It worked well for the first few months, and then it randomly logged me out, won't accept any of my credentials and when I try to set up a new password, they say they'll send a link but never do so. I've had to switch back to CK.
Love this app! It alerts me right away of any changes or credit inquiry. It's very easy to use and log in. I used the tasks suggested to increase my credit score. It absolutely worked!!

Why can't I post review? When I tried to submit review, it keeps on popping error message as " We've encountered an error." ??? and when contact "help", no answer.

I like the app was able to ask a question about a carloan and the company CreditAccepantce awful company any way I asked 2 question you approved the first one and not the second which I figured yall wouldnt.i was told I would get a answer in a few days well it's about 6weeks later 3 emails asking about answer which Noone has responded too so in the meantime my score goes down a few points each month I sure wish yall would respond Pl z help
I like the app design, it's pretty, clear and easy to use. BUT it is slow. every time you open the app, change the view or do anything, it shows a loading spinning wheel that takes a couple seconds to go away. It's ok to wait when opening the app, but having all the time makes the experience a bit annoying and ended up uninstalling it and going for another alternative.
Very easy to use and seems to be very accurate so far. I love that they calculate your credit utilization for each CC you have, makes it super easy to keep track of instead of you trying to calculate it yourself. Only down fall is you only get results from Transunion, wish they included all 3 credit bureaus, then it would be perfect!
Wallet Hub has been fine, I think I like it better than Experian. On Experian I get this "Alarm" message with every little change in my credit score..of course you get the "boost" but you ever notice that at every other place you get your credit score they NEVER show the credit score that Experian claims!!! At least with WH Im not obsessing over every little change that seriously drives me insane . My credit score goes up and down about 3 to 4 times a month..I get so stressed about it!!!

Pretty awesome! I like to see my credit score weekly and this app makes that happen.
The app design was nice and well done. Making the account and putting the info was easy and all, went through. However the entire thing didn't go through because my info didn't match any records so therefore i dont have a credit score. I dont have a credit card or payed for any taxes. My account is locked for 30 days so I can't close the account myself. I emailed them yesterday but they haven't respond yet. Take all the time you need, I understand that you're a busy business.

Easy to use. Information very helpful, all the time
I was skeptical about installing it at first - but its a GREAT app! It keeps me updated on whats happening with my credit score and sends me alerts to anything negative so I can take immediate action to correct it. I also get recommendations to card offers and loan opportunities based on my credit score, but havent taken advantage of this part of the app yet. Overall - its been a 5 star experience and an app that's helped me stay on top of my credit score and rating.
A very good app for tracking & improving credit. Don't apply for credit cards or loans without thorough research prior to deciding. Get a few opinions. You can change it all slowly for good if careful! This app helps most with all 3 credit scores to compare.
Got my score from 600 to 690 in a few months and over 725 in a little over a year.. would definitely recommend..

I do not like this app. First of all, it's very glitchy, and secondly, AND most importantly it sent an alert to my email stating, "2 Possible Missed Payments" I almost had a heart attack!! Seriously?! Is that what you do to get people to log into the app, send them false information to their email accounts?! I was so nervous that I thought I had really missed 2 payments. I frantically logged into the app, and I didn't discover any missed payments on my credit. This app is the worse!

Wallet hub links your account to anything you owe. So if the debt collectors cannot find you they will when you use wallet hub. If you click on the credit report part it clearly says wallet hub has linked your account with whatever account is deliquent. Why do they feel the need to link my stuff. IDK but they are helping the bill collectors not people trying to fix their credit. I had to rewrite this because they deleted my 1st review. I kept wondering why more & more stuff kept coming up
