No problems. Connected with the moving rep right away, no hassle. Felt like dropping this review since all the ones posted here are negative. Most people probably never take time to leave reviews since everything went well.

Completly a trash app. Spent over 30 minutes trying to get it to work with the guy on the other end. Wouldn't load us in the same room, multiple app and phone restarts. We got in the same session once, the sound didn't work and it kicked me out. Useless.

The app link they send you to start the survey only works for iPhone. Anything else opens to the Apple app store. Tried it on my Pixel, tried it on desktop. Uninstalled and reinstalled the app, tried SMS and email. Created a new appointment. Wound up having to borrow an iPhone to complete the survey. Why even bother having an Android app if you can't use it?

Why even use this? Camera couldn't be rotated, bluetooth mics caused issue, connection lost numerous times. Meet, Skype, Zoom....all free, all work, all are compatible with Android or iOS, all can be recorded, all are secure.

App didn't work as advertised. Tried multiple downloads and reinstalls. Various links sent to my phone led me to the Google play store to download again. App showed already installed and when opened would not function. Latest Android OS and Galaxy S8.

Had no issues. Received link and it loaded no problem. Clear video throughout (using mesh wifi system in house), audio broke for a little bit. Would definitely use again

Constant crashes despite great wifi, crashes when switching camera, won't rotate, mediocre quality when working

Easy to connect after receiving the link. Video call quality was fine and had no issues rotating camera. Made the virtual quote process easy.

Why use this? Other better options for free. Call crashed. I had great signal but call kept dropping audio and video.

I downloaded the Android version of the app but could never get it to work. I suggest using a moving company that will actually send a salesman to your house.

Terrible. I haven't downloaded and then when I received the link it started downloading again and would not open. Worthless.

Link sent via email and text won't launch into shared session, tried on multiple devices

Nothing works... You press "send email" button - no email. Prees "Send text" - no sms

The app worked very well. Would recommend to anyone who is planning to move.

App seemed easy to use. Did not confirm my actions worked.
