able to show I still restore the app nothing show. Please and please how can I go about this problems I'm very interested on those pictures, document, and videos please.
Saved most of my pictures and videos on it and saved it on cloud as well, all I discovered was I couldn't access a single information on the app, all efforts proved abortive, was mad cos I actually relied on the app that my pictures were safe, and I deleted the original cos I thought I had it well protected, not knowing it was a total loss for me. Am trying to restore my data and all I got was to login again after 24 hrs to activate, tried it like three times now.
I have been using the app for years but laterally its not the best ever,lots of ads,photos missing and videos,you cant upload now photos and videos from the main gallery. Its totally pathetic. I wonder why we keep on writing reviews and no changes have been made so far why?
I was using this app for so long but few days before my whole data including pictures and videos automatically got deleted. When I signed in my vault account there were no pictures and videos. And I am now unable to even recover it :(
Why can't I add photos/videos directly from the gallery anymore? Please fix it. I don't want to open the app every time i want to add a picture and wait 30 seconds to watch an ad.
Re installed on a new device , i couldn't sign in to my account to restore backed up files, i reset my password but it still says system failure, try again later , is there even a customer service, I've been emailing them like forever on this issue, a simple SIGN IN 😪😪
I don't know what happened to the recent vault app. Some months back my app was mistakenly uninstalled and i installed it back and my files are intact but same happened days back and i installed it again but couldn't find anything again
I have been using this app for a years now but unfortunately after I upgraded it the last time I couldn't access my Hiden photos and videos anylonger, it kept on asking me to grant SD card permission and I have done that already. I will appreciate any further assistance please.
Not worth of even a single star. After you hide data in this app it keeps stopping on its own without any reason and you lose all your data.
Some how trying. It works only when we remind it to work. If it can be made to work even without being reminded to protect what it has been given fine. I mean having been allowed all the permissions, vault app should at any time even when the phone is rebooted, protect apps that have been locked using it rather than first opening it such that it can display over a locked app. That should be streamlined. I thank you

I could actually move pictures and videos into this app before but it stopped working for some reason after the recent update, now I have to switch to a different app.
Hi, I have been using this app for over a year now but today my unlock pattern stopped working and while I was resetting the password I lost all my data which is very personal and important to me I don't know how the data got lost while resetting the password but it's very disturbing to me, need help in recovery
The app is no longer working since yesterday and can't recognize my fingerprint, unfortunately I don't remember the password, but I need these pictures and videos 😭😭

I redownloaded vault on my phone and I was unable to sign-in again . No mail sign in. Lost all data. Is this a thrash? No forget password option!!
I paid for a year of premium which is not set to auto renew until April 2022 but I don't have premium access anymore. When I try to fix it, it's showing a completely different email address than the email address for my account. This is ridiculous!
This use to be good but now everytime i go to restore from the cloud it does a few but then crashes with a sever error and tells me to check my connection which is perfect. Annoyed there is no website or other way to get all my photos off the cloud.
I lost all my data that was in the cloud I just uninstalled the app and when I got back and tried to restore my data it keeps saying that there's nothing to be restored, and I'm 100% sure that I didn't delete them! Can you fix this, please.
How do I delete this plss It says failed to delete when I try and the play store is not uninstalling it too. I tried it but whenever I press the settings button it just logs off or restart too annoying plss help
I just lost all the videos i saved on it for no reason. Everything just vanished into thin air ever since the last update. This is very painful. I have been a vault fan since 2015 but what happened recently to my files really disappointed me.
I'd give this app 5 stars because I can hide pics, gifs and videos in this Vault app. It is very useful and safety. I can guaranted you 100% safe! Especially when you have something you wanted to hide. Also you can use App Lock to lock every apps on your phone. I recommended this app! Love it so much! But I have one request, I want the App Lock to have a dark theme. I really need a dark theme for App Lock Password for more safety! Pretty please make it happend!
App works great but now all the pictures and videos just disappeared. Under my folders I can see videos and picbut on the app it's not there. Please restore my videos and pictures. If I get those then I'm rating it 10/5 stars
Been having issues with the app this past year related to missing videos. Storage wise it states that the file are there but when I go to view them, they're not there. I'm at a loss for words.

Recently had a huge issue. I am a premium subscriber and my phone did a reboot. I lost all my photos, contacts and everything. I backed up my info to the cloud supposedly but I can retrieve the data. I have no idea where to go and I can't get in contact with the developer.
