Glitchy App that needs improvement. Often freezes when starting up and need to restart my phone to fix it. Not the easiest to setup but when it does all work it is very good. Just a bit frustrating that it has software issues. Keep going Dev team! :-)
Not bad when it works. Bought this cheap 360 fisheye cam from eBay. It's actually of quite good quality build and the video quality was excellent for the price. It was working well with an older phone on Android 8. Unfortunately in Android 9 it immediately closes when opened (crashes) making it unusable. Would be nice if there was a way to use this cam with TinyCam instead. :-(
From last 30days when i click app its automatically shutdown in a blink. Some times it shows offline & then again we have to restart camera or or mobile that time it shows on-line. I think there is update need in andorid version coz i tried on IOS & its working perfect. But when i try on my MI A1 it giving problem. Please do something abiut this issue.
The old apps is a lot better. This time I cannot connect the cameras to my handphone at all. All the cameras say "connection fail". Then "offline" all the time. Did reset many times but the problem is still the same.
Dear authorized person, After the last updates, the day view of the cameras was reduced. night view can be displayed full-angle, but there are not many places in day view. Take an interest and solve the problem please. The status of the device is 2.5.47.0. the old version was 2.5.07_CW. There were connection problems in the old version.
after finish setting up, connection was successful for the first few times only. After exiting the app and reopen the app, app fails to load, and cam appears to be offline. please fix the bugs of this app.
doesn't stream anymore after update. used to work great but after the update you click on your camera and all you see is a still shot of when you open the camera. you can no longer see live streaming.
The app can access the camera in LAN environment but cannot access outside LAN. before there was no problem. I have reset the camera and re add. locally it work fine but outside cannot get online. pls help
Good update.. But fix these: 1-when we speak in the intercom, the recieved sound make noise. Mobile should stop the speaker when we speak, so the voice is recieved clearly in the vr camera. 2. Not important but.. Improve zooming and Rotation
Currently a useless app and camera on Android 9. Crashes on start up. Emailed developer and does not respond. Avoid if you can. Too slow to release updates.
There is a fix.... Connect to the camera by clicking local experience. There could have been a more simplified and straightforward procedure.
Cannot register to cloud. The response is abnormal network. Change the apps into ip pro but for multiple cam within the same network have another issues. With the same network and different placement event different cloud id realtime video show the same
Was working for months then suddenly gave a connection error showing "Network Abnormal", hence I cannot access the app at all. Other people have the same error since 22 Dec. Please urgently help to fix this. Are you ever going to fix it? Developer doesn't respond to email sent either.
this app hardly ever works! i have to restart my phone sometimes (I have a samsung S8). also when it works it freezes after 10 secs??? need a better app.
update. app does not contain essential reboot device settings. How can you expect user to climb up to camera to do a reset configuration. i nearly broke my neck. other lesser one bulb camera app has these options to reset and reboot from app. please do research and add features.
Not able to login. Tried to register a new ID. Also not able to register. Getting same Error "Abnormal Network" for everything. Now How can i access my cameras???? VR Camera App is for security. But if it dont work properly. Than how come it can be used for security???
I also facing the same problem "Network Abnormal" but don't worry you can try to download this app "Ip Pro" is provided by same company, use back the same username to login no need to register again. Hope this message can help anyone facing this problem.
The app does not work anymore and the developer does not respond to mails. I keep getting the error"network abnormal" before I even log in to the app
I used this program for a long time and it work perfect. But when my phone update to Android 9 it always "close app" and does not work at all. Do you have any other app?
Hi Developer, Your recent update of the apps has caused my cam not to work anymore. Now I am not able to view my cam at all and it is always in black screen. Please help urgently of this "bug" as I need to view my baby at home whenever I am working. Thanks.
after updating to latest version my device disconnected many times. Can't change setting, can't record or access SD card and intercom open failure.
Good according to my 4 years of ipcam experience but at night or in the dark my cam night vision is not working, kindly fix in next update. Speacial thing is to develop the software for windows too it would help much more. Please do it as soon as.
Very bad, I have NO luck to connect at all! At final when I connect through acoustic option, it says complete but still no image or connection with the Cam!
The remote service is down. I cannot login at all. There is a message that says the network is abnormal. So, it us useless. I might have to through the camera away.
This app was working fine with all my phone until i recently change to samsung note 9...it's not working well, developer please look into this and fix this issue as soon as possible
Keeps losing connection. What's the point of having a camera and app that keeps losing connection .Sort this out developers
fisheye view no longer work on older hardware that used to work before. I have 8 of them and they are all appear as circular video image only.
works on android once setup with ipad. Excellent using "local experiance". Setup on the same wifi network, works anywhere after setup.
this version can only acces the camera via same network connection with the camera. out of network connection such as 4G or LTE is not working. contacted the developer but no respond. please fix it
The app is terrible in all aspects of quality. The "English" texts are barely understandable, and the camera appear offline 9 out of 10 tries, when I am sure that it is online. Which means the app can't even connect to its own camera... If you are still deciding which brand to buy, DO NOT buy this one!
