Xperia Keyboard

Takes a while to become accustomed. If there is a way of uploading Greek symbols for science and physics I haven't found it. My bad spelling and typing adds incorrect 'My Words' to easily and I have to sift through and remove them. If there was a database to store removed words so that they didn't go in again, it would save time in the long run. Otherwise, thanks very much. Like it.

I updated and now my keyboard has disappeared. Wasted time but Xperia forces the user to keep it's keyboard!!! Impossible to uninstall 100% because it only allows to uninstall the newest update. Try to uninstall the keyboard, it doesn't give the user that option. OK so I guess I'm keeping the keyboard. Where's the mic? You've got a potentially exceptional keyboard just work it! For all you users that like capital letters or forced to use them, create option to leave caps on until user decides.

Since the big update a few weeks ago, I feel I have lost a friend and met someone new, only this one is a child and I have to keep repeating myself before this new WhatsApp baby remembers my writing style and tries to predict what I am going to say. I have to repeatedly spell everything in full.

Easy to use, well designed, multilingual feature is also available. But still there's a drawback that "URDU" language is not available. to use urdu we have to install another app. So "Urdu" language must be added in this keyboard.

Lack of support and neglect is the issue here. Looks like GBoard has the upper hand now.

Best keyboard I used for all my Xperia phones from first phone Xperia Miro, go, SL, Z1, Z3, Z5, Xz, Xz1, to my current Xperia 5 iii. Please do not remove this app from the store. Thanks Sony

how can the Sony xperia keyboard not be optimised for the tablet z when it came installed on the tablet from new. doesn't auto capitalise or auto full stop when space bar is double tapped until all update are Un installed.

I would've given it 5 stars but I was dissappointed by a few things: 1. When I wrote 'I am' it suggested me 'Dwight K. Shcrute.' Does it mean that this Keyboard tried to steal my identity? No? Wrong answer. Yes. And I must tell you that Identity Theft is a criminal offense. 2. It keeps telling me ways to continue my sentences. I don't want anyone(especially a machine) to give me advices. We are nemesis. 3. My favourite animal is Bear not Dog. Stop suggesting me 'Dog' after 'my favourite animal'.

Works great with rich features. As I'm an ex-Lumia user, may be you could add cursor button on the layout.

The emoji prediction after a word feature is gone. It was an excellent feature. Bring it back.

used th keyboard in my sony xz premiu, loved it.. now on my new phone i don't have the emoji prediction and the GIF key is gone and I can't set up th keyboard like it was before even tho i restored my backup from my old phone, fix this please!!

Very bad... I m using SWIFTKEY KEYBOARD because while playing games.... Specially CLASH OF CLANS.... The xperia keyboard doesn't work and dont type anything.... Plz manage this... I m also a bit low on RAM but thats not a reason... Plz make me use this system keyboard only... I have updated and used it but nothing is changed.... Fix this. 🙏🙏

The best keyboard that I experienced in my first mobile phone. I still love this. Too bad that Newer Sony Smartphones are not compatible with original keyboard

It's only a keyboard why does it have to be 50 MB?! The phone's free space is becoming smaller everyday, and you INSIST on making HUGE updates... 5MB is enough for a.. keyboard

I use and prefer the Microsoft Swiftkey keyboard. I don't want or need this, but it was forcably installed on my tablet and I cannot get rid of it. 😠

I really love this keyboard the only reason to give one star is it do not have Urdu language I love to communicate in my own language specially on social media platform for that I am forced to install an external keyboard on my device to type in Urdu Xperia should think about it if they have put so many languages why not Urdu

Bring back Xperia Keyboard! I was furious to discover that my expensive new Xperia did not come with this keyboard. Makes me wonder why I continue to pay a premium for a Sony device.

Hasn't been updated since April 2017. Sony needs to get on the ball, add new features, emoji, etc.

This is the best app when you need keyboard to writing an text messages to relatives this is the reason I'm giving this App 10 out of 10 star's and 5 out of 5 star's and 9 out of and this is the reason I think everyone should get this app for their Sony Xperia or their bigger Sony.

the keyboard is good and helpful with the features but I couldn't find urdu in the multi language section which is a turndown for me

I like how simple this keyboard is but I think it's time to give us more customization and theme!

Good keyboard but without support of many languages which are delivered as default in Samsung and Huawei. 😥

I do not know why Sony replaces it with SwiftKey keyboard. Their native xperia keyboard is very good.

Keep coming back to this keyboard again and again. Still the best keyboard and wish Sony had not abandoned this for Gboard. Reviewing from Xperia 5

Hi, One huge issue. This keyboard constantly keeps changing the words I'm typing. UNACCEPTABLE !

The keyboard doesn't come pre-installed with 'Telugu' language pack neither it is available for download! Please add 'Telugu' language

this is a good app but update the keyboard to allow personalization of background with pictures not just solid colors

Great keyboard; only thing it needs to be perfect is the "half-space" in Persian keyboard
