WFS: Making Work Easy
This app connects to your employer’s scheduling system so that you know when and where you are working.
With WFS you can:
- Keep up to date with new schedules and schedule changes as they're published, so there are no unwelcome surprises.
- Let your employer know when you are available to work and how to contact you, so you don't miss out on shifts.
- Offer to work extra shifts that your manager makes available, boosting your earnings.
- Request and see your time off, so that you can plan your weeks.
This app requires your employer to use WFS for scheduling.
To activate your WFS: Making Work Easy account, please click the link in your registration email.
If you can’t find your registration email, please check your junk folder or speak to your manager.
On first opening the app, use the registration code contained in the registration email.
Note: Some app features may not have been enabled by your employer..

We have had this app for work for a few years now and it's terrible. It hardly ever works properly, there's no consistent forms of IT support or annual updates, half of our employees don't show up and the other half contain people we have fired from our store weeks ago. Also if an employee does not have the app, they will sometimes not show on the schedule. Awful attempt at a good idea, wish we would switch to something else.
Convenient to get to know your roster, but I find it rather "complicated" for what I use it for. Even though the app runs perfect. Also it asks me to put my password and doesn't seem to remember the password.
I've used this app for 6 months now and as of Monday I can no longer access the app anymore unless I use a registration code.I shouldn't have to harrass my manager for a new registration code EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. the app updates. PLEASE fix it so I'll I have to do is log back in, every app on the planet has this feature so it can't be that difficult.
i was informed i would receive an email to set up an account after i entered the company code. it did not send one, and it wont let me make an account. i tried reinstalling, but it wouldnt let me re enter my company code. theres no option on the app to contact support. two thumbs down.
Worked for 2 years then suddenly says I am new and needed to register. When I found my old code, it only gave me 2 weeks of my schedule and says I have not been scheduled. When it works it is great. Also wish I could look at past schedules.
Please be absolutely sure what your company code is before you even try to download this. The app works good enough but if you enter the wrong company code then it will never allow you to change it and you'll never be allowed to sign in with your credentials. This MUST be updated.
It randomly stopped accepting my password and the troubleshooting just reaffirmed that there was a problem. There is no apparent solution to this.
Every time there is an update the app wants a registration code why can't I just sign in like with every other apk on the planet? Also if you complain on Google play store the automatic reply is that they are Keen to solve your problem. Who talks like that? Contact your manager for the code??? Complete lack of support.
The app was working fine up until today, now every time I try to open it it closes instantly. Reinstalling works to open it ONCE, but as soon as I close it I have to reinstall to look at it again
Company just changed to this system. Already do not like the app as it does not have and option in which I can sync my shifts to my Samsung calender or Google calenders.
You can only accept available shifts. You cannot reject. You have to go the actual website to reject shifts. Plus this app never does any updates.
Need app for my job , but it asks me to sign in when I haven't yet registered .. so how can I sign in. Type in email that I receive schedules to but it doesn't recognize that email.
Have been using the app for 2 years and the app suddenly disappeared from my phone. Once reinstalled, app now asking for a code. Do not have the code.
I changed phones and redownload the app as no is asking me for a registration code which I don't have and don't know where to get it from. I doesn't have an option to reset code or resend.
Randomly logs me out, then wont accept my password, try to reset password thinking that might help but won't let me do that either.
App doesnt allow login. Work is requiring me to approve schedules and I cant access the website either.
Cool if you could set reminders for shifts and didn't have to log in every time
Kicks me off every few months and demands I enter a registration code sent to my work email, which I have never received.
It was great I used it all the time then it kicked me out and made me reinstall now I can't see any of my shifts past this week🤬

Ap stopped working all together with no warning. Its asking for a registration code

Asking for code that I no longer know. Used the app daily and this is not what I was needing to happen.
Trash. Reset my phone now it will won't allow me to even put in my user name says I need a new registration code. App is garbage
I can NEVER login online or in app. My manager has changed my email, that didn't work. Tried resetting my password. In theory this could be a useful app, but not if you can't access it. Not to mention there's no way to contact anyone thru WFS for help or troubleshooting.
