App used to be really good but now it won't recognise smaller, local producers. In fact, the last five wines I've tried to research all come up with error messages. I've never had a problem before, so why now? App seems geared far more to selling and promoting premium, high end wines that most folk would never buy. For shame on you. I'm going to find a better app because this is just a disgrace. It's a shame because the wines I drink are far better than the overpriced stuff you push.
Love this app in the store surveying wines. Very helpful in selecting the next bottle. Average price point, grade as wine are very useful. Sometimes a differt wine popis up so I don't buy that one. Have purchased 3 cases through Vivino, also. Easy and convenient. I was introduced to Daou and have become a fan! Lots more to tipple!
App is great. Marketplace is terrible. I love the wine rating system and it is very accurate in recommendations. But purchasing wine through the app is terrible. I've ordered 3 times now, and 2 of those I received different wine than ordered. Customer service is horrible to work with to try to resolve these issues.
It's so easy to use and so useful when I don't now what to choose in the market. I really like the challenges and the cellar and wishlist is so useful. Mow after updates ratings are more accurate. Love, love, love ❤️ this app! Thank you for that. 🤩
This app is more full of ads to buy wine than documentation of the wines you want and have. It would be really nice to be able to add in the price of the wine you are adding to your cellar rather than it being buried in the notes. Also have that price field displayed when looking at the cellar list. It already has the average cost to buy it there, but not what I purchased it at. This seems like a no brained to add.
Fine, but couldn't you do it easier than turning this crazy wheel? By the way, why typing the tasting notes became so complicated now? It's annoying and takes more time. You think that the outlook of your app is more important than our tasting notes? This app 5 years ago was and looked much better than now.
Vivino is a great app where you can find a lot of wine at good price. I gave it only 3 stars because the delivery of the wine are very frustrating..The delivery guy doesn t fallow your istruction when you are not at home and deliver the wine where he think is better, on the vivino app he set the wine is been delivered then you come back home and the wine is not there.. Not a note to advise you where is been delivered, you have to call vivino to investigate and tell you where is been delivered..
Easy to use and for a non-connossieur this gives me just the right info to be able to choose a wine from the bottle shop. In fact I've recommended this app to quite a few people. Really useful.
Taste filter does not work. The moment you move any of the bars, it says 0 search results.
Amazing app, but became totally useless on my OnePlus 6T since one of the last updates. In fact, when I try to take a picture it always loses focus. The picture becomes impossible to analyse and the app doesn't understand which wine I am taking a picture of. This is not a problem of my camera, which works perfectly if I don't use the vivino app. Please fix this
It's an okay app but needs better filters. I want to be able to filter by price or sort by price. The app doesn't have these basic filters. Instead they show a bunch of mid priced wine and encourage you to buy it. If they had price filters I would rate this app a 4 star.
After more than 400 ratings, a system glitch prevented me from completing a wine order. I deleted and reinstalled the app - all past data was wiped out, only record was 50 ratings. Tried contacting help desk without reply. Disappointing
I used to be able to take a photo of a wine list at a restaurant and the app would show the rating of each wine but that feature does not appear to be working anymore?? I'm only getting results on photos of a single wine label.
This app used to work with my camera, now it simply won't take a picture even with all permissions allowed. A pan without a handle
No longer useful. I get that they want to sell you wine as a user, but they need to make a decision on what this app is. There is a MASSIVE identity crisis. Either its just an app to see if they can sell you wine you input, or its a tool to aid users in finding similar wines frome people with like profiles, regions, tastes, etc. I'm fine with recommendations, but it needs to not be the main interface and goal of the app or I am done with it. I can buy wine I like online, anywhere.
One of my go to apps! It's easy to maneuver, & very educational. I just wish there was a way to clear search history without clearing all data, & a favorite wine section.
The app is glitchy. Can't login. Keeps canceling session as "login expired" (in 10s!). Can't use without an account. Unusable, pity, would like to try
My country is Netherlands and language is English. But all notifications in Dutch language, i dont understand them. its useless
Beautiful, thoughful and easy to use app. The creators of it should be proud. Job well done! It is visually pleasing, with great colour scheme and perfectly placed visual elements. Everything is exactly where it's supposed to be. It's a big deal and hard to achieve. It also delight you with some useful addition features and details. I am a UX Designer by trade and always very critical of any apps. I love your app. To me it is perfect! I am a very happy user! Thank you!
Great app to find wines and really informative, but it just needs two feature so I can give it five stars. Me and my friends follow each other, but it would be awesome if we can share the cellar of wines that we have or had in the past. Another feature is to add the following button somewhere because whenever I want to look for my friend profile, I always need to use the search bar.
Very useful app, it is fantastic at recognizing a wine from the label. But the database is flawed and near impossible to rectify. For example, if it recognizes your wine, but one of the details is incorrect (such as reporting a Canadian winery is in the USA) or the grape mix is incomplete, there's no easy way to fix or at least report the error. There is an "ask the expert" feature, but these "experts" don't rectify the errors.
I like the app but doesn't work well, very hard to take the picture, can't add a wine when the wine is not previously there (looks like you can but then doesn't show your rate), the aromas option is all mixed, I liked it when when it was organized by category, and is all very slow. When trying a wine most likely we are with people, don't want to spend too long in my phone and this app doesn't help much about it!
