I get a "Unable to launch the application, Unknown Error" message when opening up the app. Tried force stopping and clearing cache, as well as reinstalling the app. No change :/ I'm able to order through the website, so that's a plus. 5/18 App works now. After i upgraded my pone. Never got a follow up on my email report to WS support.
App is easy to use, intuitive and allows you to quickly and easily order what you want . It would be nice to be able to order each flavor in specific amounts so that it doesn't have to be in equal amounts of each flavor. For instance if you order 24 wings in 3 flavors it is split into 8 only if each flavor. I would like to have ordered 12 of one and 6 each if the other flavors or 8 and 4 as well.
The app is easy to use, and efficient. The restaurant doesn't offer any loyalty programs for online delivery customers however. They have punch cards that would allow you to get the 10th basket of wings you order for free, but those are not accepted online through the app, and you must pick up your order from the restaurant to have the holes punched.
App is so easy to use! The only reason I give it 4 stars out of 5 is that sometimes the order is not ready at the given done time. Usually it's busy when this happens(not all the time) the times should reflect that.
Love the wingstop by hwy 351! The nicest people iv met. And I always use the app ahead of time since I'm on my lunch break and always ready on time. The only thing I don't like is that I can never upgrade my drink on the app!
Buggy. Delete something, add new items, and it refreshes with older items from several screens ago. Prices require many screen flows to evaluate which is good value (likely by design). Store shows unable to take online order after filling out an entire order. Should really be a straight forward app as it's just the website, but somehow functions poorly.
The ordering screen is so simple and easy. I have never had a problem with carryout or delivery. One of the best ordering apps I have used in a while
App needs the "wet" option to have them put heavy sauce or rub on. It allows you to do it on the corn and fries but not the wings. *Update* You need to fix your pricing now as well. It shows it only costs $1 to make it all drums but when you go to check out it adds another $1.50. I had to call the store to find out it actually costs $2.50 to make it all drums. I'll pay it but the price on the app needs to be correct so it doesn't just look like you are adding $
Have eaten here multiple times and enjiy it every time! Good turn over time for food and great flavors. Associates know how to upsell beautifully and really consider what you want for your dollar. Just a great experience. Only issue, is a recent one with an addition of some new faces that are not really there to "work". But they have picked it up a lot!
This app has a preset apartment number for my entire building. It constantly delivers to the wrong Apt even when you yell it the right one at the end. The drivers don't answer their phones or read their text messages when you try to verify they saw the actual apartment number. Terrible
The predicted time for when your food will be ready is always off. I have to add 30 minutes to the predicted time so that the food is actually ready when I arrive. The app also always asks me if I had a good experience, but it asks immediately after placing the order and well before you actually pick up the food.
Great update. Unknown error app freezes on start screen. Have to kill app. Uninstalled and reinstalled. Still not working. Update 2 months later and still not working. Sent info thru emails. Still unkown error upon launch. Oneplus 6t.
Rooted devices will display an "unknown error" message. Don't know why such security overkill is needed to buy chicken wings. I pay cash at the restaurant anyway. The brainiacs at Wingstop app check for root. Wingstop app blocks rooted devices. Once I block Wingstop app from checking for root, it works. Thanks to Top John Woo!
Unable to use coupon codes for 5 free bonless wings. Keeps saying that the correct item isnt in the cart. On the website it automatically shows it in a pip up so it can be added. Why give use coupon codes if they dont work?
I use the app to place my orders for pick up and it's great. I just place my order and head over to Wingstop and it's usually ready by the time I get there.
Easy to use, every order I have gotten was correct. The time frame it shows is pretty accurate. Can't really complain!
Loved it good food and there's a lot of food so you don't need to choose quality over quantity you get both and the app makes the wait non existent.
Love the app, gives you alot of choices to choose from. The app is easy to use(so far no problems yet) and convenient. Way faster than calling in your order in my opinion.
Very straightforward and easy to understand. Though when I try to add something from recommendations, like the standard 5-piece wings, the receipt interpets it as generic product, 16-oz and it doesn't show up when I confirm my order.
App hasn't worked on my OnePlus 6t in over a month. Shame. Will take my business elsewhere UPDATE: As of 2/1/2022, the app still doesn't work on my OnePlus 6t even after uninstalling and reinstalling. UPDATE: AS OF 4/30/2022, THE APP STILL DOESNT WORK ON MY PHONE.
Always have an easy experience with this App. I appreciate seeing the daily specials located right at the top vs having to look around for them.
Great place! Some of the employees could be a lil more attentive and friendly but other than that. Foods always good!
Always love Wingstop. Best fries and wings there are. The app makes it really easy to order and set your pickup or delivery time.
App is super easy to use. Food is delicious, store attitude could be more welcoming, a little sanitary issue, as an employee used bathroom, and I was waiting to wash my hands, and they came out and the sink was bone dry.... so DID THEY JUST?????oh NO NOno no... hopefully they will see this... the signage in bathroom is always "Employees must wash hands" So, oh no you didnt! Maybe, they dried the sink....
Horrible, the app and online website. I have tried to put my card information in on both to place an order and they keep telling me my billing address is wrong and I know that's not true when I've order on plenty of other occasions before. The last time it did this I figured it was just a bug no problem I go to the store instead. Now I'm trying again so I can place it for lunch because I don't have time to go there and wait so I want order ahead and I can't once again! I've tried multiple cards!
