I was looking for a very simple yoga app. Actually I was hoping to find one that just had sets of flows in swipable cards that you can just page through and do on your own Accord. This app pretty much meets that goal, but also has a timer and verbal instructions. It's just right for someone who may only have 10 free minutes to set aside for yoga. But you can do longer sessions or even do several different short sessions for a longer workout.

I like this app. It has a small variety of sequences that won't overwhelm or intimidate. You can adjust the number of times you go through each sequence which gives you some control over the time. If you can't do certain poses, you can skip ahead easily. But, I want to love this app. I wish that there were more cues within the poses...reminders to breathe, adjustments to check, that kind of thing, especially for newbies. I find myself second-guessing my poses which takes me out of my focus.

Was initially discouraged when realizing there wasn't a real instructor leading the session,(bummer!) then I realized a video clip with a real instructor was provided w/each exercise to explain how it's done. The only problem I found was that there was no way to refer to the clip and then return to where I left off in my routine; app took me back to beginning and I would have to manipulate to get back to where I left off. Its possible I missed something. Felt my back open up after workout!

It is great for beginners. There are about 8 categories of workouts so you may want to get a new app if you mind repeating them. I like that it has an online and offline option. I do wish it had more variety bc as I said there are only about 8 different workouts but other than that I enjoy it. It's nothing big but maybe that's bc it's targeted at beginners. I guess I wanted more of a mental guide to yoga - how its supposed to feel, how to breathe, etc. Whereas this app only gives poses

Its not bad but has room for improvement. A little confusing at first to figure out how it works, and what settings are adjustable but otherwise simple. Seems to lack poses/moves and i can see someone leaving the app to expand their sessions. As others mention the voice is short commanding-like. For me I was bothered by the setup of the poses choosen. Up, down, up, laydown...very choppy lacking flow and not relaxing. Also I enjoy creating my own routine and this app lacked that feature.

Nice overall. The audio should say "right" or "left" when the pose has a left and right variant. Also I like it better in my other app when the audio counts down: " 3, 2, 1, start." Maybe for the end as well. I also like when the audio says halfway done, because some poses are more challenging than others.

Wonderful. I recommend this for those that prefer a relaxing routine including peaceful music as a background. This app will take hers/ hims far because we can eat before and exercise afterward, while still feeling really good. Confidence is one of the vocabulary words I would use to describe myself during a routine with an app as efficient. Well done.

At first all the options intimidated me but it was actually really simple to navigate when I really looked. I've done yoga three times a day all this week and my back feels AMAZING. I was worried it'd be too hard, I'm flexible enough but I'm autistic and that messes with my balance and motor skills, but I actually think I've gotten more coordinated and balanced.

Great app, unlike most yoga apps its free and it offers a range of workouts to choose from and the instructions are easy to understand but can you like add new workouts that are specifically designed for a special purpose like reducing belly fat or improving flexibility. Also you can have like workouts that are available around a specific time of the year that will be really fun and motivating. All in all a very helpful app.

This app is awesome, I use ot after I work out to help stretch myself and cool down, and it works great. There are a likited amount of courses, but that doesnt bother me because i dont do hard core yoga, i just wanted something to relax me. It works great for that, especially with the calming music in the backround. I highly recommend this app for beginners like me.

They are good exercises and stretches, it would be nice to add and exhale lift the knee type instruction, I know I can watch the videos before hand but I sometimes forget to breathe properly doing them and this type of instruction is useful in yoga. Also with the back one, if someone has a bad back please give them a little more time between stretches to get off the floor. 😂

It is simple and easy to use and to stick to it on a daily basis. It is great that it can be customised whether to be with music background or not. However, it just lacks some vocal tips and guidance on how to do each pose properly without the need to look at the screen to know whether it is the left side or the right one. Other than that thanks for the app. Good work

Android vs IOS version I'm so disappointed.I used to love this app on my Iphone but the android version is just boring and basic.It was the only one that made me enjoy yoga every morning, plus it really helped physically and mentally. Here,the voice seems aggressive,workouts are very limited (choices,movements don't flow,less movements per workout but longer,boring),background music is limited,countdown has a bug sometimes... Why can't it be the same as the IOS version?! :(

have been using this app for a wail now and like it just wish there where more workouts once you start to learn poses and when it asks would you like to keep working out it puts you right back into the workout you just did instead of something different (or of your choosing). these are things that could change but don t keep me from using this app a few times a week.

very cheap implementation of a yoga app. videos are randomly picked from YouTube so the video for the shoulder stretch is someone's 24 minute workout video. speech is computer and very low volume. if you leave the "background" music on its louder than the voice. instructions and illustrations are very basic. Ads are annoying, largely because it isn't obvious how to close them.

This app provides short series of excercises. Perfect to fit in excercise in any schedule. I suggest is to incorporate some breathing excercises before and after each session. Another downside is the series do not transition smoothly between postures. In other words these are not "flows".

Smashing little app. Most say beginners then give a crazy routine to do. This is perfect for those who like me have been out of shape for whatever reason and need to take things at an easier pace. Its not too easy. Just the right pace to get you ready for more adventurous poses. Thank you.

The workouts are short and easy to follow. Great for beginners trying to build a habit. Good background music. Love that the app times each pose and incorporates rests. There are also instructions and tutorial videos for the moves if you're unfamiliar with a pose.

I downloaded this before on my old phone (Blackberry) and there are buttons on the top to chose the category: Recent, All, Short, Begginer, Intermediate, and Advance. I just switch to Samsung but cannot find these categories. I am also (still) using this on my ipad and the categories are still there. The exercises are limited to 10 items only on my Samsung. I love this app and will be better if I can also use it on my new phone as it is more convenient to bring around.

I just completed my first yoga session and found it to be soothing, the guidance was thorough and the pictures helpful to assist me to know as a beginner how to do each pose safely. This is a great app and I will continue to use this through my yoga and fitness journey. Thank you! only point of improvement may be to have a more soothing voice as the text to speak isn't very soothing and maybe some breathing guidance also. Thank you again!

This is exactly the yoga app I was looking for! Good music with soft cues to change positions. Clear timer displayed with an animated lady doing the pose. If it had more features (more routines, some kind of calendar/tracker, modified positions) I would totally pay for an ad free version of this.

(Pro)Great stretch,(con) the sequences do not flow, they are introduced- thus the poses are not related. (Pro) The timer holds you in the stretch long enough to feel your muscles release. All in all it's good for cool down or opening up..

I love the app, can't think of anything negative in it. Different exercises for different bodies, begginner and intermediate. There's soft music that keeps you going. Not too many ads and no the ads only take a portion of the screen, so they can be there without disturbing your yoga. Love it.

Awesome! Very Beginner Friendly! Love It! Its been a total Year and 1/2 that I have been using this app and i still love it! Great for Early Morning Stretches and mid day stretches at work, and Before Bed Flexibility Stretches. Helped my stiff back TREMENDOUSLY, and is very relaxing to use with background music, and very simple, with great How-To Videos.

Such a good app! I only wish I could pick some of my favourite positions and put them into one 'folder' and set my own time for them. It works wonders and makes you feel relaxed. I have to carry around a heavy rucksack everyday. I get a really stiff back. I normally will forget I have this but whenever I do use it, I feel so much better. Would highly recommend!
