I've been playing this game for about 3 years now and I haven't had any problems with it on my phone at all . I always get my rewords , coins ext. Ads are just a way to try and get you to buy something it doesn't mean you have to buy anything.there is something new almost on every level.you have the scarecrow who throws out the out the same color, the tin man with lighting bolte and the lion with his roar that removes pieces. So on .I love this game.
Really like the game however you watch the ads to get the extra points and then they are not rewarded to you. Kinda feels like that's their way to get you to spend money and more money. The game also freezes after you watch ads and or are about to beat the level.
It's a match 3 game, been playing now for 3 years + on different tech,terrific game, levels vary in difficulty and unlike some games you can progress without having to pay. Well deserved 5 stars imo . Would prefer to be able to sign in save progress with google, will never use FB .
I am on level 3132 and have spent thousands of dollars on it fool that I am. In the last week it is sluggish and playing the game is impossible and frustrating. I will not spend one cent more on it. I have Uninstaled it and reloaded it multiple times it does not do any good. I noticed since I stopped making purchases this happens.
I'm on level 4698 and the game keeps freezing and crashing. I noticed it got worse when the new message about stopping ads by making a purchase started. I contacted support and did ALL the troubleshooting steps several times but still freezes and crashes just when I had only 1 item to collect to complete the level.
Just purchased a 2.99 package and did not receive it!!! Please send package or refund!!!! This isn't the only game that has done this!!! I'm about to delete you all!! Well decided to continue the game, but now I buy extra coins to continue game and it quits instead of letting me continue! Just starts another life!!! Fix your damn bugs!!!! Will lower score or delete next time!
App has worked fine for the several years I have played it but suddenly today after installing the update I get a failure to launch app message saying my hardware is not compatible or something of that nature. Uninstalled, reinstalled but it didn't help. Disappointing.
Great Graphics. I love that they incorporated trivia about the movie and the actors in The Wizard of OZ. Cool little tidbits and information. Plus lots of extras with challenges. Also group games where you don't have to find the people for the game & you don't have to talk with anyone if you don't want to.
Just updated. Now don't have my events or any bonus stuff I was saving up. My pieces have reverted back to the original and if I click on that in the menu, it just greys out the screen and doesn't let me see to change anything
The imaginative cooking ad doesn't play properly and it's causing a life to be lost and it seems to be only one that I get for an ad. This needs to be fixed as it's getting frustrating!!
I love this game, but it doesn't transition back to game after an ad. At times it will freeze or kick me out. I wouldn't mind except it happens at crucial points. The graphics are exceptional and music is spot on.
This game has become more frustrating than relaxing. I used to enjoy it, but now I usually stay aggravated with it. It shows ads, which I don't mind, but after the ad, the game gets really slow and lags bad. I'm about ready to uninstall it.
Last few weeks not receiving any rewards at all. From finishing a level to watching an ad so just being demoted all the time. Technical help don't get back to you so going to delete the game! Waste of time. Been playing for years so disappointed that this is happening.
"Love anything OZ and the graphics on the game I enjoy. I really enjoyed the game in the beginning but I'm now in the high 600's on the levels and it's impossible to win, either getting stuck 25 times with one piece missing to win or it reorganize the moves the whole time. I do pay now and again for coins etc but now it's ridiculous because you use your whole inventory to complete a level. Also the duplicating tins I hate, too many with no moves the whole time, Not happy.
Too many glitches. Never any fixes. Tech support really doesn't help solve the problem. Tech support should try playing the game and encounter the numerous glitches. Maybe then they would update and fix. I have followed the instructions multiple times and nothing helps.
I really got into this game but Everytime I make a purchase which is always the .99 center on all games cause I've had COVID twice, lost part time job, and lost my mom so playing games is all I do. Anyway, when I make my purchase I am three moves away from finishing my game and it loses my game and forced to start completely over. Now is that really FAIR. We need a little more HELP and FREE chances to keep watching all your stinkin'' ads. REMEMBER!!!!!!!!!!!
I've installed this game a few years ago. Its my favorite game. I've never had a problem with it. I love the fact that there's really no ads. The only bad thing I have to say about this game is that you only get 5 life's, and when you're enjoying the game and want to keep playing you have to wait 20 minutes to get a life. The graphics are well done and the different levels are nice as well. So, Thank You for making a game where you can actually enjoy the games and not the ads.
I have been playing this game for years and at a high level, however, the legend levels are a nightmare, i was stuck on a level for 4 weeks, these levels stop your progression hence losing lifes..i dont like the legend levels at all and they should be stopped
love it great love graphics thank you . wizard of oz is one of my childhood favourites 😊😊🤗 I used to love this game but it's getting annoying know as it's so hard to beat a level you have to play the same one over and over and over not as fun as it was 🤔😔 Hi just to say the game keeps freezing and I can't move any items help???
I bought the Premium Pass for Easter Season and immediately notified Zynga via chat that the daily quests didn't update daily. In 8 days, they haven't updated at all. This causes me to lose out on gold, thus losing out on rewards that I paid $4.99 to play for. Each time I inquire about the problem, I am thanked for my patience. One day left in the game and I am still waiting for the problem to be fixed. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED.
Wanted to transfer game progress to a new phone asking Player Support several times for assistance. I gave player ID and Pin with response best way is thru Facebook despite telling them I do not have Facebook nor want it. Seems like I lost a lot of hours and $$ spent. I won't start anew. Hope player Support works for you but don't count on it.
Game restarts when I click on anything except to play the game. I cannot collect my coins, cannot send lives , cannot even hit the help section. It restarts the full game. I guess it's the new update
I have finished level 4440 and there are no new levels. Are we going to get any more or should I delete this game? Love the game but I have nothing but problems with this app. The screen goes black and causes me to lose a life every time it does. Quite often it will pause all on its own which is very annoying when it happens several times per game. Been playing this game for years but seriously considering deleting it if you don't fix the issues.
I love this game but noticed a few issues I cannot resolve. I'm on level 4249. I have passed the level over 5 times but it doesn't register as passed & it makes me redo the level. A bit frustrating. Pls advise
This is a fun game to play, but ever since the last update earlier this month, I have been kicked out of the game countless times, I go to watch a video for an extra 3 plays or to earn an extra booster, and the game freezes, same for any time the game chooses to show an ad. I am not complaining about the ads, but the fact is that the game freezes so much that it becomes difficult to finish a level. I hope I can rate the game with 5 stars again in the very near future.
