Yahoo Fantasy Sports

The developer website listed doesn't exist so I guess this is the only way to provide feedback. Last year I remember getting in-application alerts when a player wasn't playing on a given day, but I had him in my lineup. That feature seems to have been removed. It's frustrating because I distinctly remember setting up my daily lineups according to schedule on Monday. Having to go back to verify something already completed is aggravating.

Never had an issue with this app until this year. Doesn't load all player positions or draft rounds. The mock draft application is a mess. All the info isn't provided like before and the time and player selection is delayed or sometimes frozen. Deleted and reinstalled, phone and app are up to date. Very weird and unfortunate.

Third year in a row in fantasy baseball where the total games and innings per position are missing for Android users while it shows for iphone. This is incredibly frustrating and needs to be fixed! 5/1/22: 4 years to fix the issue and you guys have not done a damn thing about it! I'm so sick of being at a total disadvantage because you can't seem to figure it out, it's absolutely unacceptable. I'm done with you guys and moving my league to another platform next season.

Responding to the developer who asked about specifics. To preface my comments - I'm used to ESPN so I may like the app better once I start using it. But on ESPN, the user interface is more friendly. And it does the little things like tell you the dates of your matchup or shows you projected stats on the roster pages. I also found the eapm fantasy site to be better than Yahoo but that doesn't have anything to do with the app.

Review reduced to one star. App is trash all of the sudden. Force closes, gives you an error message that you are not the owner of your own team. Glitches while scrolling FAs and goes back to the top repeatedly. Force closes when adding/dropping players causing transactions to be unsuccessful. App is Unreliable.

This app is trash. It's always been buggy and had issues, but it's unusable lately. It's worse on my phone, so I have to take out my iPad or laptop to do most things. So if I'm not home I get screwed. I've been using yahoo for fantasy for years, but this is getting unacceptable. Massive platform, get your stuff together. Edit 5/18/22: Continuing to have nothing but trouble. Been getting screwed regularly in my leagues because the app moves players I already had set, like I never set my lineups

Terrible fantasy football platform. The fantasy hockey is much better, but still not great. I find when I'm choosing to start active players for the week, it doesn't work properly so I have to check it daily regardless to make sure my lineups actually saved. Whenever I pick up a new player, it has a tendency to reset my weekly lineup. Never mind Yahoo updates for players coming out minutes before puck drop, making it near impossible to be prepared. It's buggy and just okay. Could be a lot better

5 years now and still no total games played per position available on Android. Towards the end of the season I have to ask my iPhone friends to send me a screenshot of my numbers. I don't understand why you losers haven't fixed this by now. Absolutely ridiculous. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏻

Usually this app is great. Unfortunately right now the MLB live draft is beyond messed up after the latest update. Visually only shows 3 bench slots doesn't show your picks after that. It's technical issues after you pick are so bad, you have to relaunch the app after every pick. No idea what you guys did this update but it's barely usable at all. I suggest rolling back till you get the glitches out.

I absolutely love this app for fantasy baseball and football. It's extremely simple to use although it has every detail needed to easily manage a team and select the best players. I've tried a few other sports apps and none of them compare.

I am currently unable to view the statistics category that is clicked on. So if I am looking under available players and click on HR or SB to filter results, the category that I'm trying to filter by goes blank. I believe this is a new update as I see on other people's phones the chosen category is now blue.

Not sure what happened but suddenly for only baseball I can not see the players tab. I can use the website as needed, but the app gives me "Player key 412.p.11899 does not exist. (400)" I have been using the app for a few years now otherwise, and overall there has been a lot I like. Just really hope whatever is going on with my Player tab for waivers and everything decides to work again.

I'm constantly having issues w/signing into my yahoo! Fantasy Sports app. They have a paid service for assistance that shouldn't be necessary to use but it seems the issues I'm having are pointing to having to get the paid service.

This is the first app since I moved from iPhone to Android I've liked less and it all comes down to one thing. I loved on iOS I could click on "last x days" and not only see stats but an actual rank in that period. That often aided me in tough daily lineup choices and it's missing from the android version of the app.

Just bad. The app doesn't even fit on the screen. Every year it is chore trying to access the tourney pick em. I end up just having to enter it on the yahoo site. Constantly have to uninstall and reinstall. Come on, figure it out

You can't join a league from an invite. Gives you an error. When you try to go to the site in a browser, it automatically opens the app. You either need to delete the app, join the league and then download the app again, or, do it on a desktop. Also can't deal with keepers on the app.

The Yahoo Sports App has gotten bad.. always with technical issues, no notifications, always delayed, no real time status.. it's just bad. Especially when money is involved, this is is no good. ESPN seems to be the better Fantasy platform moving forward.

App crashes when trying to create a daily fantasy contest. Reported to Yahoo help and got the standard response : clear your cache, force stop the app, restart your device, uninstall and reinstall the app, blah, blah, blah. Here's an idea-- fix the app!!

Very laggy lately, takes for ever to put players into lineup, changing between days or checking other teams, the load time is painful. My WiFi speed is 866 MBPS, which is very fast, so thats definitely not the problem. Frustrating.

I used to be able to get right on easily, but for the last month or so I just get error message saying to retry. This is very frustrating and I even tried removing and reinstalling the app with no better results. I guess that I'll just use my labtop which is not that convenient, but it works quickly with no problems.

This app was great until about 2 weeks ago. Now all of sudden for the daily fantasy in NFL and NBA and I assume other sports too, my lineups are not saving. I sometimes have to save them one change at a time or try it 3 times. I tried deleting and reinstalling the app but the same issue resurfaced. I don't know what happened but they also don't make it easy to report issues so I am doing it here.

Pretty good interface, up to the minute updates except for line up changes for some reason, randomly goes down for a few minutes every once in a while.

Started up playing fantasy baseball after a five year hiatus. Yahoo Fantasy is a great format for beginners and experts. There are a variety of tools to help you with roster creation and analysis. Although there are free leagues available, I recommend at least to enter a $5 league as there is a better chance that the players will be more engaged to trade and use the waiver wire regularly to stay competitive.

This is my first year in maybe 10 years playing FBB on Yahoo. I've been using ESPN. This is better in every way except one... you can't see all of the box scores for the league on a single page. Pick that up and 5 🌟 all the way

Being asked to verify my identity with my license and social security number multiple times a day. The page explicitly states this: "Will I be asked to verify my identity more than once? Identity verification is only required one time. Participants in paid fantasy contests at Yahoo Fantasy are only allowed to play using a single Yahoo account." ... so I'm assuming this is some kind of exploit. Edit: Still major security flaws and major issues in how they are storing your data. Do not use.

The worst fantasy app available. Being in multiple leagues makes the app glitch out so hard. Constantly changing the league I'm looking at and not saving any of my lineup changes. After so many years, no dark mode. I have sent many suggestions of the years and they just get ignored. All yahoo cares about is pushing their unbelievably stupid "yahoo" feature which of course costs money, all for terrible "expert" advice. Can't even purchase yahoo+ in Canada. Such a joke of an app.

Everytime I pick up a new player my lineup resets. I have lost more than one week to this BS, and if it such a "known feature" than fix it. Start active players has now left an Austin Matthew Hat trick on the bench during playoffs.
