this app measure the sound and convert it to wind speed. is this a correct way to measure the wind speed. my room celling fan gives 5m/s and table fan gives 10m/s. i dont know whether this is correct or not !
Really amazed at how accurate it is as tested it with an £80 anometer got the same readings
Can't understand anything... Very difficult to use.... Absolutely rubbish. Don't install this app. Waste of time !

No listing here states that it cannot work with Samsung. I bought the app ,waste my money. Cannot even test temperature becos it does not work with my phone.

Hi. Trying to compare outputs of fans but couldn't get more than 16 out of it. Is that the max?. Free version with s5. Thanks and I like the min max with the graphs .
Not even close to accurate.
Just installed this and was ' very' skeptical at first. I compared it to my weather station and it was bang on. The nicest feature is the real time graph...too cool :)

Would not recommend this app. to replace a real anemometer. The wind measurement was off by over half of the realtime airspeed measurement. It has possibilities if it could read realtime airspeed measurement.
When kept two mobile side by side (Asus zenfone and MI4). app on MI4 is showing wind speed as 2-3 m/s, app on Asus zenfone will show 7-8 m/s, which is quite impossible at ground level, when wind is not speedy

Only goes upto 16m/s which is about when things start to get interesting. The $5 pro version is just as average, stops at 25m/s (50kn) which seems wildly inaccurate as there is no spray being blown about which I'd expect yo start seeing at 50kn.
