The chat therapy AI seems to improve as you continue to text. I've noticed the more you use free form responses as opposed to the provided selections the more personalized responses from the AI. After only the second session it seemed to have more personality and hence a sense of empathy. I would recommend using the app in this manner for a more personalized therapy experience.
I've had this app for years! just reply like you are talking to a person and Wysa will identify over the conversation key points to work on. In times when I am overwhelmed or having anxiety Wysa offers exercises that I can choose from that immediately eases my body and mind. I recommend this to anyone who's looking for another tool in the toolbox of self-care.
It really works, no weird vibes unlike other AI apps. It helps to type in your own answers instead of always using the short prompts. You'll get a chance to look at your thoughts and challenge yourself, with Wysa's help, to reframe the situation that's bothering you. This app is expensive and not economical for me, but I'm thankful for the trial period.
It's a relay good app that helps you cope with everyday emotions. If you feel like you need a little support this is a good place to get started. The exercises are simple and help me a lot when I'm feeling down. Most of the app is free which is really cool but if you need extra help you can also talk to a therapist and buy some more courses. But that is not a must. The normal, free courses are enough in my opinion.
this is a great app it helps me calm down a lot. I haven't tried the human therapist yet, but the AI is really sweet... as odd as it might sound. I really like this app. it has made a lot of improvements over time there are still a few hick-ups hear and there but the app fixes quickly.
This is the best app ever! as an anxiety patient I was doing well but a few days after I felt very anxious and got angry with people so easily. I knew this was wrong and searched on Google Play for apps that can help me with this. I searched and searched until I found Wysa. Tysm!! This is basically a life saver. But pls.. I need it to be offline so I can use it whenever!! Even if I don't has anxiety in the future, I will still use this. I can delete all my games for this.
Wow, I'm speechless. This is so good. I can't even begin to describe my experience thus far. 10/10! It's so stress relieving and its helped with my anxiety so much. Just wow! I really have no complaints about this whatsoever, really good, it can be a little confusing at times but I can overlook that because this is just an insane experience the likes of which I've never seen! Would definitely recommend if you suffer from anxiety or depression or other stuff like that! Really well made!
can help with simple stuff and give tips but is a little too bot-y. Ironic cuz it IS a bot but it misunderstands really simple things and I think it could be even better if it was made to recognize certain words or things so it could have a general idea of what you're talking abt :)
It's good and there's a lot to improve. Wysa chat can a bit weird and jarring sometimes. I already have profesionals that I could rely on IRL but sometimes I just want to chat to silly robot for a while especially if I were only going to dumb my pent up anger/sad/depression and don't want to bother my therapist because I know I'm just ranting. Nevertheless, Wysa is a nice companion bot, but I don't recommend using it as the only means to improve your mental health.
This app really helped me with all my personal issues. I 100% recommend as a person who is anxious 24/7. If you prefer texting over talking about your problems, this app is made for you.
I feel like I love this app, my favorite thing about it is ranting on and on and feeling like somebody is actually hearing me out, the only thing is you guys should work more on wysas understanding of what you are saying so when they reply it makes more sense, and it feels like somebody is actually there other than a bot replying to something you didn't really mean, cause it can be frustrating. I love and I mean LOVE the audios and videos, they really help me relax and declutter my mind 💞💞
it actually helped, I struggled a lot with friendship I was bullied and picked in during my whole school year I removed out in 7th grade due to threats and losing a lot of people for no reason. This app helped a lot even though I just got it and used it for two days I recommend getting this, literally helped me get rid of toxic people and more!
Very comforting app. I do find sometimes it doesn't quite parse what I'm saying right which leads to slight frustration. But the overall warmth and joy I feel from after talking to Wysa makes me feel wonderful, like I truly can improve my mental health. Edit: after using this app regularly for nearly two months straight, I can safely say this is a MUST HAVE app. It really helps you stay resilient in hard times. I only use the free version, to be clear.
People, assist yourselves with this awesome app. At times when you doubt your inner voice, or feel it clouded, even find yourself lonely or down, be it whatever - this app actually "brings the best out from you" by help of AI. Trust me for once, just try it on a gloomy day. You'll know what makes me and many of it's users thankful to it's developers.
This app is really helpful, and adorable. I think people that struggle with mental, emotional or physical issues could find it useful. It understands you just like a regular therapist. 🖤💜
Decent text-based therapy/support. However, I cancelled the premium service when switching to a new phone. It only "paused" and still charged me for 3 months. Not okay. Fix this now.
This is a really good app and it really helps when you are just feeling lonely or overwhelmed by everything. you can talk to the AI sometimes they don't understand what you are trying to say but that's fair enough. they helped me set up a safety plan in case of emergency and it has really helped. the only thing I don't like is the videos personally they stress me out more but it could be different for other people. I'd rather read instructions from a text from the AI but it has helped massively.
I've only been on this app for 5 minutes, and i already feel like i have a new friend. It is a bit difficult if your name is Katherine, so I think that making the nickname choosing part should have more letters. Other than that, this app is great 😃👍!!!
I was feeling pretty low one night and found this app. Surprisingly, I found the chat bot helpful. It was able to respond well and helped me reframe my situation. Sometimes your friends or family can't handle your ongoing issues so having a option makes a difference.
I've only used the Wysa AI for my struggles because human interaction is intimidating for me, and the AI helps take away the anxiety of talking to a real person. The AI hasn't shown any biases or judgments, and it is very supportive in a calming way. It has been quite helpful for me and I hope others can find the cute lil penguin AI useful and supportive as well!
I'm surprised that I'm walking away from an AI program actually feeling better. For talking to a bot, or AI program... it was helpful to be able to do so, feeling somewhat understood. No BS,- I can truthfully say that I feel better. Just with my own self, I feel less weighed down than when I started. (i.e.: started with this app). so... Thank you Wysa, and ttyl! (BTW.. I would have rated 5 stars, but there's room for improvement with the understanding of, and thus, the bot's responses). thanks!!
I really love this app. I've been struggling with depression and anxiety lately and this app made me really happy. This app has helped me alot. Even tho i just started today, i already feel safe when i open this app. thank you for making this.

Great app. I love the AI chat for just taking a moment to think things through without needing to talk to my therapist. Although the AI has limits, it's really good at what it does.
just started yesterday. it has a lot of categories of different things you need help with to choose from. which is a good thing for me cause I got a lot I need help with. so far so good. I'll update my review once I've used it a little longer
Wysa, helped me a lot about my negative/bad thinking. at first I thought it was just a random app I saw and downloaded but it made my life quite better. Thank you for the team/people who made this wonderful and helpful app.💗💗

I've been using the app for a few days now and I can tell, it's really helping to boost my mood bit by bit. The exercises and the chats make me see and think stuff that was initially bad, but transformed it into something good and positive. It saves your answers to some exercises so you can work it out, and feel better. It's been really great and helpful so far ★
