YouCam Perfect - Selfie Camera

Registration and payments required to use this. The basic options are nice. With smoothing, brightening and other effect options. Lots of options are premium. They do offer a free trial but I don't think the premium functions are worth the hefty price tag-The ones I did try didn't work out the way I would hope. They seem to have a sharing platform but I'm not completely sure as I didn't register to continue using, that's just going too far IMO. I only want to play for personal use (no makeup)

Don't bother. Apparently this app is the best way to Photoshop people out of your pictures for free with their intelligent AI technology.... 1) it's not free. You have a 7 day trial but you still have to subscribe before you can use it. 2) extremely basic removal tool, which you can find on other free apps (which are actually free). Don't get sucked in by the articles about the app that they wrote themselves.

2 thumbs up to this app from the beginning! I've been using it for at least 2 years and have never been disappointed! Always new, fun effects and tools to play around with, photo quality is pretty great as far as I'm concerned and it's so easy to navigate! Definitely got my recommendation and I'm not the easiest to please! 5 stars all day! And ads... Yes they are there but we all know NOTHING in this world is free! They're super short and youcam is beyond worth the few seconds sacrificed!

I have used this app for many years and simply loved it, I never had any issues. I'm not sure what happened but the app now freezes my phone completely when I use it. Pictures don't get saved and when you go back to the picture within the camera, it's blurred with processing across it. Everytime I use the app now, I have to do a hard restart on my phone as it freezes the entire device. Very disappointing

The app worked really well for me without the subscription. I liked some of the tools you could use with the premium so I ended up paying for the subscription. After I paid for the subscription the app will close randomly, and it won't let me take any pictures most of the time. I basically paid for my app to not work.

( Dislike ) I am very annoyed by the notification ... And I wanted to go turn it off the notification... I can't go search 🔍 without 1 or 3 picture popping up showing me a random person with " special effect" on the photo ... The app design and how its organized is too much and to scattered ... Take long time to load in... ( Like ) After taking a picture with no special effect ofc. I like how I can change the lighting :) [ The picture come out upsidedown sometimes tho 😐]

I use it primarily for editing photos. It used to work great, until recently 4 out of 5 times it would just remain stuck at "processing" while trying to save a photo.

Ok.. so I do really like the app.. EXCEPT.. omg there are so many stupid ads. Every time you take a pic.. ad. Done editing? Ad. Opening the app? Another ad. It's annoying af. Another thing that is absolutely frustrating.. is the stupid noise every time you take a pic. Yeah.. I do have that setting off and it stills has the shutter click noise. I hate that so much it's enough for me to want to delete. :\

Any free app that requires a credit/debit card to sign up that then forces you into paying full price for it after the trial ends is not that good, especially if theres 5 other apps that use this very same strategy and do the same thing

This app is Absolutely wonderful. The best thing is that it displays all my favorite adds. I just purchased a gift basket at a huge discount from my favorite place. I think there are special discounts when you go through this app lol.... love it!

Editing my review, this app has taken a huge turn for the worse! You can't maneuver through the app at all anymore, every single thing you touch pops up a request for a trial membership.... smh. Someone got a big head and thought they could strike it rich. It doesn't even have a tool to restore older digital photos.... what good is a photoshop app that can't repair a photo. Just slap some filters on it and go

So far so good. I'm a little worried about having to give a payment method. But it is worth it, because now I can do what ever I want with my pictures, and not have them done professionally. 🙂 my pictures have turned out great. There are so many editing options, it's amazing!! You can make videos, animations, collages, everything!!! And not very many ads, AT ALL. I I'll come back and redo my review if it turns bad, after I pay. But right here,is a truly great app so far. It's so much fun!

Edit: Forgot the T Shirt design. THERE is AMAZING photo editing options for anyone to use. You should never get a bad photo and not to mention how fun it is. Oh and if you get bored with it dont worry, they are always adding and updating to the new and fresh ideas. Crafters, this is for u too. So many options to create amazing custom T-shirt artwork and product display images. Anyone can do it if I can do it!

Overall a fair app but i prefer the older versions which had many more features available. Everytime i update the app i find more and more features shifted to premium. Right now its less than 1/2 of original features left. And am sure the developers will keep shifting them to premium. And don't even get me started on the ads. This app just keeps getting worse with each new update. Just frustrating😤

Cucumbersome and there is no easy way to cancel. Even your star ratings doesn't tell me if the star to the left is the low score or the scar to the right is the high score. I hope I guessed it right because I'm trying to give one star on everything. Still trying to figure out how to cancel this is ridiculous

Used to be a favorite, now junk! When you open the app, go to "camera" when you want to snap a picture or record a video, it usually shows the LIVE view of what your camera is pointing at. Now, it's black. I tried restarting the app to uninstalled then reinstalled it, SAME result! It used to work that way. Not anymore. I used this app a lot. I wanted to buy a premium membership when I save enough $$$.

So far so good 🙂. Update:. Having issues with using the app. So I cancelled my subscription and got rid of the app, but I'm still getting charged for it. I'm confused about this. Why am I still getting charged for something I cancelled? I also changed my rating for the app due to this happening. 😕 (Disappointed)

The you Can Photo Editer Comes with the makeup Editer.And so many other settings for your needs . It can be used for may things .cut loose and go through everything. You too will be amazed All my friends will love this. THANK YOU SHAUN MCKELLIP

I have been using this app for many years but have never faced Any issue regrading this app but now this app not supporting me to open this app ,plz resolve this issue,I have downloaded and reinstalld this app many times... I have restarted my mobile several times as well as I m using 5.72 version for this app on opp0 A57 mobile but still facing problem

Absolutely hopeless, you cannot edit one photo without having 3 or more ads. Total waste of time

I've been using this for years it's definitely changed up and now makes you pay and the prices are ridiculous! Because of this I am putting the stars from 5 to 3...

O.M.G what a fantastic app been using it for over 2yrs. Great add on where you can play around with cool and unique designs. I have recommended this app to family members and they simply enjoy it. Kudos on a great app just wish you had more accessories, otherwise a fantastic app. 👍🏿👍🏿

I love it! Its a great app! The editing capabilities are amazing! However, buying all the premium features would be very expensive and not worth it.

Not user friendly. Hard to find timer function. Too many ads why do I have to sign up for a camera app, I should at least be able to try it out.

Fabulous! Lots of themes to choose from in animation and frames. Also loving the Magic Wand feature. Very easy to use and fast to save video clips and longer videos. I have subscribed to the annual fee, and it's worth every penny in my opinion.

The app no longer recognizes my premium purchase. I was advised to delete my Google Account completly and add it back... This action could potentially remove contacts, settings and other inconveniences. This is a known glitch as I am not the only user that has had this problem. But the the developer won't fix it.

I'm in my 50's and I absolutely ❤ YouCam Perfect 💯. It has many categories with lots of options to choose from that are free! The layout of categories make it easy to navigate thru the options. Oh yeah . . . It is fun too!!

I used the App. free for about two days before I bought the full membership. It is easy to use , And works to my liking. I have learned a lot of different techniques using this to fix my photos. I have no issues and have been using it for Two years.

This App is AWFUL & Sneaky. I was just downloading what i THOUGHT were free photo apps & this one got me through Google Pay. I'm LIVID, I tried the App ONCE & then removed it because it was horrible. I IWLL be contacting someone.
