Getting better? After the latest update, I seem to have less "Disconnected" problems when starting the app. Previously I had tried to assign my camera a Static IP Address, but it did not help. When this happens, I have to. power-cycle the camera before the app will connect to it again. It seems to have more problems with this when I exit the app "gracefully" (back, back, exit), versus just force-terminating it.

I like the camera intelligent tracking. (Edit: tracking only goes horizontal not vertical) However it could be helpful to have a choice to choose tracking based on sound, motion or both. The reason is windows behind camera catch sound like a dish and the camera turns and stays pointed to glass.

Obviously trying to hard-sell cloud storage by degrading the service available thru the SD card. Without subscribing, it is not possible to directly access alarm recordings. Had intended buying more cameras to extend the system, but now feeling totally scammed! Also, the build quality of the cameras is poor and the software buggy. Disappointed!!

There is no timestamp in the timeline for the alerts in continuous recording. You have to keep your notifications to see the exact time a recording happen Apr 24 2022 app not connecting but i can see through my cam at their website. hope they fix the app or the server soon Update: try using ycc 365 without the plus, ensure you unistall the old app and it seems to work for now. If you dont uninstall the app first it may cause login issue and connection issue just like the plus app.

The TF card sometimes unmounted and it requires me to format it before viewing the recording. This leads to loosing vital data. In your next upgrade please work on that issue. You can improve your app by also including a feature which take pictures automatically but also recorded direct on the user device like yoosee app not on the TF.

Not sure about the set up but the use of is easy enough. As with all apps there can be room for improvement. Would be great if a clip I've saved is able to be watched via whatsapp. It says it's not compatible. Other wise good app to have.

I wonder if they will ever update this app? It works but kinda clunky. The part where you view the recordings kind of slides around and makes it difficult to stop on the recording you want. Also it would be like magic if you could fast forward, instead you have to set and watch video in real time and makes i very time consuming to review footage. This one feature would greatly enhance the apps usefulness. Most of the time spent using the app is reviewing captured footage, so fast forward help.

I don't know if it's the app or the equipment but it sucks. I have the most unreliable camera ever made. It looses signal constantly. The ptz option lags so far behind it's absolutely frustrating. This system is not user friendly at all. It took me hours to connect to the camera having done everything by the book time and time again I come to find out that my wifi name had to include 2.4 in it or it wouldn't accept the wifi. This app is clunky at best and the camera is so damn cheap. Beware!

Too slow, too annoying. I bought 7-day storage for 3 cameras for a year because it was heavily discounted. But the cameras are unreliable. They often disconnect and the resolution is definitely not full HD but 640x480 upscaled to 1920x1080. In the app it takes too much time for a video to load. And right now the app pushes me to buy a ”service" that will check whether my cameras work well. I have to close the popup all the time.

On the beginning I thought it's a problem with the app, but nothing goes wrong. It is true after few months the app is stopped working and the cloud storage is not working, now I reconnect the camera and everything is fine now. About cloud storage, depending what you purchased, if it is a chip one after few months camera need to be reset. I'm very pleased with the app, because I know how to use.

I have been very pleased with this security camera. Responds and tracks movement very well. Great night vision. Hooked up to home Wi-Fi. Have been able to monitor and control camera from several different states without any issue.

First of all the camera and the app are supposed to be compatible with Google this is simply not true there is nothing you can do besides just connect the account. Second of all the smart tracking only works horizontally and not vertically!

Excellent quality and easy to set up. Easy to control camera and easy to work with the app. The only thing needed in my mind will be the ability to minimize the screen and still use your phone/device. This will espessially be helpful for baby monitoring purposes. Thanks for the great experience. Hope you can assist on improving user experience all the time.

I'd say it's average. Thee BIGGEST problem I have is that it constantly and consistently disconnects, which makes it close to useless. I'm not sure why but if it would stay connected to my wifi it would be great!

A pathetic application, it sends me the alarm when no one is there and when someone is ,forgets to warn me. The camcorder works fine, it records on the card but the system does not always send the alarm alert through the server. This is in addition to the insistent advertisements for cloud storage. My advice to those who created the system: hire a hacker!

It was a bad system from the start, with the camera requiring rebooting all the time!!! Now they launched the latest money grubbing update. Guess what? The new wonderful update removed the feature where you could simply clip any portion of video from your SD card. The marvelous new and improved version of the app now requires you to pay $60 a year to be able to have that capability, which is now only available with their RIPOFF service.

Since this app updated to 5.0 it doesn't load the screen just shows 5.0 and that's it. I have no access to the camera. This 5.0 version has rendered my camera useless. Setting on & off timer rarely works it will turn on but not off, or if I delete the setting reset it for my time it will turn on and turn off for a day or two and then stop turning off at the appropriate time. Also the app wants to update and I get a WARNING that it is a third party that is not verified. When checking my installed apps for update via the Play store this app does not show as requiring an update so word of caution to anybody new to this.

It's a good budget baby monitor camera. Won't give it 5star though. Camera works fine when use normal with a bit of lag in movement. However, when you insert the SD card it doesn't function well. It lags motion and freezes. The SD card option is just a waste. In short the provider is pushing to buy the cloud paid service. If this can be resolved, then it's worth the money. There are other camera options available with similar functions at half the price as well.

It's ok but constantly loses connection and when it does have connection it's really bad 24.3kb bad.. Even with an ad card in it is constantly asking for me to upgrade... I don't want you seeing all the activities I do in my house thank you

Camera is great! This app is terrible. I wish I would've known before hand that I would have to use this app so I could've read reviews to save me money and time. Can rarley get the camera to load usually just says opps device disconnected or what not..even while at home connected to same router. Very annoying seeing as I got this to watch over my house and cannot even do that. Just lags, crashes, or keeps loading. Really wish this app would get updated and get these issues fixed ASAP!

Good app. Only a couple improvements are needed. With motion detection, the ability to determine what type of motion is being detected would be helpful. The nest cam could determine if it is detecting people. Make this be able to specifically determine when it detects people/vehicles. That way I don't get notifications every time a leaf blows.. Fine tune the camera pan control feature.. it isn't accurate.

This app was great until recently. An add to buy some extra stuff keeps popping up everytime I go to my home page to switch cameras. Even when I look at it, it still popps up. This doesn't make me want to buy anything, this actually makes me want to cancel the subscriptions I have on multiple cameras.

Recently annoying ads on home page and they pop up every time you go back to home page with cameras. Also slow and broken image even when logged in at home on same router. Very disappointing! If you try to sell service by annoying ads this will just have the opposite effect and people will look for different product.

Absolutely terrible. And gets worse with every update. Started on one star, now I'd rate it - 6 (minus 6) stars. Intrusive advert trying to force you to pay for a daily checker . 80 % of the time doesn't work at all, or has the motion tracking miss anything smaller than a bus. More interested in telling you the camera's are offline and displaying a advert. Playback is in realtime because they won't mark incidents on the timeline,unless you pay. Replacing camera's, and using different software.

I bought the cube, the camera works really good, great picture, but my issue lays with the microphone. I see it has a mic, there's a hole that even says what it is, but i can't get the mic to work. So I've wrote numerous letters to try and get someone, anyone, to tell me how it works, customer service I guess thinks it's got my money, they don't need to answer, that's fine I've since gone and purchased 6 others that do have the mic's working, and I've recommended them to friends and family!

Buggy system, buggy app plus failing consistently to detect sd card, or they removed this option for you to buy the Icloud service. It's better to get a branded camera that is a lot more reliable.

After one month it wanted me to buy another app for complications, so I did and. now the camera is on moving but doesn't record anymore no matter what directions I follow upsetting cause I was excited it working. Than it took 3 months my payments without working for me to see.
