Purchased festival tickets... never arrived. Went back and forth up until the day of with costumer service (bought them 2 months in advance) and they kept saying they'd work on it. Bought from another source hours before when it was clear they weren't going to fix it. Having AMEX reverse the charges...DO NOT USE THEM!

The worst service ever. Bought tickets half year before the event, the tickets have been obtained five days before the event. I can't visit the event and now I can't sell the tickets because half of pages on the website don't work. The customer service is a bot which sends the same stupid answers.

I bought tickets to Euro 2020 which were so overpriced. The tournament was postponed to 2021 because of COVID and they didn't want to give me a refund. Also they forced me to use their platform to sell the tickets. HUGE SCAMERS. NEVER AGAIN!

SCAM! I bought tickets for a show that didn't even exist. They say they won't refund the money, and when I try to sell the tickets again they change the name of the event so noone will buy them. Don't use this app or service.

App doesn't work. Cannot sign in on Android phone. Just flashes endlessly

!!DO NOT USE THIS APP!! Been into so much trouble. First to access the website (which I believe was down) create the account, then sign in. Now to upload a ticket to sell... Tried multiple times on app/browsers on desktop. I won't talk about reaching out to the customer service. Yes I will. Impossible to get them via chat or email. Only option is to call an international number which I cannot. Unless I can sell my ticket, I am not recommending the app.

Bought tickets, they sent me the wrong ones and asked me on the day of the event to return the tickets they sent me before they have me my tickets Customer service is incompetent and slow. Save yourself the stress and money and shop elsewhere

They're a rip off. They tried charging me a 50% booking fee ($20 for a $40 ticket) when the venue's actual site was still selling at cost. They give you a false sense of urgency by claiming there are very few tickets left, and then give you only 10 minutes to pay (🙄) so that you rush through the transaction. Book elsewhere, because odds are you have better options.

Horrible! Buyer be ware! I really wished I had checked the reviews before purchasing. My daughter's first Metallica concert, I purchased the tickets almost a year in advance and they still managed to screw me. The only way they could have put us farther from the concert is to put us in the parking lot. Mean while, no discount! And I purchased tickets way closer! Scammers! Rip off bs artist from the UK with a call center in the states.

It just runs into infinite loop when i try to see my tickets or my profile.

One star is generous as is considering they cant even care as much...

Very confusing & re set my password twice

Absolute rip off. I wish I knew more about this company before ordering tickets. For a present I bought a VIP experience to a concert with lots of extras promised, but when the ticket arrived it was standard and the customer service seemed to know nothing about my order, just gave a generic response. So it looks like I paid 3x more than I should for a basic ticket because they buy tickets from other companies and then charge a lot extra! I'll never use this company again!

This app won't help you in anything. For example let's say you want to sell tickets and upload a proof of having them. It will ask you to use a non-mobile device. Like what the heck! Those guys don't know it's 2019 and everything should be mobile. No idea what's the issue, whether it is lack of skill, good will or understanding of current era. There are plenty of apps that allow fast and safe upload of significantly more sensitive files, it would be nice if viagogo would have a look at them.

I am very disappointed of this app, I bought tickets for a concert and more than 10 days later was cancelled because "the seller was unable to provide the ticket". That means that I lose the chance to enjoy the concert and it was a birthday gift to my wife. I do not understand how it work but for me does not works. They want to sale something that they dont have. I do not recommend this app.

It's a day before the concert, and I still don't have my ticket. When login in, it tells me I have no purchases made, but the money went off my account, and I recieved an order ID via my email. When I go to how to contact viagogo, it tells me to select "my purchases" but then when I click on my purchases, it redirects me to the page saying I have no purchases - with no other option. I'm starting to feel like this was a scam.

Biggest Scammers in the world. I am so super by super I mean very disappointed in their services i feel robbed and broke. I bought 2 Huawei-KDay-Tickets and when I checked out I was surprised when their invoice appeared in €,handling and 🚚 fees. I resent the person who created the app. For just 2 tickets worth 300 each and i was charged 1700. There is no option to cancel the order and they suggest that you list the tickets 🎫 on their website. I WOULD NEVER , AS IN NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE

Viagogo is garbage! Don't buy tickets here! They don't do refunds even if you get scammed or concerts are rescheduled 2 years in a row because of covid. When I try to log in to resell my tickets, the app and the website won't let me. I can't view my tickets, resell them, or get a refund. Don't waste your time here or with stubhub.

worst app ever!! buying tickets is easy although seat map may not be available. BEWARE if you are going to a foreign country, please be advised that this is a resale site so all tickets resold do not have your name on them. Make sure to call ahead of time to get them "personalized" -your name on it. They claim they don't know if an event is personalized, meaning 100% getting your ticket voided. And good luck getting in on time to the concert if that happens, you won't know till your there.

It supposedly said my listing is active but I've checked multiple devices to see whether my tickets is. The only thing I can see is the same tickets being "sold" and supposedly "3000" are viewing the order. It has had the same 54 tickets available for the last few days, yet not mine is no where to be found.

I would rate 0 stars if it was an option.. Costumer service was horrible. You can never get someone you can understand. Didn't even get to attend my event because they never sent my QR ticket.. I never even got an email until 3 hours after that "they couldn't help with my issue". So I'm warning you. Anytime you see Viagogo selling you tickets, RUN!!!!

GOOGLE THIS COMPANY FIRST!!!! SCAMMED Update Aug 14. I've been told repeatedly that I was given the correct tickets and I've sent shots of the tickets, every single email, and proof of purchase, and the ONLY ones that do not match are the bloody tickets they flash sent. No matter how many times I point it out I'm flat lied to. DISGUSTING THIEVES!

Utterly terrible App/ticket vendor. I bought my ticket at 10 am, and there were 3 etickets left for sale. i didnt hear anything for a few hours, so i called at noon, and was told my ticket would be ready by the time i reached the venue. So i drove 2 hours to the venue, and still hadn't received my e-ticket. I purchased a ticket to Elton John on November 6th. Never received an email to download my ticket. Spent over 12 hours trying to get my ticket. Customer service is useless. I talked to 5 idiots. After the show, I still hadn't heard from Viagogo concerning my ticket. Now they won't refund my money, saying I refused my ticket. Like anyone would be in the venue parking lot and refuse a ticket they paid $231.96 for. Avoid Viagogo like the plague. Worst app, worst company ever.

SCAMMER! A few weeks ago my fiance bought tickets to armin van buren in wembley. they gave us a 2 hour window to pick up the tickets in advance on a friday between 3-5pm. we both work and couldnt do it. didnt think it was an issue and called customer service. they refused to do anything or provide a refund. they refused to provide the QR code like every other app actually does. they are scammers and while we were there about a dozen other people also got scammed in the same way and lost money.

What's the point of an app that's basically a web browser to log in to you account? I wanted to download the app to have my tickets handy, but "my tickets" section just takes me to webpage login, and doesn't even remember my credentials.
