I've used this app for years and loved it until recently. Now when I click on "SIZING INFO" for clothing, the app just gives international shoe conversion charts, no clothing sizes of any kind. Returns are still easy, most items are easy to find, and shipping is still lighting fast though!
This is the best shoe shopping app of the three I have used. Sizing info is easy to access, pictures of the shoes are superior to other sites, and customer reviews are right after the information about the shoe. Ordering is so easy! The return process, if you need it, is easy and there is no shipping charge for returns.
I absolutely love this app. It almost feels like going to the store to shop. The ease of trying on the shoes and being able to return them free of charge Is a refreshing fact that feels like customers are important to this company. So we need to take them to a UPS or other entity. Not a big deal as long as it's free. Thank you Zappos!
They have really improved this app since the last time I used it (over a year). The entire search and order process was fast and clear with an intuitive interface. Great job, Zappos!
The person helping me navigate through the sign on process was awesome. I am a person not fully aware of computers to put it mildly. But thanks to my associates guidance it didn't matter that I am a computer what is opposite of smart. She guided me thru the ordering process very well. And even help me set up for future use whereas I see you carry more nice products than just shoes
Very unsatisfied! Order 2 pairs of shoes and said it was going to be diliverd in 2 days, it showed it arrived but I didn't receive anything. I spoke to an agent and she replaced them and sent new one and again it said arrived but I didn't received anything. This happened 3 times and still haven't received my shoes. We put a new address and I really hope I receive them. Stressful and unsatisfied
Horrible functionality or lack of I should say. I had to chat 2 times just to get the gift card to work. Glitchy and difficult to maneuver through. Very dissapointed!!😵
Shopping easy but checkout is a rabbit hole. Could not update or change pmt method. Yes I saw the button and yes I clicked. Took me back to the checkout page with no change. Very frustrating.
Zappos has never done me wrong, shopping experience, app experience or even customer service. Retail is not perfect, those that will work with you to make your experience better make all the difference.
Is a breeze ordering, just wish there more better choices! Never the right sizes, only 2 pairs I like the look of, wanted to try the Rebocks but weren't near my size! I'll try these again and see if it's a better fit, hopefully they will be easier on my feet, being more room in them
Zappos is logical, if you are not a crowd business victim on amazon or something like that. On Zappos you can get the exact value of what you paid for if not more. Just genuine products as it shows on virtual display.
Everything was fine but the sit stand recliner was not comfortable and the motor went in the tilt and stand remote in 4 months. Should have got a warrenty. My bad.
Zappos app made a point to solicit a review by adding a notification to my phone even though I haven't used the app in a while. So here ya go! Don't bug.
App is easy to use and reasonable pricing on a lot of name brands. No shipping is also a perk.
This Zappos app helped me to find the exact shoes I wanted and also showed me similar items also,related to my shoe shopping 👍🏾Great App.I would recommend it to my older daughter because she loves shopping for shoes.
I work for Amazon and that's how I found out about this gem of store. Buying shoes has never been this easy and returning or exchanging is hassle free. Love love love Zappos
Needs more payment options. The app supports log in with Google and Amazon but Google Pay and Amazon pay isn't supported. Not even a PayPal option.
Nice easy filters to find the shoes I need. Sign in and payment screens are clunky and difficult to use.
Always come through with the shoes. Generally get a great deal. If they don't fit/work for any reason! super simple to return.
I don't know why I haven't bought my shoes from Zappos before this, I've had an account so it's my fault. I've had too many mishaps from other vendors with ridiculous return policies and non existent customer service. That doesn't happen with Zappos, you really get the feeling that they practice what they peach. I will buy most, if not all of my shoes from Zappos from now on.
They sell shoes, you buy them. and then hopefully wear them. If they don't fit or defective the app is a great source to mitigate issues. Does what you expect it to.
I really appreciate your kindness and support. I had no problems with my order everything arrived on time.. We plan on using this app. Again for our next purchase..
This place is AMAZING I got my shoes the day after my order was placed! Good decent prices and I didn't pay for shipping! I shopped around on every shopping app to find the best price on my shoes, and this place was the cheapest and quickest!!! No place offered overnight shipping without a thirty dollar fee! Go Zappos! Definitely recommended!
As for ease of use and orders fulfilled, there is no issues. My concern is privacy! There is no privacy with the app. Google and Facebook are constantly pinging for information on a daily basis and you have allowed them. Makes me wonder if Google and Facebook are pinging the website too. Adios Zappos. I will be doing my shopping elsewhere from now on.

Zappos, why are you not displaying Photos of the new arrival sandals from top looking down? If I want to see that 'Most Important View' I have to do a Google search which leads me to the manufacturers. And that shows me you haven't got as big a selection as they do, of course, and with their prices the same as yours.🤑 I end up buying from them.🤔 Not good business sense on your part.🙄 Side Note: I've sent feedback on your App. I hope that a human reads it too.
