When app works it's fine, when it's not working correctly sit back and wait.... I am still waiting for three return calls from the messages I have left over the past year. Never anybody to answer the phone or email when I need help. I'm about to send one in now about Carfax not interesting let's see when I hear back.
Do not subscribe!! App used to work great. Does not work at all anymore and there is no support. Nothing worse than going into an auction and trying to price a vehicle to find out you can't because the app is down. Called and left messages and sent emails with no reply at all. It's a shame because this was my favorite of the available apps for vehicle pricing
Update as of 1/24/17. It looks like they have gone out of business. Main phone number only goes to a voicemail that never gets a return call. All the contact emails get bounce back as undeliverable. Took the money and ran. Our only source at the dealership for appraising cars for about 3+ years and only had minimal issues with it until the last 5 or so months. Now every other week it's something, Carfax not working, Manheim not working and now twice in the last 10 days, Blackbook not working at all. Really nice when you're at the auction and no Blackbook. Guess it's time to move on to a more stable vendor. Would not recommend to anyone anymore.
I have used this app for many years. It has lost me thousands of dollars at the auction. Whenever i scan a car and the app freezes i am unable to put a price on anything. How can I buy a vehicle if I don't know what it's worth? Carfax goes down, manheim goes down, and black book doesn't ever seem to work. The only thing that works at this company is the payment system. Every month they withdraw from my account on the same day with no issues. Weird how that never seems to fail like everything else on thisapp
but give me back the old version. Less bugs, i not very happy right now. App does not work at all
This had been one of the most valuable tools my dealership used. Hasn't worked for weeks-going-on-months, and no return calls or emails from the support team. All signs point to VIN Viper closing up shop, but interestingly, they haven't stopped billing.... Will need to consult our credit card company about getting a refund. Be wise. Find another provider. Check their FB page, if you're still unsure. It's bad news.
Used to be a great app. Used to be. Doesn't work now. I believe they have gone out of business yet they are still charging my bank account!!! Was a loyal paying user for 5 years so it saddens me that this has happened. Do not subscribe.
Doesn't load very well and always shuts down while you are using it.
It goes down every other week or so. Customer service suuuuck. I lost lots of money.
Used to work great, the scanning feature is not up to par with the competitors, many times i cant get the app to pull any data. They don't answer calls or return calls will be cancelling soon
Was a lot better on my iPhone, could use some Android upgrading & increased speed also.
Had to get my bank to step in and stop their reoccurring drafts. There is no one that works at this place apparently. Service works when it wants to, usually quits when you're at auction. Phone calls and emails to the company are never returned.
Seems this app never works when you need it. Look elsewhere for the money they charge.
I am a buyer working at least one auction a day. I love the scan feature that attaches the carfax and the book values quickly. Any problems I have are quickly resolved once I call. Great tool at a fair price.
It just crashes. Says there's no connection and the display goes crazy. For a second I thought it was my phone but it was the app ðŸ˜
Works when it wants. Call to stop it after yr of aggravation. They forgot so overcharged another yr.
Was a great tool but now nothing works and no one will respond with help. Cutting this garbage today.
I have used this for close to 4 years. My card expired and went to update it. No one will answer the phone. Uninstalling.

Helpful if you could get through and set up an acount. Hard to rate what you can not use. Time is money.
No support takes your money every month but doesnt work and no one there to answer calls or email....DO NOT INSTALL THIS APP... even when it did work it didn't work fully the market portion never worked it was a little cheaper than some of the same apps but theres a reason...pay another 5 dollars a month for something different or you will be very disappointed

Do NOT DOWNLOAD!!!company will not answer calls or email, possible fraud, have called numerous times to cancel, have no service yet still getting charged monthly, I believe company went under.
Beware!! Beware!!!!! Dont get this!!!! Horrible service!!!! The app stops working multiple times a month. I tried canceling my subscription and nobody would return my phone calls!!! I had to call my credit card company and blacklist them so they would stop taking my money!!!! Scam!! Try autoniq!!!!
Every time I need this app it's never working. When the app or website works it's a valuable tool to have especially at auction. But I feel like I'm paying monthly for an app that works maybe 40% of the time. It's so frustrating that if another company developed a similar app I would switch in a heartbeat. I want to use this app but if you guys can't figure out how to give us consistent reliable service you won't have a future.
