VivaVideo: Free Video Editor

(new review) Viva video is great! BUT 2 problems I'm having: * Text and stickers are out of place once the video is exported. This is terrible! The video is wrecked. However! If no transition is used, then text and stickers remain in place where they should be. * The dark shutter/transition sometimes becomes a double blink once the video is exported! I've been using this app for over 2 years and it is so convenient, quick and easy to use. It has become a passion editing videos. Please advise if there is a desktop version of this app that can be downloaded for Windows? At the moment I edit on my mobile device and it would make it much more easier to edit on a computer especially dealing with large files.

Very very frustrated. This app has worked pretty wonderfully for the last year or so. Occasional glitches with updates. I don't know what has happened over the last few days, but it will not export my videos which has put me HUGELY behind in my work. I paid for the VIP renewal, and now nothing is working. Even simply fast forwarding to the next clip function is gone, fast forwarding 1 second at a time rather than to the next clip. I loved this app at first bc it was easy. Not anymore. Canceling

Okay, thanks for your response 👍🏻 however please add some professional voice changers. Because some of the current ones, you can easily get the person voice back.. like using the "man" one by just simply speeding the video up brings back the person voice.. unless you want to use a chipmunk voice changer, which is just annoying and unprofessional, and even then slowing it down or speeding it up after the video is saved, you can kinda make the person voice out.. with the 🐿 one.

While the premise of this app is fantastic and I haven't experienced any technical difficulties with it, the inclusivity of the app is very, very, lacking. Any filter that seems even a little bit fun is not dark skin friendly. They all turn you white. It's almost as if the app developers don't realize dark skinned people exist. Very disappointing. Again, an overall fantastic app, but please keep darker skinned people in mind with your filter development. Uninstalling until then.

This app is a pizza chit. It crashes frequently... it's very touchy, meaning you might accidentally barely touch you screen and ruin your entire edit. This is crucial when deeply into an edit and you have several individual mucsic files on screen, each one placed carefully in synchronization with the video... And lastly, the app operates extremely slow. Not only that, but it displays your file folders in non-alphabetical order. It's bad enough having to wait 5minutes just to have them pulled u

After i edited my video, i save it to my phone and the music is no longer synced on-time to the video. Its perfectly on time on this app but it doesnt look the same once u save it. This makes this app useless. If im doing a music video and it doesnt save the music on time like how it appears in the app, what is the point? Also they say you have a free trial for 3 days, when they charge you for a whole 1 year subscription after only 48 hours. Try being transparent with your users.

Absolutely excellent app... Even I found my way around it quickly 🤭👍I love being able to add copyright free music and text to my videos. There are many more options for more expert users. I am thrilled with this app and my only complaint is I didn't find it months ago. It should be top of Play Store's list.

It doesn't function as well as it used to before the major update in feb/mar 2019....it went from a very simple, easy to use app to a complicated mess which crashes more frequently/drains tablet resources quickly (use to be able to create 30 minute projects without issues, now I am lucky to get a 5 minute project done). They removed one theme (MODERN) I frequently used & replaced it with more useless themes that aren't practical for basic edits. Every update brings more problems. I have VIP.

The app didn't work properly from the trial period (3 weeks ago) and I started the conversation with the customer support team from then. I explained I need the main issue sorting, which is my photo and video Album's are not loading. Without this it's useless for me as I can edit old projects. I have plenty of memory and followed all steps they mentioned! They took the £30 annual payment without fixing and are not refunding me! I write to them every day and they have no urgency to Help! AVOID!!

This is one of the best video editor appications you can ever use. Trust me on this. Some features are only limited to you because you have to upgrade to premium of which i have no problem with that. It helps them develop the app and make it better.

What is the point of saving your projects if all the effects like mosaics revert to default settings after closing the app? I end up redoing things all the time! I can't edit a 10-minute video in one sitting!

I'm a lifetime subscriber and use this app regularly. The previous version was far better, the features aren't working properly anymore, images overlap outside of the white background into the black border, text is working properly and there used to be a vibration effect to allow you to align things equally, this no longer happens. It has made editing with this app far worse. Please restore previous functionality

The app worked. Once I got the vip it stopped working. Music doesn't work. Do NOT pay for this app. It is a hassle trying to get a refund. You will have to go through your bank to take the money back and keep acreenshots of everything!!

Never sign up for free trial in this app unless you want to be charged with subscriptions afterward. I have never seen any apps with such policies having the rights to use user' s budget on their behalf, no notification beforehand at all. Ok, my "failure to cancel the automatic subscription". I have many failures in my life and one of those is having trusted this ridiculous app. Wish you a happy life, too. :)

testing, but not halpy6, as I use filmic pro or phone camera in landscape mode, but when editing, it crops or resize video. also, can not have more than ond watermark, if you need to use another you have to search again and again

"All problem have been solve." App Viva Video Last year it's a good app. But this year i registered VIP member with another account. And i found a problem is when i export a video (all resolution) , the video is not smooth (last year dont have this problem). Please fix its and extend the VIP member until its work. Thank you.

Used to love it but now truely garbage. Won't let me save a 3gb video when I have 30 free GB. Not the first time. They say it's due to memory which is a lie. Let's spend 2 hours editing for it now to work. I will not be paying for this app again

I love the app but lately EVERY SINGLE TIME I go to use it it says my VIP membership isn't found... I paid for a year... I have to uninstall then reinstall it and log in EVERY SINGLE TIME to make it work.... Great app. Fix the bugs and I'll adjust my rating.

Finally a video editor that doesn't destroy your audio quality into utter garbage when exporting! 5 stars just for this! And also, it's a pretty good app too!

When I open the app and click the all photos button it takes varied amount of time to show my photo gallery folders. It could be quick,long or just keeps loading and never show anything.

It works really well thank you viva video. When I do the voice-over my voice is really clear and perfect . Also voice changer is excellent .I really like the theme and 'fv' also. Viva video is great.I also like the music that there is already there. And it is he most popular ones

Excellent App free version and paid also. But just a little annoying thing. I paid a year subscription and the app sometimes wont register that I paid and is running on free version and wont let me do the paid version features. I have to close the app and open it from the PlayStore for it to register that Im using the paid version. That I find annoying having to do this all the time. Can you people fix this. Any oher is a great app.

I just downloaded this app and it looks really great. However I like to crop videos to have them in the right format for stories, or instagram post. The crop function works in the app but once exported, there is a black 16:9 frame regardless if the video is in 9:16 or 1:1.

When I save the videos sometimes it just speeds up the video but not the sound when I didn't speed anything up. It plays fine when I'm editing it but not after I save it. I don't want to go looking for ANOTHER new video editor 🥲

To many unnecessary Notifications. Things like someone sent me a message or someone added me or random stuff. This app needs to be cleaned up and given an overhaul for a more professional look. I will reinstall when it does.

Don't bother as not possible to export beyond 720P. I have subscribed for VIP subscription with 3 days being free trial and owe s22 Ultra and not possible to export higher than 720P. Disappointed. P.S. I have referred to the options and stil only 720P. Apologies but can't be bothered to waste my time and talking to customer service from the very beginning, just not acceptable for the price asked to be paid for the subscription.

App does not work. Tried the free 3 day trial it worked just fine. Paid for 6-month sub and now I cannot import the videos I want to edit. However anything on my phone prior to paying for subscription will load, but nothing new.
