It says "connect success" all the time, probably trying to connect, but it never does. I tried restarting and uninstalling everything that could help, but the problem was not on my side. I was waiting a very long time for you to fix it, but you never did, so it's useless app for me as a user because it doesn't even connect... I will look elsewhere..

I keep having disconnection issues between the device and phone. I also cannot change the outdoor tempture display from Celcius to Fahrenheit using the app. The app also keeps changing the personal information from what I set it to.

Rating below one star. Third time reinstalling the app and it's still not working even after the so called bug fix. It NEVER stays connected no matter how close the devices are. It keeps changing my starting demographic information. The time is not syncing like it should. No texts or phone calls. BP and hr etc gives Wrong readings. *tested against hospital grade equipment. LOTS OF BAIT AND SWITCHING AND FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. Per hospital staff this can be Dangerous to wearers health.

I was expecting it to not work properly looking at the ratings, but The app worked excellent with the jaytech bt6 fitness tracker. There were no problems at all. Easy and instant pairing with Android phone. Was getting all necessary notifications on the uhr. Why is the rating so bad for it?

The app showed connect success but guess what it does not automatically set its time, but my smart bracelet works perfectly fine, so I give it 3 stars and the app is a little bit good.

I have had decent connection rate for fitness calls text etc. The watch and software has far surpassed what I thought it would be able to do.

In the beginning I had issues where the app fail to obtain the data from the band. In order to fix it I removed the app, paired the phone to the band (over Bluetooth) and then I installed the app again. Syncing now works, yet if the app was closed for some time, the call/SMS notification won't work. I guess the app doesn't check for the Bluetooth to connect before trying to reach the band. Also, 'find my phone' feature stops working if the app hasn't been used recently - just like the SMS/call notifications. Overall, the app is OK, but I haven't tried to calibrate the blood pressure measurement.

For Version 3.0.6 of the app... It works Ok... but doesn't seem to be very accurate (but pulse seems to be good). One thing I'd suggest to folks is that if you 'clear the data' from the app, the 'current' (most recently recorded) information is then displayed in the app. So, if you did a 'close off' every year or so, the 'data' would probably be Ok for checking trends etc. As with all of these sorts of gadgets, you get what you pay for...

easy to use when connected but very difficult to connect. I try many times to connect with my S9 before a connection is made, seemingly at random. makes the whole thing useless. I can turn the phone off and on and sometimes that works and at other times turn my target off and on and sometimes that works but nothing is consistent. very disappointing. I would like to find other software I could use instead of this unless it gets fixed.

Just got it and charged it and connected it with my phone. But it doesn't respond well to touches on the screen and the time is different from the time on my phone. Went into messages and couldn't get out. Firmware update says version 0.00. I can now switch between applications and it does measure steps but nothing else. There's a bluetooth symbol on the watch but it doesn't seem to be connected and no device name appears that is obviously the watch. And I can't find the device bluetooth address. It's supposedly made by APPIE but they don't seem to have a web site! It might appear as A6 but who knows. I think it's going back to Walmart.

When they say you get what you pay for, this is not what I had in mind. This is way worse! The tracker band has a mind of its own at times from shutting off to switching screens when not even touched to steps & distance stopping. Very annoying. As for this app.....yikes! It crashes every day, multiple times a day. Even when the app isn't even open or when the band is off. It's excessive! If the band could function without the app, it would be better. Better to spend more money for a FitBit!

The connection between the bracelet and my android is dropped multiple times a day despite the two items being constantly within 5-7 feet of each other. Periodically I'm unable to reestablish the link and am forced to uninstall and reinstall the app in an attempt to reconnect the two. *Note to Developers: It would also be nice to have the option to switch from military time to a 2-12 hour setting. HOWEVER, CONNECTIVITY IS ALWAYS AN ISSUE!!!

I am unable to get the information from the band to record on the app. All the different things work apart from the sleep and the steps functions on the app but it's very annoying. It just says data temporarily unavailable. I thought it was a problem with the band and was sent another but this is exactly the same as the last one. This app needs sorting out and quickly too.

Nice looking app, but linking the band is very difficult and often not working at all. When it is finally linked then it stays connected. The sleep time function is working on the band, but data is not correctly transferred to the app, which renders this function useless. Hopefully the developers will get these two issues sorted one day. Then it will be a great app.

Bought this wrist unit mostly for the pedometer feature. Since it was first connected, the program has said "Data temporarily unavailable". It has been a full week since first initialization. Also, the app says it needs a firmware update but despite numerous attempts, the update won't load. As well, there is nowhere to obtain technical assistance. Not impressed.

This was great when first got it. It connected to the app easily. Tracked my sleep better than my phone. Apparently you can only calibrate your blood pressure once so don't estimate. But when I had to download the app again it wouldn't connect anymore. It finds my band, says it is connected but immediately after says it's not connected when i try to use it. It doesn't even update the time on the band so I can't even use it as a simple watch and stepometer without the app which I would be fine.

This app is not working. It's connected to the band, but it does not load the info from the band. If I try to refresh the app, it simply shuts down. I have tried resetting it, disconnecting and connecting the band all over again, but it didn't make a difference. The band doesn't actually read my pulse, it just counts my steps and acts as a watch. To be honest, I'm disappointed.

What do you expect from a $20 fitness tracker? When compared to the other fitness tracker that I got cheap, I like this one better. I prefer the automatic hourly measurements which is better than having to remember to go in and press the button for the measurements. I don't find that the HR is correct because it will stay that I am at my base HR even when I am working out. I don't know how good the other functions are as well but at least they provide a base so you can see any outliners. HOWEVER, it is a PAIN to connect the bluetooth AND it shows a button to share or export the data. BUT the button doesn't even work so I have to manually input my #'s into my separate excel sheet.

Connectivity issues are very very bad! I have tried everything to fix it and it very rarely connects and when it does it disconnects straight away, starting to wish I didn't purchase this watch that requires you to use a very buggy app. And the fact that the developer hasn't replied to any of other people's complaints on the reviews, makes me think they don't give a toss about it's users and sets alarm bells ringing. Very annoyed and unhappy!

Useless. The fitness band will not connect to the app. The device shows up on my Android phone (Samsung A90), but will not connect; it says "an app is needed to connect this device". Within the app the band is recognised but shows "broadband connection failed". Judging by other reviews this is a serious and persistent problem which prevents the system from working at all, and needs to be fixed.

Prevoius version worked. Now I can't connect my watch even if I restart my phone. It's very annoying. Too many ads. Update: The rare times it manages to connect to my watch it is stuck in a connect/disconnect loop (it connects for a half of second and then disconnects and then again). If my watch can't connect for more than a few days, the time is not correct and I have to restart everything to get a chance to connect.

Doesn't notify of phone calls or text messages even though all permissions are granted and toggles are set to on. everything else works, but not great. Several updates later and still no text or phone call notification? I've tried two different phones with Android Nougat, Oreo and Pie with no success. everything else works but no text or call notifications. Too bad cause the band is comfortable and the watch is lightweight, battery lasts for days, almost a week.

I've used this app for 3yrs. It used to be mediocre and I didn't like that one cannot download the data from the phone to eg Excel to do one's own analysis. But recently it has become much worse, with almost impossible bluetooth connection and from April we simply cannot open the app without accepting a privacy statement written in Chinese, which I'm not fool enough to do. Also I note the latest update says 'firmware upgrade'. Could be interesting, could be dangerous!

had issues from the start with charger shorting out and that was the easy bit. the software is OK as in it cover most everyday people that will want and here is the but, I have had the this on 3 different phones from a note 4 to a S9 and you have to keep the software open to keep it synchronised and even then if you leave the phone out of range you have to resync. Even if you set a sleep time it can just randomly just start say 7pm. worse it that it just sometimes just not record the whole day.

Junk Worked for about a week. Except it wouldn't allow me to change the weather from.Celsius to Fahrenheit. Now it won't connect at all. Although I get a repeated message that says "connect success! " I've tried everything. Nothing has worked. Even the time varies from 15 min slow to 1 hour slow. Cannot change that either..waste of money. I've tried getting support yet no response.

Can't sync this app and my Unotec watch. "Bluetooth connection failed. Click to retry" is the message I get all the time. When it occasionally manages to connect the band, after clicking and retrying several times, it disconnects in a flash. The time displayed on the watch is always behind. Cannot fix it as I'm unable to synchronize app and watch. I've read lots of reviews of users with similar connectivity issue. It's annoying. I'm frustrated and disappointed ☹️. Any chance it will be fixed?
