Terrible app! it simply does not work. will not connect to my new Walgreens 960BT blood pressure BT device. Technical support not interested. am returning this expensive BT model for a cheaper one that does not advertise that it connects to the Walgreens Connect app as it's useless anyway. in addition to this, the app tries to send a verification email to my cellphone but the email message is not formatted correctly and cannot be read. Tech support had to manually override the 2 step process.
Did not work I went to Walgreens and exchanged the blood pressure cup 3 times and they would not synx up. No matter what I tried it just kept telling me to try later. I know the problem is with the app. And yes my bluetooth was on. I have never had this much trouble trying to synx up a device and I have quite a few devices synxed up to my phone so do know what I'm doing.
I can't connect with Walgreens Connect, when I try to log in I get a message that the app stops working. I have a new Samsung phone. Seems like your developers need to correct some issues . It would also be nice if it would work with the Samsung Health app. No stars from me.
I was told by customer support they no longer support bluetooth for their meters, because they do not work. That is why I bought this meter in the 1st place. I think they are teetering on false advertising. I am taking back this bluetooth meter. I can buy an equivalent meter without bluetooth at a price much cheaper.
The app has no instructions for pairing with WGNBP-755T. There is no obvious bluetooth pairing button. The user manual for the WGNBP-755T doesn't help. It shows how to turn bluetooth on, but not how to pair. After turning bluetooth on our off the device shuts down in a few seconds: clearly not waiting to pair at that point.
The app won't allow me to log in. My username and password are accurate. once my username and password are entered it attempts to log in but then returns to the login screen.
My Google Pixel 2 is too advanced for the outdated application. Needs to be fixed. My phones Bluetooth recognized the 930BT....the device won't recognize my phone.
App cannot connect to their own device. Calling support said to being in to store for assistance, however my phone can connect just fine to the device initially. Support is clueless, and store is no more helpful than a pharmacist is at application development.
I paid extra for a bluetooth BP test that connects to my phone. The app doesnt work and won't connect.
The BPM is nice but I payed up for Bluetooth capibilty that I was never able to pair with my Moto z force Android 8.0 phone. So I'm taking it back and going for a non Walgreens brand. I thought I got a deal but instead I just raised my blood pressure to a boiling point.
Why is Walgreens promoting this feature and it doesn't work. The app hasn't been updated since April 25, 2017. Walgreens continues to sell products that promotes this feature. Shame on you Walgreens for false advertisement.
the app doesnt even work. i cant log on with my existing account so i created a new one. i finally get logged on and the machine wont connect. i get out of the app and go back in it and now i am back to not being able to log on. this $85 machine is getting returned tomorrow.
I am having a hard time even opening the app! every time I go to sign in it says "authenticating" then brings me right back to the sign in page. Disappointed!
as everyone else has stated. Will find the device however, will not connect. The connect feature was the main reason I grabbed it.
it doesn't work period. one Droid and one ipuk phone and nothing but errors and app crashes. Surprisingly they put their name on this POST for an app.
Bringing this unit back. Won't connect. I called the help line and they are absolutely no help. Why list the number. Don't waste your time with this.
its not syncing info. there is no option for the WGNBPW-760BT Ver. A model. selecting the similar models isn't working.
Zero stars from me if I could. lowest rating I've ever given an app. Sometimes it says your user name or password does not exist. Retype the same one two or three times and then it accepts it. But wait, then it locks up before getting to the "connect to device" screen, mutiple times. Out of about 20 attempts, I made it the connection screen one time. Guess what, it couldn't find the device once I got there. Mutiple thumbs down!!!
