Videoshop - Video Editor

New update it awful. The last update was annoying enough when it said I don't have enough resources to play a 10 second video, then it runs perfectly fine. But now it won't let me do anything. I can't edit videos because I message, which is completely gibberish, says I've not got enough resources!

By far the best app for beginners and advanced professionals. This bridged the gap between my other editing app and all my social media platforms. It makes changing theaspect ratio a breeze I highly recommend it! It was so good in fact I purchased a year. Thanks guys!

Used to be the perfect video app until the "update" which is actually a downgrade. None of the video files are supported anymore, so i can't even use the app. If i could give zero stars, I would.

I have come across a few ideas I wish it had. Like the ability to layer photos onto videos kindof like picture in picture, or layer videos ontop of videos and see both layers play simultaneously. Otherwise it is easy to use and it does what it's supposed to! I have yhe pro version. I'd recommend getting it. It's inexpensive, alleviates the watermark, and has more text options. If you edit just one video per month the pro option is actually useful.

Having a background using Pinnacle for pro results & Windows 10 Moviemaker if for fun on my computer, I found it AMAZING I could do so much on my Android phone. Framing 360° video and scene transitions in Videoshop was a breeze. I even seamlessly incorporated some spinning video with a similar transition. Gotta watch ads for some effects, & it slows work flow somewhat, but after working in broadcast TV, I understand the value of ads to a free app. 3d fonts would be nice, but I'm satisfied!

Painful! This app used to be awesome but they made some kind of changes and now the thing locks up Non-Stop. Any editing or changes takes an exorbitant amount of time. I don't know if they messed up the program or have added too many conflicting runtime actions but I'm going to have to look for another video editing app. What used to take 1 hour to edit now takes 8 hours (and I'm not exaggerating).

I would give this app zero stars if I could. It's completely useless. It couldn't handle cutting up and rearranging an 8 minute video. It kept crashing and lagging. That's ridiculous, even for a free app. Oh, and you have to pay for all the good effects. Complete garbage. Avoid at all costs.

this app has many features that i have been looking for. the only drawback is when your content is presented for you to choose clips to import to a project. All grouped into one lump, instead of being able to choose a file that you put pictures for this project aside in. If this were fixed, i would give this app a 5. Update 01/28/2020: Update January, 2022: I love the big bold numbers on each clip added to a project. It helps a lot.

This app was so good now I don't even see the point of it. Normally I could name my video, set dates etc now all that is gone. The way to write text in place of the video has become so stupid once you write a few words you have to start another line for all the text to fit in the box and not go all across in a long line which cannot fit the screen pretty stupid! This app has become so rubbish don't know what it is that y'all needed to fix but because of 1 thing ruined many!

Nope.. I can understand the purchase of additional "new features" for the pro version. But when you remove previous free features and use the the push for pro content to regain those features, thats just disrespectful to your users. I cannot rate above 1 star due to the switch of "free edit content" to only pro version. Apps going down hill. Either way I found a new great app that has more features for free. Existing users, there are better apps with free content, just take some time to look.

Love, love, love! It takes awhile to figure out everything, but once you do, it's SO much fun to capture memories or to use this app for business ads! The paid version has SO many features that I can create the most professional looking videos!

Well this was a good app until G 11 update but it's now got even worse since the G 12 update. Most of the app works ok cept for when you're trying to do the main edit of the video. As it keeps going laggy with the video when you try watch it to edit it. Which is a tad bloody annoying as you have no idea what you're looking at. Fix that and we'll be good again.

I m giving only 2 star Because I couldn't edit a single video even after wasting so much time the video is not playing, it is stopping.. It used to run well before the update, after the update there is a lot of nonsense going on, the video hangs, after saving, nothing plays but before the update I had no such problem after the update the app improves but It's worst, please, solve this problem

Love this app. I use the free version. So many fun effects to add to your photos. I make little short videos with 4-5 pics. I add text, music, stickers etc. You can time how long each photo stays up. It's brilliantly fun!

I use to love this App and made countless YouTube videos with it. Unfortunately there is now a major flaw with the trimming section of editing. If I have 10second clip that I am trying to trim it to 6 seconds, I have no control of that any longer.

The app waits until you've completed your creation before alerting you that you either need to pay monthly, follow them on Facebook/Instagram, or else a watermark is slapped on your creation. Which defeats the purpose of such an app when all I want it to do is simple cross-fade screen transitions. Would have made it 1 star for wasting my time, I currently don't have Facebook or Instagram, but I made it 2 stars because it at least has that option.

It's the best one I could find, though I hope there's a selection feature where I can just select specific frames with their specific speed to make things easier. Overall it's pretty great✨

A legitimate Video Editor. Basic, Easy to use and or figure out. Straight forward platform. No fancy gimmicky BS like other Video editing apps. I will continue to use this app. I will most likely purchase the pro version. The pro version is a great price compared to other apps.

it was cool. it helped me for a school stop motion project. easy to use, and it was cool that they let you watch ads for things instead of paying. overall, very cool!

Great app, love that you can turn the watermark off at no charge. Wish it had more features and that the crop was easier. But all round good free app!

I purchased Pro. Never had any problems until Nov '21. Constant technical errors. Now losing confidence. If it doesn't work, you're shut down from work. Disappointed!

When COVID closed schools, one of my grandchildren's teachers asked me to take my storytelling online so that students, unable to borrow/buy books, could continue to appreciate the written word. So. Meemaw Reads was born on Facebook. Videoshop helped make this possible. The app is easy to learn, even for us Boomers 😁. Captioning is a breeze and editing isn't overly difficult to pick up. I highly recommend Videoshop!

Best VEditing app ever made. Even among PC or Mac apps. I have used NCH Videopad for years, but it is cheap. Cheaply programmed, but not priced. This is much better. Unfortunately you have to obtain premium content to get a lot of things done but it is definitely worth it. I also have this in my iPhone 6s+ and my iPhone 8+. It works great on both of those devices as well. Right now I am using it on a Galaxy A11 which is a surprisingly decent device, albeit slow.

Great starter edition platform. Need a little work on trimming cutting. Well I guess what u get when you don't upgrade to pro. Be overall great app to learn editing steps.

Was good, now it's broken. Since the new year The exported files can't be processed by instagram or my phone's native editing tools. Making the whole app pointless.

The free version works great. Being able to zoom and crop video is fantastic. Immediately purchased the Pro version and love the features.

I paid for the app the full price and still haven't got the pro version. Moreover, the customer service is so bad thatafree multiple interventions in my side nobody cares and nobody helped me. I feel as if I was robbed. An app is still a product and the money is real.

UPDATE: Redesign improved the app dramatically. Edits appear to process much more quickly. The app is almost perfect. Changed rating for the redesign from 1 star to 4 stars

I have been using this app for the past 3 years. It is a worthy video editing app. Though, I wish they would have more music to choose from to add to your videos.
