great app. Now that I've gotten it to log in it, works how it should. unfortunately even though I leave it open on my phone, I still have to log into HD's WiFi to sign in for work. It's logistically and intuitively laid out with a full suite of options. Once you get through the initial quirks, it is an amazing tool to keep track of your work and home life. Does it have the ability to sync your work schedule to your Google calendar?

I'm going to have to give the app a 2 for now. Between the spotty internet and me not trusting public Wi-Fi and everything wanting to revolve around constantly on service requirements, unless I have mobile data or Wi-Fi your Workforce at will not load for me. Some sort of localization with a week-long security authentication ticket once I sign and that renews every single time it can, would be very nice and kind of seems mandatory for such a tool to be utilized in all situations.

Good all-around app. QR code for displaying to the scanner (when punching in/out for a shift) is tucked into the menu options: it would be handy to have it added to the bottom options for faster access. (i.e. one tap to open the app, second tap to display the QR)

I've been using this app for almost a year now. I've got back and forth between having to re login every time I open the app to it's staying open for an extended period of time. For example, it has stayed open for the last 3 months and now suddenly it closes every time I close the app. This is very frustrating. I have a disability and cannot feel my hands so logging in each time is really difficult. Does anybody have a solution for what to do regarding the app logging off when closed?

Two weeks ago, I had to change my password. Since then I have not been able to log into Workforce. I contacted the developer after checking for updates, Uninstalling and reinstalling, and clearing the cache and cookies and nothing. No contact. Still can't log in and I'm frustrated. I need to be able to access Workforce and I can't. This really sucks. It's a necessary app and like most of Home Depot's IT, no one cares enough to get it working right. What a joke!

I really like the changed interface. More details, more organized making it more helpful . I hate that every time you close the app you have to log back in. Also it doesn't update your punches when you have it open so you have to restart the app and log in again!!! Super annoying!!!

I just installed this app on my Samsung Galaxy S8 and it won't let me login. I can hear and feel the haptic feedback when I press the login button, but it does not continue the the login screen. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I can only rate it 1 star for now.

It's worked for 1 month, now it won't install the new update. Keep getting a "can't install" error message. Wouldn't be a problem if I could use the app without the update but unfortunately the app wont open without it, it redirects to the app store to try to install a update that gives me a error message everytime. Super frustrating

This app has been fine on my phone until today! Now I can't sign in. I tried restarting everything. I updated and even uninstalled when it still wouldn't let me in after reinstalling. Frustrating because I count on this app every day! Does anyone know how to fix this?

The app keeps logging us out despite it clearly stating if logged in you'll remain logged in unless password changes or you log out. Now it constantly logs us out after every use and you have to log in two or three or more times just to log in. Terrible. Please fix it. I should not have to come in earlier every day just to make sure I clock in on time just because the app refuses to load.

Had been working reasonably well until last week and since then have been unable to login. Stuck on splash screen, with no response when LOGIN button is pressed. Have uninstalled/reinstalled multiple times and even performed factory reset, with no change. Will change rating when/if problem is resolved.

I can't get past the sign in page to take advantage of the features. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Will update my review if I can get it to work. Update.. I downloaded the app on one of my older Samsung phones and it worked fine. I have a OnePlus 8 pro that I'm using now and I still can't get past the sign in screen. I've tried several things with no luck. Can someone please advise me on how to resolve this. Thanks in advance.

Doesn't work at all anymore. The app is completely unresponsive. I can't click the button to even login. Tried clearing cache and reinstalling but nothing worked.

Easy to book time off, logs me out all the time and I don't have patience for that, decides to do an update when I really need to see my schedule and it just stays on "pending" on Google play. I would give zero stars if I could just to get the developers attention. Why is it pending this is ridiculous. It's been pending since last night and hasn't started the update and I really need to book time off

There are occasional times when it won't stay logged in like it should, but overall this works very well and makes it easy to look at schedules, submit time off requests, and check time cards.

This app used to reasonably reliable but the last couple of days it makes me login every time after I've closed it (NOT signing out, just closing). For the most part it would just open up after I had closed it off my screen...logging back in each and every time is quite annoying.

It keeps signing me out, which is annoying, but something I can deal with. What I can't deal with is the fact that it won't even sign me in now. It isn't a password/username/store number issues. It logs me in for less than a second then logs me out again. If my schedule is changed, I have no way of checking without logging into MyApron

It's great.... However, after the past couple of days, it makes me sign in after the application exits. It's starting to gslet annoying. It used to always be signed in. I don't want to sign in every single time I launch the application. Please fix this for a better rating.

This app is absolutely trash. Every single time I need to reset the passwords, theres no option to make passwords visible which isn't good when you have a long password and if you get it wrong it deletes previously entered information

App logs you out after one use. Been going on for weeks. Multiple message boards report the same issue. And yet...nothing changes. Save yourself the hassle and screenshot your QR code and then just check your other info through mythdhr. Pretty ridiculous that there isn't someone working on this. Wonder if you can roll back to the previous version?

It constantly logs me out and forces me to sign in again. I understand this as a security feature, but sometimes it'll keep me logged in for a week or more while other times I log in several times a day. If internet connection is spotty at all (like at my work) it might take a dozen log in attempts before it goes. In the app itself, any use of the phone's back arrow exits the app. This makes navigating the menus very annoying.

Really liking the improvements, the app is super slick. It looks good and works well. Makes checking my schedule and hours easy. Super slick.

App won't stop logging me out. Just going back to the home screen on my phone is enough to log me out for some reason, I don't even have to close the app. Please fix this, super annoying bug!!!

What a great and reliable tool for making a clocking experience as effortless and contactless as possible. Love when apps are well designed and well thought. Great job!

I loved the app before 03.22.22!! Now, the app signs me out and I can't sign back in! Everytime I sign back in, it just loops back to the sign in screen. If I Uninstaller and reinstall it, I can sign on once, but then it signs me off and the while cycle starts again! What happened to it?????

It's good... when you can actually use and log into it. Half the time unable to access it and have to try and log in everytime and sometimes it won't even let you.

It randomly deletes weeks in my schedule. For example, we get our schedules three weeks in advance. Up until this morning, it showed I was scheduled every day for the rest of this week. Now, this week is blank. I know this is not the doing of the person who wrote the schedule because this problem has happened before, but back then she told me I was supposed to come in to work regardless.

Great app, keeps me update on my schedule and make clocking in and out so easy. Constantly update also.

This app does not keep me logged in all the time. In the 3 months using it, I have had to reinstall it 4 times. It's to bad that the software people can't do a better job of QA!!!!

Everything was good until new update makes you sign in every time you open the app. Before it didn't ask me to do that. I don't want to login everytime to use workforce. Please, fix it. Thanks!
