Totally manual, so prone to lots of mistakes. Very slow too. Dates should just have check boxes with some default data filled in, which people can edit as needed. Would be good to default show the copied sheet of previous month, which can be edited. It takes almost half hr to fill in everything. Not good use of time. Also, the Submit button is highlighted by default which causes a person to quickly hit it, even when it may not be ready to submit. So highlight the Save button instead.

Initially I loved the app because it made submitting my time simple and easy. However, since the last update, I have had so many issues.😠 When I login I am kicked out at least once saying that my session is expired before i can proceed and then there are times that the entire work week does not show up. Plus, I have no way to manually enter my time. If I can't enter my time, I do not get paid. This is very frustrating. Please fix immediately.

Terrible. It keeps freezing as I'm entering my information. The calendar in the app won't allow you to manually enter a date....you have to scroll back, month by month, year by year. Extremely tedious. Not efficient at all!

Overall very good. Things to improve: should not kick back to summary when saving time entry, should be able to enter edit mode without returning to summary. Both wastes time.

Update: it does seem to be working now. It's a shame though, I wouldn't have written a bad review to begin with if it weren't for the support team dismissing me when I reported the problem. (I was referred to my employer, as it was suspected to be an issue with their notifications) Thanks for fixing it.

Pretty poorly designed app. Not well set up for use on a phone. Requires you to copy a long recovery code for future use but copy & paste is disabled as is the ability to take a screenshot.

Sends multiple notifications for tasks that have already been completed, like timesheets already submitted

The forget password link doesn't work. It doesn't send anything to my email. I've tried it on both Android and Apple app. Please fix. It's not in my spam folder either.

Mileage amounts are not updated. Currebt amount is .585 per mile this app is charging .56 per mile and ther is no way to change it.

The user flow on this app is terrible. It's way faster to log in on the desktop, which tells you they did very little ui/ux design.

horrible, constant craahes anytime i try to enter hours or expenses. completely useless app. entire dev team should be let go and replaced. has not workes in over 8 months.

Each time I try to complete a step the app closes and I am unable to do anything, I have to log back in and the task i was working on is incomplete.

Since the last update I have had issue after issue..m..I finally resigned from the position and this app and company is part of my reason for quitting.

Ability to submit timesheet from phone is overcome with notifications to submit after I did already and now latest version won't let me access dashboard

Full functionality never seems to be present, sometimes I can log in, other times I can't

I had a bit problem with my password in the beginning, but sense it's been smooth sailing

App is easy to use and edit my hours accordingly.
