THEY STOLE MY MONEY AND DELETED MY REVIEW!? After I got on board , trying to get registered proper, I did invest and put some money in the account till I get my documents sorted with my embassy. Guess what - I got my documents sorted and logged in the account to see my money DISSAPEARED!!! The transaction I made disappeared too!!! I did tried to check the statement but the app doesn't show it. When u check MY BANK ACCOUNT the money are not returned - basically scammers! be aware!

Cant even go through the identification, it just says error, request blocked, what am i supposed to do even, am from Latvia

Easy to manage and to use (QIWI cards are accepted in many places, it's easy to pay online with the virtual card in case the wallet is not listed as a payment option. The app is customizable and useful. The only downside is the commission for transfers from/to other banks and commission for cash withdrawal.

Once you put money to your wallet, you think that you can use it. But you cannot! Cannot get a refund unless you go through a paid verification process, which is charged around 4 euro (if you are located in certain countries of course). If you are not located in Russia, you should forget your money. Moreover will get no help, no service. Sounds like a scam, right? But it is real. This app shouldn't have a place in Google play store at all!

Qiwi is a great app. But you need a phone number from a SUPPORTED COUNTRY! The people commenting that there is no english... It does not include only Russia. Countries that are supported are mostly Russian speaking countries. You do not NEED to read Russian to use this app. I don't even speak the language and I have no problems. There are lots of helpful icons for topping up another wallet or transferring money.

I have used qiwi wallet for about 3 years. But after updating it became the worst. I can't transfer the money and it is horrible. It requests identification but I can go through it only in another city because of their office. And that's too far for me.😭

very bad App is not supported in Europe. and no way to get in touch, because you have to enter your mobile number and it blocks as soon as you type the +31 (this is not available in your country !!). just an app for russia only...

Please provide English please. This should not be too hard to do it as a software developer.

Absolutely poor system and experience. You will need to pass 'identification' in order to be allowed to SEND YOUR OWN MONEY FROM YOUR OWN WALLET. Be prepared to physically go to a QIWI office and fill out forms, which need to be assured by a certified notary. OR, if you have no QIWI office in your city, you can write and send a letter with notarised copies of your ID. Not by email, but by traditional mail. Pathetic. Half star app.

I can't log in.It throughs an errror . I'm from Kyrgyzstan . Developers please correct the mistake

The amount on the main screen is incorrect. I tried updating and restarting the app many times everyday. The app is cool but the last interface update is buggy.

This app is absolutely useful for my everyday transactions. I'm able to pay my rent, internet, phone service and so on. It's not lagging and it have really comfortable design. And moreover, its secure a lot to not let my gf use my phone to pay for some useless thigs . 10/10

I cannot put my password, even though I know it's right. I went to reset it and it is asking for a code, then a number from China calls me and when I pick up it straight away cuts the call I cannot access qiwi on my laptop because of this glitch, please fix this.

Never ever use this app!!!! I applied for verification 1000 times and never got it!!! Now I am stuck with some money amount in that useless qiwi wallet and can't even withdraw it!! Because guess what? I need to verify myself which I DID ALREADY 1000 TIMES! Don't use this app and this Qiwi wallet. Use other apps or ways of payment instead....

I got back to Qiwi after a long time away and they got better in interface and marketing collaborations. So yep, it's a 4 star review I'll edit adding new comments for the features I'll use. It's not a five because for my personal use it lacks the "selfemployed user functionality" or the menu to switch from the Personal to Self employed Business type of the wallet/account.

What's the purpose of making this app available for download in North America when it doesn't allow to register an account with US or Canada phone number? Useless app and should be removed from NA App Store. Edit: The fact this app MAY potentially start working for US and Canada cell # in some undetermined future is great, but what's the purpose of having it in NA App Store until then?

Great app. If you small transactions, like online games. Uses your phone number. Don't need a credit card, can just use a virtual.

Used it a few times and was ok, now they imemented some stupid rule that i need to identify myself so i can send money, since im not from russia i cannot identify myself other than physically going to their office which is closed due to quarantine, so, no way i can send money for more than a month, besides this i was a victim of 2 frauds on kiwi, messaged the staff both times and never got s reply, bad servie, dont recommend, где найти номер заявок?

After the update, the sign-out button disappeared. I can't replace it if I have 2 accounts. It all worked out well before.

It's available in India so downloaded it to try and seems like they think we speak Russian language in India as well ? Not available in English. Totally useless.

I contacted my phone operator and I'm fine with texting. from other similar providers i get sms security code like PAYPAL, but from QIWI Wallet never, if you using UK number not using this service,I'm top up my account, but I can't use my money, becose I need do some stupid verification, if you not russian citizen not using QIWI Wallet. Looks like the scam, I fink to get money back no chance....I fink Google play needs delete scamers like QIWI Wallet.sms security codes never received

Not suitable for world wide. Not suitable for anybody. It seemed that Software developer doesn't know, many different languages are there in the world, not only his native language is existing......

Hi i am in kenya I though the app can be used world wide but i was disappointed to find out i cant signup for one...Please enable its use in other parts on the countries ...Online money transaction is mostly used now...thank you and kip the good work..
