The new app is absolutely horrible. Lags, works terribly, but it's also lacking in some features the previous one (perfectly working) had, like the ability to see what's inside the food you are ordering and removing ingredients simply. Seriously, this app is a joke. I hope they have a clear roadmap, otherwise I'll just switch to getir instead of this rubbish.
Used to be easy and good. With the last update it's worse than worst. The interface is a mess and far from being intuitive. But the worst thing is, in the old version I could choose my neighborhood and order food. The latest version chooses the neighborhood by itself. Now my fave restaurants show outrageous minimum delivery amounts (30 tl vs 70 tl). My address is the same, the restaurant is at the same place. The only thing changed is your design decision. Please revert.
The app used to be easy to use... They just updated the UI without warning or consent. The new UI is clunky, hard to use, missing options, doesn't save filters, favorites restaurants you ordered from once and so on.. There are also plenty of bugs and the app now lags. From 5 stars to 2 stars because of a dumb design updats no one asked for.
This new application is very bad. You cannot filter or sort restaurants hence having to scroll hundreds of places to find something. The huge icons make it only worse. Notes were removed. I am sorry but many restaurants for example add spices to French fries and I don't want this. Many send extras or ketchup that I do not consume. All of this ends up in the trash. It is horrible in ecological terms to pay for something that was manufactured and having to put it in the bin right away.
i don't know who was complaining about the previous version,, but the new UI is really bad,, not easy to use,, not easy to navigate,, i got lost many times while i use it,, it asks me for the address every time which is very annoying,, i lost the ability to evaluate the restaurants like before,, now i am really considering Getir
This new interface is soo complicated and hard to use , it seems that alot of options have been removed or they are hard to find , from using my adresses , the arrangements of everything even the restaurants,poor management and it seems like everything is overwhelmingly thrown in the the interface , the previous interfaces were wayy more accessible and user friendly and simple.., ordering before this would take me like avg 5 mins now im actually spending like 15-20 mins trying to figure it out.
The new version is horrible. Hundreds of meaningless food pictures, but we can't find the restaurant names. Menus are not working. Wallet is not working. My eyes are burning with thousands of pictures. We don't care the picture of the food. I know what it looks like, I need to see comment and rates easily so I can give my decision. I don't care high resolution Stturstock food picture. Please go back to old version or soon will stop using the app.
The app recently removed the ability to pay at the door with cash or credit card at the grocery section (banabi) , they'll only accept online credit card payments, but they don't take foreign credit cards online (most Turkish retailers don't, so this is understandable). The only advantage the app had for me over the others was the ability to pay at the door, so now it's basically unusable.
New UI is a nightmare. You have completely destroyed user experience, please revert to the old UI. This was my favorite app and now is borderline unusable - oversized, unnecessary and extremely annoying controls and UI, visually and functionally. Please. Revert.
The app is extremely slow and information about third party restaurants can be wrong. The English support is horrible. It seems that noone who works there speaks English, they haven't even bothered to translate half of the app so be prepared to see a lot of Turkish text. In addition to all this the new UI is quite unintuitive plus they have increased their delivery price for their market service.
Customer service is pretty much useless when the order has not come on time, even if it is 1 or more hours late. Customer service can not help to cancel orders if the cafe does not pick up the phone and ask them to contact customer service again, and again if the cafe will still not pick up the phone next day. In general, some places are fine because they will bring order in time, but on average the service provided by the app is substantially worse than Getir
Update: the new version of the app is confusing, clunky, and finding the restaurants I used to order from is too difficult. Terrible update. English version is excellent and helpful for foreigners. Can't get any of my foreign cards to work with the app though so have to use pay on arrival
Guys, the new UI design is just too complicated looking and doesn't feel very user friendly. I personally had to use the Trendyol Food service and others because of this. I advise you to revert to the old design. Thanks!
Ive used this app for years to order all my food (I dont cook), but after this last update I might have to switch to Trendyol or Getir. I cant search my past orders and I have these giant pictures consuming my entire screen. The amount of information I have on screen at any given moment has been reduced by 70%. I have never written a review before and I had to figure out how just so I could write this. If it isnt changed, I will stop using this app.
New version is bad. Can't reorder from old orders, doesn't allow you to get rid of badly rated restaurants, you can't put in alphabetical order so makes it hard to find restaurant you want. Found it confusing and annoying. Will use Getir from now on..
Cannot put my correct address. I'm being forced to automatically choose the address which is leading to wrong address. In addition, there's no customer support. The older version was much better than the new version of the application. I have to uninstall it as it became totally useless for me.
The old UI was absolutely fine. You've made everything so painfully complicated, and many restaurants don't even show up on searches. No, not small businesses, it's KFC and Popeyes. And I doubt they're the only ones. Sales show up on the home page, with literally no way to make use of them. Did the directors just decide to skip beta testing for this version? It's horrendous. I hope your competitors crush you for this massive mistake of a decision. Just fiddling around with this app made me mad.
Wow. The new app design is bad. It used to be simple and you could find the things you wanted right away, now everything is so big it hurts my eyes and information is hard to see. Yes, I know what the restaurant is selling, I don't need a huge picture of döner to know what the restaurant is about. This is ridiculous.
The new update is terrible, please change it back. You've made it harder to navigate the menu, food pictures gone and the payment and address system is more confusing. Terrible update. Getir is better.
Not even worth a star. It's utter garbage. The new version doesn't allow you to see many details about your order. It says "5 minutes for your order to get delivered" but it's been on the screen for 30 minutes. I have a job to go to and can't wait forever and then order again and it's not the first time so yeah I'm never using it again !!
Absolute trash redesign now its not easy to use, confusing AF and everything is overcomplicated. Much slower than before with less information about the food you want to order and has a very weak support team about your orders
The new user interface design is just messed up and I don't think it's better than before. Missing features and weird bugs. I just want to eat food man don't bother me with pointless app updates!
The app update and now it's only in turkish, i can't change it in English, imposible to use. And even before the help section was all in turkish, so i wasn't able to contact the support when there was a problem
Hard to use, non friendly UI. After the last update app is not working properly and user interface is hard to understand. Before update all was fine and app was easy-to-use. Now we are not able to understand campaigns, not see which products are free with multiple buying, product pictures are very big and masking the whole screen. This is so far the worst update I've seen. It is not an improvement it is downgrade.
