Doesn't work, can't even sign in. Vons has been pushing this app for weeks, and I was able to use it once. Since then -- about two weeks, so far, it stopped working: no cart to checkout from ever loads. I did the usual troubleshooting, and as a last resort, uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Every time I try to sign in they're having "technical difficulties"... For two weeks? Sad.

The app is terribly buggy and keeps getting worse. Lots of freezes and crashes, screen jumps around, doesn't respond to input, etc. What's worse is, instead of receiving a meaningful response that acknowledges the issues, their response to feedback is one of those useless canned responses that more often than not isn't even relevant to the issue you've described. That's beyond frustrating and, to me, implies the company couldn't possibly care less about user experience.

Everything is mostly fine. One item that still needs work is the ability to specifically substitute for an ordered product. Now, they just mark it "out of stock", or use a general substitution item which the buyer has selected from a few very general choices( like " same brand, different size"). This sub only applies to items where that is possible. I'd like to se a 2nd choice selection. Or even 3rd choice.( If they don't have either, gotta wait 'til next order is placed, as is the case now.)

Just downloaded the new/updated app and it is worse than the previous app. The printing on products is so large that you have to visit each product individually to see it's description, then once you do that you have to go back which takes you to the home screen where you have to do the search all over again. Best example: Stouffer's frozen dinners.

Pages frequently won't load! Frequently adding items to cart requires multiple tries! Frequently the app does not save items that you add to your cart! So, if you need to stop shopping for any reason when you come back most of the items that you added to your cart aren't there anymore! Very frustrating! But, once the order is placed the service is excellent.

Most frustrating and often difficult app to use. The past purchases feature is awful it doesn't continue to add purchases after a while and it doesn't take away things that you have not purchased in months. Also if you even accidentally touch an item and it goes to the description screen of that item when you go back it makes you start all over from the beginning. If you have hundreds of items in past purchases this can really set you back.

Tell me if you've heard this before: app that is working perfectly fine does an update and now the app doesn't work properly. I used the older version of the app seamlessly at least two or three times a week. Now in placing an order, I've had to restart this app several times and once I have the order in, I can't edit anything or even cancel the order because I'm being hit with so many service errors. I can't even get anyone to field my concerns/complaints. Ridiculously bad.

I still have trouble getting everything I want but it's a lot better than it was. update 7/19/19: It shouldn't take over 2 hours to order groceries. I know some of the problem is me and my phone but every time I order it seems that the process changes. Sometimes if you use the back button on your phone it takes you back to the beginning before you started your order but sometimes that is how you have to go back. Frustrating and confusing.

Horrible experience. Half of the items that I ordered were not available when I picked up my order, and I was not notified in advance. The only reason why I ordered 4 cases of cola was because of the coupon if you buy 4. Only 1 was available. So I was charged full price instead of getting the coupon price. All of the items that I needed to prepare dinner for the day said they were available online, but then unavailable when I picked up my order. VERY DISSATISFIED

Very misleading coupons. Advertising $1 off of items, but when you check, the totals are off. Clicking into the coupon shows you have to buy multiples, or other unrelated items. But the "clip coupon" button just says $1 off this item, no mention of needing other things. A yogurt I wanted said $1 off, but it was when you buy 3, so really 33 cents off each, why not add those minor details on the button? Glad I checked before completing my order. Free delivery over $99 also doesn't work.

First time online grocery order ever and it was super easy. I was able to see what specials was going on at Vons and able to apply club savings as well. I also added an item after making my first online order and it was super easy. I had a time limit after putting in my order to make changes or add more items. so far, love the app and the ease. Will not be my last online order for this busy mom!

Up until the update on 4/4, the app was easy to use and useful. Now, you cannot edit an order once placed, which I sort of get, but was a great feature. Worse though, you cannot even see what you ordered, making it hard to know what you still need to buy from other services, leading to food waste.

The ability to shop from home is wonderful. I'm disabled with conditions that require me to limit my diet and eat fresh. This app and the staff help me do this. They really pay attention to my instructions (and I'm very picky about my produce) and choices. Extremely courteous and the reminders that can be set are very handy!

This is my experience from picking up. Has potential to be great. Biggest hurdle is you don't know if your entire order will be filled. An item may be out of stock. You aren't notified if any of your items aren't available. Sometimes the attendant who takes the groceries out to your car doesn't tell you if something you ordered wasn't available. It's frustrating to get home and notice something is missing. It's a waste of time and defeats the purpose of using the app in the first place

I've used quite a few online shopping apps, and this one is by far the best. iys so easy to add/remove items, everythi ng loads quickly, and the items are organized perfectly. very user friendly. Plus, the Just for U coupons you clip in the other app get applied to your online order! so I get to be lazy and save a ton on my groceries 😁 LOVE this app!

App is ok, but you cannot purchase online and pick up in store. Wish it was a bit more user friendly and accurate when you try to purchase food. I wouldn't recommend using a third party affiliate to deliver your food. It is very stressful to try and order through the app. My local Vons does not have delivery or pick up services but is says it does on the app. I was disappointed that my order was never made when I should up in person. The app also claims to have certain items available & doesn't

This app used to match the Website version, but a recent update has made it virtually unusable. There is no way to easily categorize coupons and deals, or easily search for items as prior versions had. Don't waste your time with this app, and if you haven't updated your prior version, don't do so.

Checkout option is down right now. Getting a error when trying to schedule a delivery time that I've been getting the last 4 days. Tried uninstalling & reinstalling multiple times. Tried to email Tech Support and the email bounced saying the email was full. So.... after 4 days of trying I'm gonna move on to a different delivery app.

Regarding curbside pickup, Vons needs to see what Target is doing w/ their Drive Up app. Vons has you reserve a time slot. For pickup, you park in a designated spot which will have a sign with a # to call. THIS IS NOT CLEAR WHEN YOU ORDER ONLINE. A note re: this needs to be added to the app. Nice to have this option but could be better. Stopped ordering delivery; things were always missing & it's a hassle to call but that's the store's fault. Staff is prob overworked due to covid :(

I made 4 orders and each time I was over charged and had missing items!!! Even with my card, they still did not take off the savings. They never gave me my credits from two orders. They charged me for the groceries up front and when my order came and I looked at the receipt, the total was different!! I always had to call to get the amount credited back to my bank and they never did!!!

Terrible app. Basically had our order constantly pushed back to the point where not even customer service knows what is up with our order. The order is now indefinitely postponed. Also customer service is terrible as well. Don't believe the auto responses you are seeing responded. Their live chat will not and can not help you. They were not sorry for the issue and just randomly disconnect without actually helping you. There are so many other available delivery options like instacart and shopt.

I have an autoimmune disorder which leaves this wife, & mom of 2 very fatigued at the end of my workday, so not dragging kids to the store is incredible. Plus I love shopping by deals, the email discounts with free delivery, and loading up on coupons on the companion app...it saves me tons of money. No impulse buys either, just what I need. The delivery people are always the kindest & super helpful.

Doesn't work. I was able to sign in, add products to my shopping cart and enter my credit card info. When I clicked the button to send the order, I got an error: something about "enum" and other tech jargon. Uninstalled app. What a waste of time!

Always MISSING Items. Get ready to call customer service everytime to correct your order. I ordered from them with this app 3 times. 3 times they were missing items from my order. The first time I was missing 6 out of the 10 soups I ordered and a bag of chips. The 2nd time I was only missing 2 items. The 3rd time was when I gave up. I ordered about 25 items total. They only showed up with 5 items. I asked the representitive if this was common. She said no lol. Good luck

So far... I have not recieved my orders correctly. They promise if you purchase a large amount of specific items, you will get money off, or a free gift. Not yet in Three orders, in a row.. I'm forced to waste 20 - 30 minutes after every order, calling to have them correct the companies app mistakes, which they kindly try to do. Vons Delivery is my only and best option to stay safe as an elderly person.

The new app update just deleted all of my Monopoly instant win and coupon data. Many of the Fab5 discounts aren't being applied at the checkout either. I just overpaid by $60 but managed to claw back $25 from the manager after pointing out the major blunder with the update roll out. Additionally, the app crashes now when I try to scan bar codes in store for just 4 u discounts.

All the product images on my app say 'image coming soon'. This wasn't an issue in the past. I have tried deleting & redownloading the app, but it isn't fixing the problem. It is making ordering groceries difficult because I can't visually verify what I'm purchasing.

App registration failures! Very very poor customer service to fix it. I had the same error with entering my phone number as with the other 1 star reviews. There are data entry conflicts that migrate across the desktop page & several apps with no way to confirm or fix these issues - rerouting to customer support.

My favorite supermarket always has everything I need great service good customer knowledge of where items are located and always finding coupons that make me want to purchase additional items can't say enough nice things my personal store is off of figure out in Colorado in eagle Rock! Always friendly and I go there three four times a week.
