Works okay. I guess. The rewards junk and are ridiculously overpriced per reward pount. Doesn't add in the winning scratch tickets (if you get one) guess it's nice to see the total spent . $300, finally won 1 $20 . Worried though the after scanning app says see lottery. That's usually a notification saying ticket already paid out and reddemed. Let's see if my skepticism is going to be validated?

Love this app, absolutely love it, For starters allows you to check your scratch tickets or any other game tickets and will tell you if you've won or not before taking them to your local lottery dealership (store, gas station etc...) And it is accurate 2nd even if the tickets of whatever it is your playing are NOT winners , you still accumulate points and can redeem them buy purchases different products from there prizes list

Scratch ticket scanner doesn't work. Was working fine and all of a sudden every ticket I scan has an error message pop up.

It used to work great but now it just constantly says information is not available so it's absolutely useless.

The previous versions were a great tool to use for scanning tickets. Then this version demanded that you provide personal information in order to scan, just to find that the scanner doesn't function properly after you do so. Very frustrating. I uninstalled it immediately. I'll just manually check my numbers now. I hope they don't misuse the info I provided, now.

The first version let you just scan your ticket. It was perfect! Now you have to create an account and log in. Initially you had to manually enter your numbers for every drawing. After uninstalling and reinstalling, the scan function is available but doesn't work. Whoever thought they would improve the app has failed.

Constantly pops up with messages like it can't connect to the server or results not in. Sometimes just running it over and over again with those messages it'll eventually go. Sort of buggy. Because it is so buggy I don't trust it. I scanned the tickets with it but I always manually verify the winning numbers. The ticket scanner function itself works remarkably well. Even in low light it's able to very quickly read those barcodes. At least on my Pixel 3. Results may be dependent on your camera

The original version worked great. I could scan tickets, and was happy with that feature. The update is trash. Whoever thought it was a good idea to require a registration and log-in to scan tickets should be fired. Also, if you try to register, you can't enter your date of birth easily, as it requires you to click back, month to month, until you reach the month of the year you were born. That can be hundreds of taps for most of us. I didn't try to register beyond that idiotic flaw. Uninstalled

When the app is working properly I love it. Especially the ticket scanner because even if I don't win I still get some kind of points. My advice to anyone getting a error message when they open app, RESTART your phone and open app. Even though it's a inconvenience it usually works for me. It would be nice if they could fix whatever issue they got going on within the app though because then I'd give it 5 stars for sure☺️

Lousy app, you have to set up an account with Washington Lottery and give them email etc in order to scan a ticket. Didn't use to be that way. It makes this app much less interesting. Why would someone want to get spammed by the Lottery just to be able to scan a ticket? Change it back to the way it was .... load the app, scan the ticket. Simple, easy and effective. Now it is the opposite. Besides that the whole app seems glitchy, pushing a button takes a long time to get a reaction if you get one at all.

This app is awful. I like to play megemillions. It doesn't show you the draw numbers or date of your ticket, just whether you won anything or not. So there is no verification or comparison if you picked your numbers which is half the fun. If you go to drawing history it only shows the three most recent. Why not make it possible to look up by date? Super annoying. Deleting now.

Used to be great; easy access, ticket scanning, and quick. But then they "updated" to this 360 garbage and half the time the login doesn't work, (says unexpected server error) and the ticket scanner won't show up after touching the icon. Congratulations on taking something that worked perfect and screwing it up.

You can check to see what is available, including promotions. It's really easy to check your numbers with the scan feature. If you buy scratch off type tickets, you can look to see how many winners have been turned in. Therefore, you could opt for a ticket with more winners left. This app is convenient, consumer friendly, and easy to use. Thanks Washington Lottery!

When it's working like it's supposed to, this is a 5/5 star app. Over last few weeks though, a pop up box appears when the app opens, stating "We're sorry. The latest lottery data is currently unavailable. Please try again later." I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, but the problem persists. I'll happily change my rating to 5/5 stars if this issue is resolved, but until then, this app is nothing more than a waste of space on my phone's SD card.

I constantly get server error messages when scanning tickets. Right now I can't even log into the app, I'm getting a server error & to contact them for assistance. Other issues, while scanning tickets there offen a lag time, if you tap enter ticket twice it will tell you won't get the reward points from your losing ticket. I like that the tickets that I have entered have gotten me a cool prize, but the app is lacking in many way with a lot of lag time that needs to be addressed.

At the end of last week this app went from being a handy tool for scanning my lottery tickets to a useless waste of space. Instead of just turning on a ticket scanner window, it comes up with noa screen requiring you to sign in or create an account. Then it tells you there's a server error and doesn't activate the scanner.

Great app. With it I can check any ticket to see if it's a winner & it works for all of the lottery games, paper & scratch. Plus the non-winning tickets have point values, usually for every $1 spent equals 1pt which can be used for merchandise at their online store. But don't expect to quickly grab a bunch of cool stuff cuz I don't think I saw anything under 1000 pts Even so, I love the way WA lottery has evolved, I can even check how many winners are left for every prize teir on each scratcher.

Has anyone ordered anything and either never got it or waited way way to long for it i put in an order mid december still havent recieved it yet on the app it says delivered ummm wrong it has not been delivered at times i wonder if people got there degrees from a cracker jack box or a $0.50 machine

Is a good app to tell you win or lose. The points to get things are ridiculous! $1=1 point, yet the items are 4,000-25,000! An item you can buy for $50 will cost you just over $4000 in losing ticket. How about a more reasonable point system.

Convenient but constantly get a server error when I use the ticket scanner. It also says results not in, contact lottery retailer hours after the drawings, yet the home screen for the app has the numbers updated. Would be nice if it worked correctly. I'd give it a zero stars, because it's about worthless on my device.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Even though I have an account, due to prior games played, I refused to sign-in on my phone for security reasons. Finally, I caved and tried to sign-in using my account, just to scan a ticket, and the login failed, stating that I should contact player support. Nope. I'll uninstall instead. Too bad I can't give it a ZERO rating.

I love this app, it's so easy to use. Even for people like myself, who are not the smartests when it comes to dealing with new electronics or stuff involved with em, I have had no problems. I use it all the time to scan losing lotto tickets to get the points for them. I really like how it catches the ticket you just scaned as being a winner that has not been redeemed yet. Cause I have had this happen multipul of times & I know before I got & started using this app, that I"ve trashed winners.

Works about 80% of the time. The other 20% it says server error 😂. Nothing is perfect we gotta give it some credit, it's like us humans we make error & usually don't know it until it's brought to our attention, we rethink our actions and then come up with a solution which sometimes fails us once more which means there's still a glitch in the system and once refreshed/ rechecked we then can operate smoothly with our first error being corrected and not popping up disturbing anyone or anything🤔🙏

Used to be just fine at what it did but the My Lottery 360 update made it terrible. Have to register to scan tickets (this was fixed 1/6, moving rating up to 3 stars). Multi draw tickets are presented poorly - it doesn't compare your numbers to each labeled drawing anymore, it'll just say you won $X even if that's over a month of draws on a ticket. Right now I'm trying to scan my ticket and it says Results Not In even though I can literally look at them myself on the game page.

Liked the last version better. I don't like the new 360° ticket scanner, it doesn't show the numbers on my ticket compared to the winning numbers drawn like it used to. Now it just says "Not a Winner" with no comparison. I also do not like that I can not see more than the past 3 drawings. I'd rather manually check my tickets, which I ended up doing.

I want to give this app 5 stars because I really love it, but the amount of points you have to have for the prizes is ridiculously high. I mean come on, you expect people to spend, no correction-LOSE $1,700 to earn a $25 giftcard. That's insane. I say LOSE because you only get points for losing tickets, not winners. I think the costs of prizes should be cheaper points or the amount of points you earn per ticket should increase. Then I'd definitely give 5 stars.
